Arlington Heights Sports Park

This park is awesome! They have a track that goes around the entire park that is 1 mile. It has markets at each 1/4 mile. They have baseball fields, a basketball court, a play ground, and a nice sized splash pad for the kids. It has a lot of trees and shade. A nice breeze goes right through it as well. Great family park. Always friendly people out here.

Clean and well maintained. Baseball and soccer fields along with restrooms. Plenty of benches and some covered picnic areas. Really nice walking trail that circles and goes through the park. Pet friendly!

Clean, well planned spaces for kid playing or fam picnic. Plenty of active people through out day young and mature. Playground swings and walking track. Well maintained bathrooms even at evening when visited. Great place for fun

I was here recently to run the Citrus Heritage Run Half Marathon. The start and finish of the race was located at this park. The venue was clean and well maintained. I parked in one of the spots closest to Cleveland Ave which was the Southern entrance. Once all of the parking spots were taken inside the park, late comers were directed across the street to park at Bethel Christian School.

Family oriented park. Nice walking trails. Open late to avoid crowds.

This is a beautiful park with many activities to offer. I simply wanted to walk the track that surrounds the park, which is 1 mile long. The park is expertly landscaped and maintained with plenty of shade. Get here when you can. Youll love it.

Great park but these guys took the bball rims. Most of us go shoot alone anyway. Silly nonsense. Screw you whoever made that decision.

Nice park to walk around. About 0.8 mile perimeter. Alot of grass, baseball fields, basketball courts.

This is a newer park and a lot of thought went into the planning. It has several, top notch sporting areas and you can play soccer, basketball, softball and moron the many will lit quartz and diamonds. Theres also plenty of parking, ample bathrooms that are well kept and a really nice playground for older and younger children. Everything is beautifully landscaped as well with mature trees, lots of shade, well-kept lawn and tons of beautiful roses. You dont have to come here just for the sports but you can find a spot and enjoy the peacefulness as well.

Was here with my Newfoundland dog and have been here before. Massive park complex with a good amount of things to do. Looks somewhat clean and up to date. Right next door theres a farmers market for fresh fruits and vegetables. Worth the drive to this park.

Good park its just small.

Nice park. Very good for sports related activities. The play ground equipment is nice and the summer water splash pad is awesome! Just be cautious as the crowd increase surface area disappears quickly and active kids often run into each other as there is not a lot of extra space around the playground area.

Clean Park. Here you will find plenty of green space to set up your volleyball nets, your spike ball, soccer, a picnic, or just anything. They have baseball fields, soccer fields, basketball courts, restrooms, tables, and a couple of parks for the children to play.

This park is great for the kids and the Hero run. We attend every year!!

The playgrounds here are always clean and kept up. Parking is good if there is no baseball going on. Always other kids for little ones to enjoy and make new playmates. Park is well lit at night, fun water area during summer. Bathrooms are always clean.

Impressive size and variety of things to do, with clean grounds and restrooms, as well as a spacious parking lot. Great place to play basketball, plus the ice cream truck makes its rounds here so theres also that!

Everything about this park is great, its family friendly and a great walking area by Victoria street.

Nice place to go hang out!

The area is absolutely beautiful and has activities for the kids via the playground and enough field room for everyone to be able to have enough space for practice or play. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked, there doesnt seem to be any riff Raff hanging about and overall the entire place feels safe and welcoming.

Its a very big park with lots of grass and eating areas. It is really peaceful and quite.

Great location lots of parking and love that its marked if you want to get exercise laps around the park nice job Riverside parks.

Great park to walk around with the kids to get all their energy out.

Very nice park! My kids loved the Playground and splash pad. There was shady places to sit and chill. We even got to enjoy a mini car show as there was a car meet held in the parking lot. Cool park. Would definitely be taking the kids there again.

The sports park used to be well manicured. It has fallen into disrepair. Most of the orange trees have not been trimmed and are very unhealthy. The walking path is in a near dangerous condition with ruts and holes. Several posts along the path have rotted and fallen over. The cork in the play area is in bad shape. We have enjoyed the park for several years and are very disappointed in its condition.

Clean and well managed. I really like the orange crates used as steps at the jungle gym. Really cute way to tie in our history.

Convenient, easy parking, walking path. Other people walking seem to be friendly, have gone there many times, will go there often. Walking is easy, no challenges though.

Has dirt trail that goes around about 1.5 miles. It is beautiful here with orange tress hence the orange smell. Lots of parking too

Good park. Kept clean every time Ive visited. Lots to play on and plenty of space for different activities. One of the water fountains wasnt working when we went last time though.

I come here regularly with my niece and nephew to play numerous sports, take walks, and parties. Wonderful park, with lots of outdoor activities for all ages. Free to enter and park.

It was large and had clean bathrooms, im glad parking was free and easy. We also saw some cute dogs here. Lots of open space and different activities

So my gym was closed for some strange reason so I wasnt quite ready to go home yet and brought myself to this awesome park for a few runs/ walks around its trail. So beautiful and Ill definitely be coming again!

Great clean park, lots of shade!The soccer fields can be very busy, and there isnt really enough parking for max occupancy with soccer games, etc, but if youre not there on a Saturday morning theres usually plenty of parking by all the areas.The kids play area is fun, with 2 different age levels (little ones, and the other is maybe labeled...ages 5-12?), and seems pretty well-maintained over the years weve visited. Theres a bathroom and covered picnic tables as well.

Lots of fun today at the Citrus Heritage Run. The musical entertainment was provided by a local band and they sounded great. Really beautiful place!

Shame on Arlington Heights Sports Park !. they had been advertising a Winter Wonderland, breakfast with Santa and so on to be held on Saturday December 7th...We picked up my little grand daughters who had been so excited all month to attend this event and took them to the park.There was a sign posted that said canceled.........my grand daughters were so heart broken....you could of put something on your website that the event had been canceled. It was perfect weather to hold the event. Needless to say we will not be participating in any future events held here.

Great place to eat. With nice benches an outdoor dining tables. Great for pick nick. It also has a great soccer field. And a nice playground for children. And they have public restrooms. I recommend this park and I also hope you guys enjoy when you come and visit.

In addition to the large sport parks, theres also a lot of walking trails childrens areas and a water splash zone. Very well maintained and great for children.

Nice place to walk around with your dogs (there are doggy bags available but i would still bring your own) and a nice jungle gym area for kids to play on. Plus a lot of different big fields, so you have plenty of room to do different sports, like soccer and football. Very well lit area so you are pretty good going anytime of the day

Great park layout, something for everyone there. Only big issue I can see is they need some turf instead of grass.the grass is patchy at best, especially in the soccer fields. My son plays there and if they fall they get scuffed you. I want my kid to be tough but this park could vastly improve with some nice high end turf.

Its clean, the restrooms are consistently open (which is more than can be said for other local parks), there is sufficient shade and covered picnic tables. Its a very large park with a playground, walking paths, baseball diamond, soccer fields, basket ball courts etc. A wonderful place for a large group to meet up.

Amazing park and a great path for runners! The restrooms are usually clean as well which is a huge plus!If you are into mobile games this is a hot spot for Pokemon go players and wizards!

We love this park because you have options of things to do here. Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, nice walk/run trail, and decent bathrooms. This is a great place for all families and all ages. You could do something a little different here. A busy place when all the sports are going on yet it is often use. This park is a local favor for many people here. Hope you go there and see for yourself

Beautiful park, very clean. You can place baseball, soccer, football and basketball. There is also a nice track to run/jog.Lost of people walk there dogs here. I wish it had a tennis court then it would be perfect.

Great park with nice play areas for younger children. Plenty of shade for walkers.Also, its a great place to play Pokémon Go and Harry Potter. Tons of stops for either game.

I love this park there is so much positive activity going on for both children and adults.From team sports activities for your child to registering to use one of the fields for private lessons. The playground along wirh a walk/run trail. Very clean and noise level is always at a respectful octave. As true for many places there are not a bunch of homeless people and trash that comes with it. I am pretty impressed with the public park. It is truly available to the publix.

I HATE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW of these little gems. This park is huge and very well organized. Today, was my first day here but I will be coming back to enjoy it with my kids.

This park is super clean and has so many options for kids. Went on a playdate here and the kids loved it. I loved it also because there were plenty of shade spots and water fountains.

Great multi purpose sports park and playground. Baseball, soccer, basketball and playground for little ones. Fair amount of parking. Snack bar during baseball season. Nice restrooms. Plenty of landscape.

Great park to take the kids. The only thing I have issues with is waiting inline for the basketball courts since there is only 2 full courts but patience is key

Clean, fun park. Which seams to have something going on all the time. My wife and I enjoy it, and so does our son.

This is our favorite park in Riverside! There is a great playground, plenty of shaded tables, and a water splash pad in the summer, 1 mile dirt walking track, and of course open fields for sports teams. Its particularly lovely in the early evening hours of springtime - with the fragrances of orange trees, Jasmine and a light breeze - I can walk a couple of miles while hubby watches our kids play on the playground.

Parking can be challenging during peak hours. Bathrooms are accesible.

Very nice calm park great for walking. Only thing is that some people leave their animals feces on the floor there should be more signs saying to pick up your animals poop. Even though it want on the side walk.

Great Park. The Riverside Road Runners meet there every Sunday Morning at 6:30 am for their weekly runs.

Go here quite often to shoot some Basketball, walk, jog, kick the soccer ball around and just relax. Clean and well kept grounds including the restrooms. Places for barbecuing, picnicking and resting peacefully under a shady tree. Baseball fields, soccer fields and mile markings on compacted dirt trail through and around whole park. Perfert for those who like to keep track of how far and how fast. Park gets use by organizations for sports and parties.

My granddaughter loves it here and its actually nice & clean.

I walk around the one-mile path that surrounds the park. It is very well maintained and wide enough to comfortably walk side by side with my walking buddy.

Nice park! So many vendors on Sunday so amazing. Theres soccer games going on and they sell corn chips water ice cream and so much more ONLY problem is;parking. There isnt enough parking. Its overcrowded.

I nice park that has plenty of weekends with little traffic and others where its buzzing with activity. Theres plenty of walkways and even a nice dirt loop around the entire park area. Theres plenty of space for activities.

Had my sons 1st birthday there, it was perfect. Super clean, friendly environment, bathrooms were close enough to the playground and benches. They have a water system that lets the kids get wet on hot days but go off at 5.

Beautiful place to relax and plenty of fielda to play.
