Wind River was simply the best! Great experience at the Blackjack table! We won $ 250.00 with side bet options When we began playing, there we no rooms available. We left our names and numbers with the hotel lobby. A room became available and hotel personnel came to the casino floor to get us...the room was amazing ....the bed felt like I was floating on a cloud...free breakfast, $5 slot voucher, $5 table game voucher, and discounted meals...excellent experience for those looking to play and stay. .I reccomend the Indian fried bread and Indian taco...the resort customer service is outstanding.

Excellent! Love this place! Traveling from the Tetons on our way back east. We happened to see this on line. So happy we found it. The rooms are impeccably neat and clean, and the staff pays attention to detail. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Casino staff was helpful. Everything about this casino and hotel is great. And we won a little on the slots. We cant say enough about the wonderful place. Wish we lived closer. thank you!

The hotel was amazing and bent over backwards to make sure our Lodge Grass Indians and Lady Indians had a great visit. All the kids I have spoken too have mentioned they all slept well!

Very nice casino. And the Red Willow restaurant was very good But out of sirloin) service was good too. Casino is completely smoke free since they reopened and it was refreshing to not have to wade through second hand smoke. We would have given it a 5 star if they had a place to sit and watch football. They do have TVs around the slot floor but then if you quit playing you are taking up their space. They also have electric hook ups for RVs (first come first served) for 25$ a night. You have to go to customer service desk to get power turned on. Didnt see water hydrant or dump station.

GREAT place. Planned to stay overnight as we passed thru but ended up staying two nights. Restaurant that was open was WONDERFUL. The wait staff super friendly and the chef AWESOME. Had a great time. Only criticism would be hotel desk people. Not very friendly. Rooms are huge and beds are the best. Just wish we lived closer.

I had such a great time at Wind River Casino. It was my first time there but surely not my last. There were plenty of slot machines to play even with the separation gap due to Covid-19. Honestly, I think that every machine I sat at paid me! I didnt apply for the players card. Maybe, next time. I hope u have as good of an experience as I did! PLAY ON! WIN BIG!

Great time, leave with more than we came with every time! Very clean, taking the virus seriously and using all precautions as well as ensuring people actually adhere to them.

Nice and clean. Good procedures in effect for Covid-19 safety. I am not at all stressed about being in there. We went at 9am and not much of a crowd. We both hit pretty good on the slots.

Pretty lame now that it is non smoking and only every other machine is available. Also, cant win for nothing now.

Ive never stayed overnight there or spent much time actually gambling. BUT... Their frybread is TO DIE FOR!! So delicious! You just cant beat an Indian taco made by actual Indians. And all soda is free with unlimited refills. 100% recommended checking them out. At least the Indian taco place!

It was okay, until a lady came up to me and said that I had to put my mask up to cover my mouth and nose. And I told that I couldnt breathe with it covering my nose, so she went and told a security guy. And I told him the same thing. And I never saw anyone santize the machine next to me before the next person got on it to play.

Great RV parking and even has hookups for $25.75 a night. We won a Hot Spot voucher for a free night at the hotel so we stayed there instead of in the RV. Great food as well. No alcohol though, it is a dry casino.

Ive been here before today and their Philly Steak sandwiches are to die for. The helpings are generous and reasonably priced...Lovely staff, clean bathrooms. I havent tried the slots yet but give me some time...lol. Today they hosted their annual Antique Car Show... Some of the most beautiful cars and trucks around.. If you love being in a hotel room this is a good place. You go anywhere outside of your room and it is saturated with smoke. We went to go to dinner at 8:15 and it was a 90 minute wait so we decided to go to the other restaurant and got told, We have run out of food. So it was to a little cafe which was what I guess you would expect from a casino cafe. I did not stick around to play the tables so I cannot comment on those. Rooms were typical and nothing that stands out for good or bad.

They have obviously taken the attitude of making up for their lost time and income by not paying on the machines. Beware!!!

Terrible paybacks on bonuses. Machines are very tight. Not regulated by a gaming commission. Getting free play points is a joke. You have to get 10000 for 10 dollars. Most other casinos are 100= 1$. Even though its closer to my home than Deadwood I would given the option go to Deadwood.

We had a wonderful get away. Went for a late birthday. I was in the hospital on my birthday so this was so nice. I wanted the King crab. Accidentally left leftovers in fridge. Broke my heart it was soooo goodGoing back tomorrow and hope i get enough to have more crab. We enjoyed it so much.My machine kept breaking, hope ir works tomorrow.You guys are great!

We joined the 55 and older club. The perks on rooms and dining are really exceptional. Rooms were big and clean. Casino is open and friendly. We had a great time and wonderful meals.

We came to Wyoming for a family reunion. Stopped in the Wind River as it was my uncles favorite. The gentleman at the players club desk was outstanding. And I forgot his name. We had fun playing. And my goodness the food in the snack bar. The best have ever had in a casino. And I have been in many, from coast to coast and borders to borders. Was nice to here that locals had read our uncles colomn in your local paper years ago. Keep up the good work and work at the Wind River

I actually live in Las Vegas, NV and was here on the way through just to have some Indian tacos. So good! The casino itself was just like Vegas pretty much. The non smoking casino area was nice to see as well.

Love to go gambling and spend the night there. My husband and I love the rooms, food and atmosphere. Its a great way to unwind.

Great coffee, cigarette machine was empty, gift shop and cafe closed early, buffalo room was scaled back. No pool or hot tub. Other than that the place is alright.

Staying at the hotel. Dont gamble much. The restaurant food is very good. Nice espresso bar.

Well the food at the river wood restaurant was good my cousin had the spicy chicken Italian dish I had the chicken fried steak his dish was better sorry I cant remember the name of it but theyll know what your talking about and the casino was clean free drinks ( no alcohol ) bummer even more of a bummer hotel was sold out but all & all nice place nice restaurant friendly staff and cold sodas... good luck

The quilting retreat was great fun, the food and service was great, and, as always, the rooms clean and smell good, no bad odors like some places. They really do treat you well there. And what a great staff, always helpful, and quick to smile.

This is my favorite casino to go to. My family and I all have so much fun. The payouts at the slot machines are really good. I wish more casinos were like this... Better payouts = More business. The staff members are all really friendly and respectful. Great food at the restaurants, hotel is nice and clean, the beds are super comfy. It is also kid friendly, which is a huge plus. I seriously cant say enough about how great this place is. You have to check it out for yourself! One tiny thing is it is a dry casino, no alcohol. But still totally worth the visit! :)

One of the best casinos to visit and have a nice time. The hotel that is attached is top-notch. The staff here is extremely helpful. We had lasagna and spaghetti at the Buffalo restaurant and it was very good.

Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Its also Pet Friendly. Its one of our favorite places to stay.

Really do appreciate the non smoking section being available, but a lot of the machines had broken buttons.Very lively and fun place to be!

Most the time good slots pay out is good most the time hotel I wouldnt know never stayed at it

We were having fun playing black jack until the pit boss accused us of counting cards and told us to keep our bets the same throughout the whole deck.If we actually knew how to count cards or had been winning maybe I would understand. As it is I still have no idea why we were singled out.May never go there again

The dealers were being nice to me so I went up a couple hundred playing blackjack then made the usual mistake of not walking away. So it was a good time and I only lost $40 and got to flirt with the good looking dealers.

Awful place drove almost 4 hrs to get there and someone stole my 1400 phone I asked security they refused to help offered 500 cash for them to put a announcement over the PA they refused will never be back

If u like to gamble this is a great place to go. If you stay late the hotel is right there, (the beds are wonderful), sometimes there isnt any rooms, but the Holiday Inn downtown is just as nice.

This is the worst place Ive ever been too. I dont gamble but the food and service was absolutely horrible. Id give this place a minus 5 stars if it was an option. Ill never go backD rather spend a year in county jail than 1 night at this place!

Played for 2 hours same machine not 1 bonus the games around me being played same thing think machines at this casino are very tight went to smoke shop and played came out with what I lost at the big casino guess thats why dont normally go there . But on the other hand my dad only goes to large casino and always wins. Food is great and so are employees.

Unbelievable - they had a system problem and they didn’t tell any of the patrons. We put our money in the slot machines and couldn’t get it out. They have two people walking around since 3:00 am writing manual receipts... People waiting hours for service and they still aren’t telling new people that walk in that their system is broken. They take the money but make you wait hours to get it back out!!! We are leaving $30 in the machine as uncollected and will NEVER come back!! This is robbery!!

Enjoyed the interpretive center. Gaming was good. Customer service guy was incredible. Walked us to where we wanted to be. Good little stop on our trip.

If I could give a zero I would absolute waste of time. Stop, throw money in the door however much you want to loose and the keep driving. Restaurant is “Fine Dining” if your use to the local Burger King up the street. I will never come back. Drive in from Montana was really pretty, best part of the trip.

Great customer service and amazing rooms!

We got caught in a snow storm and it was nice to find a place with entertainment, food, and a hotel in one spot. When staying at the hotel you get 5$ coupons per guest for the restaurant. So we ended up paying very few money for a decent diner. The food wasn’t amazing but it feed us after few hours driving in the snow. The staff was very nice. Breakfast wasn’t included but they had a coffee station in the lobby. The room was quite big and included a couch area, 2 queen beds, a nice sized bathroom and a closet with iron and iron board.

The Wind River casino is a place of Las Vegas style gambling. But when I was there there was a traditional dance performance. It was truly magical dancing w/ beautiful music.

Its ok need to open it to more free plays

Ate dinner at their fine dining restaurant, Red Willow. The food was Dennys quality. 2 of our 3 meats were under cooked, but we never saw our waitress again after the food was delivered. We couldnt even get water. Waitress finally showed up with the check as we were walking out.

Wind River Casino and Hotel is much smaller than had expected. 95% of the casino is video-based, with only 4 blackjack tables, 2 Texas hold em tables, 1 roulette table and 1 three card poker table. Food was acceptable, but not interesting. People are nice, and the hotel room we stayed in is Best Western Plus comparable.

Take cash or be prepared to pay higher ATM fees with your bank.

Always a great time

I was at the cafe and the older lady, she was caucasian, that works there was coughing over my food. If you are traveling I feel like this should be noted and is important to keep in mind. I just wanted to write this as a warning or heads up if you decide to eat here.

Better customer service would easily make this place a five star place. As it is its difficult to find help or even staff that are able to help.(revised) I dont mean the customer service desk. There the only people there that do help customers. Need A tech, your going to wait a half an hour. Have a complaint or other issue, theres absolutely nobody to let know. And security its a joke. I found drugs just laying in a busy through way(789) with security standing about 20 feet away. I let them know and the look of confusion was evident. Its not hard to spot a drug addict and they shouldnt be allowed to be there ever.

Love everything about this hotel. Staff go out of their way to accommodate. The museum in the hotel is awesome. The restaurants have amazing food. And of course plenty of casino games. Cant wait to come back.
