Let me start out by saying the facility at Heartland is beautiful and very modern! I have been to a few different ranges around the metro, but this is by far the most impressive. Selection was slightly limited, but priced at pre-COVID-19 levels. Ammo was available for range use and priced extremely low.Their membership rates were very reasonable for the amenities and features offered. One the employees mentioned that they will be adding gunsmithing services in the near feature, which would seal the deal for me.For a business that has only been open a few months, its looks very promising.Hope to see you guys again!

First of all the facility is absolutely fantastic! But the owner needs to know that the manager is the wrong person for the job. The young man that gave me the tour, was fine. But when I asked about the upgrade to the executive level, he asked her if I could go back in the executive area, she did not look very thrilled. I was a buyer, and she didnt even make eye contact or even try to be friendly.To the owner, you need someone to sell those memberships, she is not doing anything to promote them. Its going to be hard to pay for that fantastic facility, with that kind of attitude.

5 Stars!Relaxed atmosphere with knowledgeable staff who are more than willing to help a potential customer. I like walking into a store where every sale is appreciated, unlike some other places I have been locally.I was also excited to hear they will soon be adding a gunsmith to their staff.

Friendly, supportive staff with a minimum of blister and Basing. Down to business, generous with information and facts, and consistently helpful. The facility is lovely too, but the people make the difference! Especially Masonat the front desk.

Heartland Gun Club was a great find, even if a hour away! I took a class there and immediately joined. I drive over to shoot about once each week. It is a clean facility, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and a fun place to shoot. It feels good to know the drive is guaranteed to result in a quality experience. Thanks!

Saw a huge store just off the highway and thought I would stop to take a gander at what they had on offer. Big indoor rifle and pistol range with a full stock of ammo. Im happy to see another Gun Store in Rochester!

Stopped in for a sight install expecting it to takes days or weeks to have completed. Nope, 10 minutes and I was out on the range. Insanely fast gunsmithing service, even if it was a Glock! They did not have sights in stock, but had already purchased a set expecting to install them myself.Very professional and competent staff.

This range is the bees knees, let me tell ya. Clean, affordable, and overall boujee in atmosphere and appearance, Heartland range earned my first ever range review. I attended Heartlands Womens Only Basic Pistol Class with Kami and was very happy with the class. It was a relaxed atmosphere with a small class size. Kami was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave great tips on the range. I was able to improve my skills from just this one class! Id highly recommend any class from Kami.

Very impressed with the facility and staff. Kami (manager)is a an actual supporter of the 2nd amendment and a shooter. I can personally attest to kami’s drive to make others a better shooter while improving her own skill set. I even begrudgingly admit she has out shot me. (I’m kind of a big deal)

Beautiful facility, high end amenities, and friendly staff. Prices for lane rentals, ProImage system rental, and ammo better/lower than competition. I highly recommend to check it out, whether you just want to drop in for an hour, or stay and become a member and enjoy the indoor/outdoor lounge areas, member events, and the ability to reserve the private lanes. Loved it!

Very courteous staff, very helpful for first time gun owners and shooters. I bought my gun from a competitor and felt like they were only there because they had to be, had I known Heartland Gun Club existed I would have definitely purchased from them!

Sold me a new shotgun that was defective and would not let me retun it even when I offered to buy a more expensive one. Box was opened and warranty stickers were missing. Staff was unhelpful and had poor knowledge.
