Chuck E. Cheese

I havent been to Chuck E Cheese in yeeaaars but was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, modern ticket/swipe card systems, food and staff at this location. The entire staff were on their game and patient and friendly with my kids, plus the rides and games were easy for even my 2 and 3 y/os to work. I was very happy with our visit and if I lived closer would be here quite often!

Great location, but a little small vs other Chuck E Cheeses nearby... Still, very clean and good enough for the 2 year old in my presence! The food was delicious and prizes were easily won! We had a blast!

When my daughter gets cranky.. i just say lets go to Chuck E Cheese i get a bandwidth of 1 hour before i have to take her to the place. My family absolutely love the place. Nice games and good food. It has a little bit for everyone 2 hours will go in a snap..

Service is excellent in party packages. There arent many many arcade games but all are in a good shape, clean and all of them work perfectly. All is clean and food (at least pizza) its very good, next time Ill try a specialty.

Games were fun, pretty decent pizza, really greasy. Good staff and everything seemed clean. Just a little run down things like some games, and furniture

We scheduled and paid for a deposit on a birthday party a month in advance. We were promised that we would have our own party attendant who would greet us at the door and inform us of what is going to take place. We get there and no one greeted us, we stood around waiting for someone because we were told someone was coming and they never did. My wife finally was able to find someone and lo and behold they did not have our party scheduled for that day. Luckily, two of the girls who were running other parties really stepped up and got everything organized the table set up and made it a memorable occasion. I have to admit I was pretty embarrassed when all the parents were showing up with their kids and we didnt have a party. They did compensate us for the trouble and overall the party was actually pretty great. Even though I did receive an email prior to the event, I would recommend calling the day before to make sure they have your party on their schedule. For the money that we paid I thought it was well worth it.

Very nice place. People that work there were really helpful. Good place to have a little ones birthday party.

I love this place and I live seen my kids enjoy it! Its clean and the staff are nice and friendly.

It was awesome, my 3 yr old loved it. All the games were awesome and he loved the pizza and parmesian bread sticks

Very fun for the kids but all of their ticket counting machines were down except for two and the place was packed. There was also no air conditioning whatsoever it felt like it was 200 degrees the entire time! Fortunately I have to give us free even though their customer service was excellent just because of the malfunctioning machines and lack of air.

Kids have a great time here with a very nicely stocked salad bar.

The new card is great, however at this location. There were to many games out of service, the pizza with that came with our game play for 2hrs was so thin you can see through it. A hot and ready is only 5 bucks its way better than this cracker crusted pizza. My son is 3 and loves to eat the crust he didnt even want to. For $50.00 a pizza 2 drinks and 2 hrs of game play. That pizza could have been better. Plus waited on it for an 1hr.

Had my twins 4th birthday party here. Staff was amazing! Melina our server was the best. My boys were blown away. Thanks for the great service!

Myself and daughter decided to go. Spent $40 on two 1-hour game cards. Won over 3000 tickets. Very clean, nice Salad bar and good pizza. Staff was very friendly. Definitely coming back

The restaurant and play area are clean and very well managed! My family has been going to this Chuck e Cheese for over 30 years and they’ve never failed to be clean, have great service and keep the little kids safe!

I always have fun every time I bring one of my kids here. The pizza is delicious, a great place to let your kids run around and just enjoy themselves.

Had a blast! Thank you for making my boys 4th Birthday the best!

Aside from waiting forever for them to fix machines that kept breaking, it was cool

Love this location. Staff is wonderful.

I cant eat the regular pizza due to a food allergy, but that looked like they have improved the quality of it. The gluten free pizza leaves much to be desired. Its loud and crazy. My kids would give it 5 stars. It gives me a headache so it only gets 3.

One of our favorite places to tale our grand daughter on a rainy day. They took most of the arcade games and replaced them with games for tickets. The only racing game was a pixar cars game. The ones they had left half were not working. There was a full staff there but no one seemed to care about it. We told them about 3 games that were not working they did nothing. This place is usually pretty clean but tonight there was trash everywhere and no one was cleaning any tables just left all of the half eaten food out to look at. Very disappointed tonight not sure if we will be back or not. I know we take the kids there but it is nice to be able to play games as well. Hope they get it together soon.

Its been a long time since Ive been to one. Took my 3 and 1 year old for pizza and a few games. Was pleasantly surprised. Pizza was good and the new all you can play for a set time is amazing. My 3yr old just loved being able to go game to game. As a parent not having to worry about enough points to play the games (bc a 3 yr old isnt worried about the number of tickets he wins) made it a really fun experience. Great entertainment for the value.

It was fun and organized. The pizza was good and the host was awesome

Kids had a lot of fun. Nor too many games, pizzas are not that greatest, but they have beer and overal its a good place

We Had fun, my nephew (his Bday party), and his friends had fun, as always, kids are safe and can run wild and be kids, and the pizza is always good from the mouse house, lol.

Good to for birthday parties and to bring your kids I remember my dad taking me here when I was young my kids will love it it was a long drive for mom but in the end everyone had fun the animatronics might be creepy but its a fun laugh for everyone whating people get scared especially babys lol I recommend going here its pretty much my whole child hood its good for kids and gives adults a place to meet up and talk without kids because all the want to do is play the games the cards last for 2 hours its cool

The only reason I went to Chuck E. Cheese was for my 2 year old grandsons birthday. Personally, Id take a hot n ready from Little Caesars and just play my Xbox One and get the same experience, lol. But my grandson, his siblings, cousins and everyone else who was invited really enjoyed themselves so that equals a win and a lasting memory. Good times. In short, its great for small kids. I do think that the pizza could be better priced with better flavor and the games need much better maintenance. Ijs. But like I said, its for kids. Just point them at the food and games and theyre good, lol.

My wife and I took her to 3 year olds up there to play games and have fun. Our experience was great very clean professional staff and not crowded at all. 2nd trip was today with 4 out of 6 of our children and again our experience was great, a little busy but fun

Holy smokes was this place chaos ! But thats not why I gave it three stars.. I give it three stars because wow its super expensive and the price for a pizza to feed a group is absolutely ridiculous!!! I get that its fun.. but dang ! Atleast make it more affordable!

SOOO much cleaner and way more organized than the Chuck E Cheese I remember! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Chuck no sing. But fun

Very clean and the employees were awesome. Volume on the loudspeaker was way too loud.

The service was mediocre at best, the food was tolerable, theres not many things for young children to do. But unfortunately children love this place

The kids are having a great time

Not all staff are helpful and friendly

Great place for a kids birthday party!

They actually had vegan pizza. I mean, its Chuck E Cheese, after all.

All the workers seemed very on top of things. Especially Angela, she was helpful, friendly, and such a hard worker. Keep up the great work!

Gets 4/5 because the food is not tasty. They have a salad bar and they could add more options (is is pretty basic stuff). The pizza was too oily and the cake was too dry. Also, if you want to all the guest to pay attention to the party boy/girl, think it twice because of course, they want to play! But the games were ok!

We used to really enjoy this location, but lately a lot of the games dont work. Weve lost many tokens on malfunctioning machines and the staff couldnt care less when the issue is brought to their attention. We also deeply miss the jungle gym, and dont come as often as we used to due to these problems.

The place is nice for kids. My 3 year old loves to come because she really like to see Chuck. The problem is there is a sign saying Chuck comes every hour on the :30. But thats a lie. I come here at least 2 a month, usually more than that. I always have to ask if he is coming. Then they come with chuck. Im here since 2pm. Now its 3h15 and chuck didnt come. My daughter is asking but Im going home. Thats a bummer.

Still a great place to take the kids

Good place for kids to play.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful for a 5 year olds birthday party, and pricing was competitive. I especially like how you can buy time instead of points now on the cards. Makes it more fun to play rather than worrying about which game to spend your points/tokens on.

Exceeded my expectations! Our party host Katie was fantastic. The entire party went great! We will be back!

Nice staff, sometimes understaffed. Food is always fresh, and they seem to keep everything pretty clean. Great layout and choice of games.

Total remodel.. And you can buy slot of time instead of pay as you go. Great.. You can buy beer. Didnt like that.

I have never been anywhere where the customer service was so bad. The salad bar was disgusting you got people walking around doing nothing never again will I go to this chuck-e-cheese.I called to talk to the manager and the manager just gave me like the run around like it wasnt that important that I was calling and complaining about what was going on she was like oh I was there I didnt see no problem yeah well you were there but you werent out front. theres just no organization at the store and the very worst customer service I have ever had.

Pizza is much better than ever and staff is helpful and courteous

Cleanest ChuckE Cheese I have seen so far. Good job

To much foam in the beer so you dont get what you pay for. Other then that it was great place for kids.

The staff here are usually great

Our kids love chuck e cheese the food is good they can do a little better on the salad bar and they have wine and beer for you to relax while kids play

Horrible, rude staff. I had my child’s birthday party there and never will again!!

Kids love it. Super clean and nice staff.

My son always has a blast at any Chuck E. Cheese but this location in particular has been my favorite. Its always very clean and I like that they dont have the play structure/ball pit. Staff has always been very friendly. The only downside is not geared to this location, but the franchise in general. Prices need to be lowered. Parents are paying a good chunk of change on the games alone, the food prices are ridiculous. We sometimes will eat before going because a medium pizza and 2 pops is like $20, on top of the games. Would definitely recommend this location over others though!

Overall good but faster service at the counter and a cleaner place overall would make this place a bit better.

Went for a birthday party. Food was great and kids had a great time!

Good entertainment for kids and their birthday party. Lots of kids game. The place felt a little cramped

Very clean place. Best time to go it between 2 and 4pm. The place was empty. My kids had fun

Again each and every time I am at Chuck-E-Cheese with my four-year-old or family we have a blast. Even though Chuck-E-Cheese can have a bad reputation and many locations I would disagree with this one. I have never had a negative or bad experience here in any way shape or form. It is always clean any employees are very professional and sharp

Awesome place to be indoors.

Just getting out of my car was a problem there was trash everywhere outside everything from empty cups to dirty diapers. Super small super ghetto guess its a good last minute place to take ur kid to play some games. Definitely wont be going back

My son had a blast for his 4th birthday but the one thing I look forward to is the skeetball and all 4 lanes were down. On the bright side the pizza was pretty dam good

The staff was nice and it is the cleanest one Ive been to in a long time

Friendly staff, always a great time at Chucks

Awesome place for the kids to have some fun with all of the different games .

Fun time for kids. Salad bar is a little pricey, but good.

Clean small nice people

Great atmosphere, games are in working order, stamp system in place at the door for children security.***UPDATE JUNE 2019***I dont know what happened to this place. New owner or management maybe but it has fallen apart. :( sadly it was a mess from the trash and half eaten piece of pizza laying on the floor in clear view the entire time of our visit to the vacated tables full of dirty dishes. At least half of the video games did not work. They removed two of our favorite games and replaced them with games that did not work. Even the ticket counter was jammed up. There were plenty of staff on hand and no one was doing anything but standing around. It was very sad to see this happen to one of our favorite places to go to on rainy days. :(

Was smaller than some of the other locations but the kids had a fantastic time!

Clean place and well maintained. Had a great time

I like to hit this location about 6-7 at night on Tuesdays after a regular appt with my 2 kids and Ive got nothing better to do with $60. Its light on people traffic and we usually close the place down. The available coupons through their site, emails, or the local sidewalk dropped sales paper help.

Pizza was OK not a big fan of the new policy they put in place regarding bigger prizes

Birthday package was amazing

Went tonight with my dad and family my daughter loves coming here. He absolutely do not the place is always trashed. Most machines were not working tonight and if they were none of the tickets were coming out. I told 2 workers about 3 different machines that needed tickets and still didnt go fill them. Garbage everywhere I actually felt bad for some of the workers because they were nice and they were trying. But you should have someone in the floor cleaning up trash and filling machines with tickets sense thats the whole point of coming here is for the kids to win tickets. My daughter had fun but I was disappointed this place is not what it used to be.

Great birthday party experience, all the kids (ages 3-7) loved it!

Best hot pizza in town,

Very busy on the weekends, but overall decent place to take the kids.

Not sure if i like the new set up....my daughter n i got a stomache ache after eating pizza

We enjoyed ourselves, I wasnt to happy with my food.

I have come to this chucky cheeses with my niece for her birthday. The staff was friendly and very attentive. My niece had a great time.

Good place for my boys

Fun for the kids and adults. Hours of fun and games!

Took the grandkids there. They had a great time

Clean. Friendly staff. I personally didnt enjoy the food but the kids dont discriminate when it comes to pizza. Overall, good experience.

1st the experience didnt seem like it was going to be good. The party person was not coming into work so noone waited on us at first. I approached katie she was fantastic and took care great care of us.

Great Place for Kids

My toddler loves this place !

We had so much fun

Average germ infested kid play center. Overpriced and overrated.

Had my 4 year olds birthday party here, we loved it food was good kids really enjoyed it

We love this location. Especially on weekdays its very good location to take the kid and have good time.

Over priced as all kids party places are but the pizza wasnt bad

Obviously best place to the kids, but parents can enjoy with kids and enjoy the yummy pizza...

Fun for the kids! perfect birthday venue!!

Clean and organized. Good service.

My 4 years old love this place. They have new games now.

The emplyees were very nice a personal pizza took 35min the salad bar was NASTY brown lettuce ham looked like it was out for a week and no dessers! Not worth the money!!!

Grandkids love this place. Reasonably priced.
