First off the shop has no sign anywhere that says Downtown Intimates they all say CBD Joint. Also if youre looking for whipped cream chargers they only do 24pks for $25 or 50 for $48.50 besides that I didnt look around much but the place has great reviews besides mine and a huge selection. Hopefully this can at least help you find the place since the signs are misleading.

Solid selection of products. Decent prices for a physical shop. Worth a stop if you are in the area.

VERY welcoming staff, almost feels like personal friends. Very knowledgeable about toys and lubes. Very patient. A little disappointed they didnt have any inhibitor rings, but theyre hard to find anywhere so no fault of theirs. Also wish they had their movies sorted but that would almost be an impossibly time consuming task. Id do it myself, cuz OCD, but Id probably get kicked out lol. But yall are cool.

Usually a 5 star experience but lately the staff had just been plane rude, my cousin was face timing me and I was interrupted by staff mid sentence telling me I couldn’t record in there? I explained to him I wasn’t recording and he continued to be rude. I’m assuming there must be a sign saying no face timing aloud? I couldn’t see one. I know it’s such a small thing but the way the situation was handled was annoying.

Megan is such a wonderful employee! She said hello right away which is so welcoming! Makes you feel almost like family. She served us with a smile and went above and beyond to help us. We ended up getting a rabbit vibe. Which she recommend. And I am now in love with! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a good selection of toys or glass pipes. They have a huge selection! Once again, Megan is awesome! Thanks for such a great experience!

She wanted to kick us out after picking out over a couple hundred dollars worth of items just so she could smoke a cigarette for 5 minutes and then come back in and purchase or items so we just put our items down walked out let her smoke her cigarette and we did are own thing and went to Pier pleasure and ended up purchasing $600 worth of wonderful stuff and the staff there was so friendly they help us out and everything instead of just saying yes no we might have it we might not if its on the Shelf if its not there the check the back and got it for us they went above and beyond they get a five star downtown book and video would get less in a one-star but I had to read it to read this review from there worth the extra Drive never stop at downtown book and video. I plan on speaking about to manager about horrible customer service or at least get her to switch over to the alternative Vape nicotine over tobacco nicotine so the tobacco fiend doesnt have to have bad customer service so she could go smoke a cigarette. in my eyes felt like she needed a dose of something(drugs) and now like a druggie instead of a cigarette but maybe she was just feening for nicotine that bad I dont know have to lock us out or kick us out before we purchase truly horrible experienceAnd the other had a glass if you could call it Hattie has been there for years love all of them overpriced garbage glass almost never get new Supply in I whip it so is the only place I would ever use that for a whippet arent that fun third drug and you know that theyre not feeling balloons theyre inhaling that you saw the canisters there I hope this makes you feel guilty
