We stayed here about 6 months and it was great. a really quite park & the stuff was super nice! Ms. Shirley very nice, generous & very helpful. We were sad to have to leave!

Great customer service....clean

It was okay for a week, needed something long term so IMoved since I needed a stove for my stay.

Honestly a part of me was hoping that the rain would never stop, because then maybe, just maybe, I wouldn’t have to leave this beautiful little community that I have learned to call “home” for the past 6 months while we each, Ace & myself, rented out our houses from previous marriages and started building our own home. But the rain has stopped and everything is packed, and we must now be on our way up to our new temporary “home” up in Bastrop, Tx. We are about 6-8 weeks from completing our house, and I can hardly wait to come down every other week to start THE REST OF MY DAYS there. So with that being said, we have officially BROKEN BREAD TOGETHER for the last time here at Evelyn’s RV Park and are headed North bound. Pray for us and our safe arrival & for our nation under God, that is in great turmoil within itself. No matter where I go, or where one might find me, “As for me & my house, we will serve the Lord”. And if you see any of my babies, remind them how much Grandma loves loves loves them sooooo very very much. This isn’t goodbye Robstown, this is just see you soon, very very soon. If I had to recommend an RV place, I would say you would love your stay here. It doesn’t look as charming as it truly is though, but I absolutely felt super safe amongst all of the guest and Shirley was always the kindest to us ever.

The management team are excellent people to work with. The park is clean and open and paved pull thrus. We broke down right by it and had to face work done, and had no idea what to expect. You wont be disappointed to stay here.

Very nice and clean

Evelyns RV park has been nothing but a pleasure! Ive been here for a year and 4 months and I couldnt think of a better place I would want to live! They keep their grounds clean and mowed at all times and they are courteous and respect your privacy and you cant beat their price! All spaces or cabins include all bills paid plus free Wi-Fi! Its no more than a 3-mile round-trip to any restaurant or shopping you may be needing! And they have 24-hour video surveillance! You couldnt ask for anything more and if you need it all you have to do is ask!

Didnt stay... But went to dump and they charged $20... Most places only charge 5 or 10. The pull through site they had me go through got plugged up and galley water got all over the place. Glad I didnt start with the black tank! She insisted I just needed to secure the house in the pipe. But the water was not receding and I didnt feel comfortable with that. I backed into another site and it worked properly. $20 for dump is outrageous, especially when it isnt working.

My buddy lives here and its really nice i would love to move out here

Have been staying here for years.. staff is super friendly.. always able to accommodate us in all our needs.. park is always clean!

They will rob you blind and have very rude staff I have parked all over texas and new Mexico and by far the worst place I have stayed thank god I only stayed 1 week

Great RV Park!! Rented a cabin for several months - Exceptionally Clean Cabin -- Inside and Out -- also not to mention Cute, Cozy and Efficient with grilling deck front & back!Great Management!! Great People!!!Safe and friendly campground atmosphere,Professional and courteous Manager,Shirley Rodriguez provides great service daily with a smile! Park is well maintained, dumpster with easy access and mail secured dropbox was a big help with Texas wind!!! This was our 2nd stay and definitely worth it! Our 1st stay was across the tracks in our RV. This is our second time here and since the new management took over last year there have been very good changes. Its more neat and clean. New concrete pads. Better laundry.The office manager Shirley is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is also friendly and helpful. They quickly attend to any issue that may come up. This park is pet friendly and quiet. It is close to shopping and other things to do. I like it a lot better than some r v parks we have been at.

Great staff here! I was in a pinch and they were able to fit us in on short notice! Very reasonable price! This park is a gem!!!

It’s a very quite place if you work nights it’s quite all time of day and very clean. With expectation of when they cut grass

Weve stayed her two times. Manager has been very accommodating. Nice concrete slabs, near restaurants and shopping, movies and not too far of a drive to the beach. Quite park with wifi.

Evelyns RV Park is a quite and clean park. The owners are upgrading to cemented pads and are continuing to do other upgrades throughout the park. The manager runs a tight ship to help make everyones stay at the park a great experience. Highly recommend this for your next stay.

We barely moved here and me and my babies love being here very quiet and nice and clean and Mrs Shirley in the office is very nice lady I recommend for anybody looking for a place to call home

Great park, great staff, owners are super nice and will accommodate you in anything you need while staying at the park. Also it’s a clean park overall.

We found this cute little place in effort to have a stable place to stay while we rebuild after harvey hit. When our electric plug shorted out they got us fixed up same day. They have been so nice and welcoming. Even with our dogs Im so grateful to them. We need more people like them in the world.

For the past years I have been staying here and recommended to co-workers to stay here as well and they been happy as well. Office manager Shirley Rodriguez is the best always has time and dedication to improve your stay and answer questions

Stayed here for 5 months havent met a nicer group of neighbors and staff in my years of rv living if i was an out of towner this is where i would pick! Stay here if you want a great rv park living experience!

The front is RVs with about 20 pull the throughs. The back is half RVs and half run down mobile homes. It looks as though once an old home leaves they put up 3 cute tiny home or leave it open for an rv. Laundry is in a shack and very dirty. The middle dryer is propane and will scorch blankets and clothes if its not 100% cotton. They are building another laundry currently. Outside smells of sewage if it rains a lot but its not horrible. The concrete pads are nice and very wide spaces. Management is great! Most people are monthly workers so theres not a lot of turnover and its very quiet.

Its nothing special, but if you need to be closer to Corpus for work itll do. Could really use some TLC. There is a train track not too far away so there will be noise at times. If you are looking for a park with amenities for kids/family this aint it. I stayed in one of the front lots which had a concrete slab with sidewalk. However, the trailer sits on dirt/gravel.

Came up there to work and stayed there in a cabin for a month and two weeks and it was great! I had no issues at all and the people and staff are all friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay if youre working at the refineries. I havent had any issues while Ive been here. Only downside is the lack of cable or Wi-Fi. Place is good and the staff is very helpful.

Grate place to stay if your out of town working, they have a variety of comfortable cabins and mobile homes to stay in and the price is fair!

Good tv park to stay. Was there for two months. Only drawback would have to be the fact that they have no mosquitoe control. other than that everything was fine.

My family and I came down here for work and stayed at Evelyns for a month. Since we were new to the area we only saw this was the only closest RV park near Robstown/ Calallen area. Later after we paid we discovered other RV parks in the area. I am here to tell you people you should consider looking elsewhere. This place was awful. The front of the RV park looks mediocre but us long-term people were placed in the back with unsightly mobile homes with boarded up windows and junk all over their yard and cats literally EVERYWHERE that got into trash and strung it all over the place. Next, at all hours of the night you have a loud train and cars with loud music blaring through the park. Last but not least, a sewage smell that will make your eyes water we could smell most days and led to a horrible experience. Oh and did I mention their rates is a rip off for this dump. NO internet or cable and still charge you over $500 with electricity for monthly rates. Here are some suggested RV places for you people who dont want to waste your time or money: Reeds RV Park (Very new park in Robstown and nice owner) Check close Corpus Christi RV parks such as Hatch, or Corpus Christi RV Park (yes its located in refinery row but they are very very nice and offer wonderful amenities). Puerto Del Rey which is located before the Portland bridge has a lovely ocean view, however I have heard some sketchy reviews on it so I would check it out yourself. Also we looked into some Mathis RV campsites that were located on Corpus Christi lake and is a little bit more of a drive but it looks like it would be worth it. Lastly, the one in Sinton located about 19 miles away called Rob and Bessie Welder RV park is a fantastic one. Look people Im not meaning to sound harsh, the manager and groundskeeper were truly nice people but this place is an honest to god travesty. Some serious clean up needs to be done before I would ever consider staying here or referring it to anyone.
