Wonderful staff and Bedrock has been doing several upgrades to the property. Jennifer is super easy to talk to and addresses your problem right away and staff is working on property to make sure it looks better than before. Overall place is a better overall feel than the past and its 5 mins from beaches!

I live here. I was attached at razor point in my own home by a man wanting my wallet. My windows do not close or work. After I was attached management sent out a memo telling everyone to lock their doors and windows. Would that my windows closed. Furthermore, I ran into an old acquaintance who lives two streets north and he has been robbed by home invasion, while he was home, twice in the last few months. Welcome to Ocean Tide.

Well just happen to drive up on this place how beautiful it was clean tight just was a wonderful place and setting you got to love it stop by and see for yourself check out the office who has opening for rent or own

Friendly coumnity

Be careful driving a wide, tall vehicle through the very narrow streets of the property. Theres tree branches covering the corners of the trailers. There are no street lights on the road at night.

Property Manager Davyd Lindsay is the best! He runs the Ocean Tide Park in Broadway Street! Excellent person to have on site everyday!

If you need low cost living with reliable management response, this is a good place to check out. also 24 hour laundromat right next door

Ive lived here for over 4 years. Since Davyd became property manager the place has gone to hell! Davyd is unprofessional, unproductive, he tries to bully people and threatens people physically. He absused the maintenance guy. The property is still owned by Forsite reality. The community is more like a south of the border commune. I have asked forsite for a full disclosure of any upcoming closings.

One mile to the beach, walk to shopping and resturants, neighood chrime watch. Bus stop right in front if you want it.

I drove thru to check it out. Back experience first 5 min car was parked in exit way. Finally got the person to wake up. They said they have to call the person because they went to the store. Waited 1hr to have them move it
