I had heard in the past that they had refused to pay out 10 different customers winnings, but I thought I should give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, these rumors proved to be true. I ended up getting a jackpot win on my machine, and was banned from the establishment with accusations of me cheating. I have never been so humiliated by an establishment. They made a big scene about me being there and everything. I couldnt understand what I did wrong. But I am here to confirm that these rumors are true. Dont play at this place unless you want them to steal from you. They steal your joy, they steal your money, and I dont know how theyre still in business.

DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL NOT BE PAID WHAT YOU WIN! you will be accused of cheating with absolutely NO proof and be told to leave without your winnings. I don’t know how they are still in business the way that they cheat people out of their money.

Only time Ive been to this place. I do like the fact that they have business split into a smoking and non smoking section. That was a huge plus. Everyone was very nice in there. Had security working as well another plus. The only negative was the computer system was down at the time I went and the only games available were the fish tables and 4 or 5 free standing computer games. It may have been a bad day and I happened to come in when they were down. I will try again. I liked the atmosphere.

It’s the worst the people playing there act like they own the place and are territorial over machines. They get up and leave the machine to go smoke and come back and want the machine back the workers are unprofessional except one lady that works the window by the entrance with the black hair she was nice other then that will not go back

Totally completely sucked, just as always 6 time in there, and not walked out with one penny more than I walked in could not even get what I put in back at all, too much nasty language, badd music. Not everyone wants to hear gangsta rap.
