The experience would have been five stars because the people who actually went to bowl were cool. I gave it four because there was a lady who saw me standing in line and at 11:00 p.m. told me there were no more lanes available for the rest of the night . I ended up sticking around with my crew because we were kind of bummed out and decided to get drinks, BUT after talking to the gentleman who was serving the drinks I asked him if that was true. Not only did he say that that wasnt true but he told me they closed at 2:00 a.m.He was the real MVP and even helped us get a lane to bowl for the last hour. Shout out to you my guy, to the other lady I dont know if you were having a rough night or whatever it was because I do know that it was busy, but you shouldnt treat customers like that. For reference, this was Saturday night - 10/17/20

Were were so happy to take our little granddaughters there. They had a blast!! The put the bumpers up and then they also gave us a rack for them to bowl easier. We will go back for sure!

I will NEVER come to this place again, too many kids, not social distancing, no mask. They had to be over capacity.

We had a great time! Huge shout out to Nate for making sure social distancing was being practiced in the bowling lanes. He also cleaned the tables and chairs frequently. Working hard all night!

Dont order food here its literally 3 staff I waited one hour and 30 mins for 6 wings. You have to keep checking in on your food because they might give it away to someone who ordered similar. The vibe is chill tho. The pizza is small its a little above 20 price wise.drinks are free refills and free parking

It was ok but the food is extremely high i suggest you eat before u go otherwise i had a good time

Bowlero has a really great vibe, it was great times, looking forward to visiting this facility again.

Nice place to bowl if you have your own ball and shoes. The place is managed poorly. They have only 1-2 person managing the check in, shoes, bar, and food stand. One very big problem is they are not cleaning bowling balls after they are being used. No one is wiping down the tables or seats not a safe place to bowl if you are worry about Covid 19.

Not only did this bowling alley turn very ghetto overnight, we are currently in July and while COVID-19 is still at large, I believe the worker was the only person wearing a mask throughout the entire building. Make the trip and go somewhere better, cleaner, and safer. This just isnt worth it. If I could get my money back I would. This place just isnt what it used to be.

Got ticket for two on Groupon. Couldnt use them after 6 pm.got drinks, they were good . food was too expensive. Tried to bowl at 9 line was out the door . some people didnt have on masks so we left . i can only use ticket before 6 and not on weekends .

Pretty good location. Could work slightly on their customer service from time to time. Im in a bowling league here and overall with all the people in the league there are mixed reviews on people that enjoy this place and people that dont.... keep comming back though week after week so guess its not that bad. They just changed their Sunday special $3.09 a game from starting at 6:00 P.M to starting at 8:00 P.M and in my opinion they should have kept it starting at 6:00 P.M

Didnt feel safe... no social distance

I had to cancel my food order because a girl in the kitchen cant follow state protocols to wear a mask. My bowling lane kept freezing and the lights went out. & the girl at the counter was extremely rude about it.

I am disappointed in the attention to the drinks in this place, I love the place and I have come 6 weekends in a row, and none of the times have I had a good experience in the alcoholic drinks part, terrible staff, they do not deserve even a star for This, the rest is good food, good service in the kitchen and a fun place

Great family place to go and have fun.

Very entertaining atmosphere but it was on a Friday night and a little overcrowded as I observed while working security there for the evening.. Staff was professional but they need more security personnel to handle customers that become disorderly

I enjoyed my time here. I gm thought it was awesome to have a server at a bowling alley. But the food took a long time. Our pizza came after we already had our coats on to leave.

This is a good place for bowling and they have some good deals too. Their arcade games in this location were limited, I would love to see more games. Also for some reason we wouldnt get the tickets we won there was nothing to inform us if the tickets were no longer available or anything like that. So I would really recommend this location for bowling but not so much for arcade.

They didnt have our drink of choice anthe aracde machines were messed up.

Really upsetting to see people not wearing masks, not social distancing, and some staff not wearing masks and gloves. I took my four children here, and was disrespected by a young lady at the food place counter. Very unsettling, would never take my family to this establishment again.

Love the vibe here, man. The unlimited bowling deal was super nice, we were able to get heck of a lot of games in for $18 worth. Great atmosphere.

The bowling was fine. The lanes were good and the equipment seemed up to date. The wings were good but Ive had better frozen pizza than the pizza served there. The parking lot seemed like it would be a mess in the dark. There were also 3 totaled cars parked there which seemed odd.

Alleys were in good shape. The pool area should be shut down until its in proper working order. EVERY TABLE in that pool room was trashed. Many from our group would have stayed at least an hour or longer playing pool and drinking beer. Instead we left.

Love the update to the place! I definitely would like to see the bathrooms in better condition, but the atmosphere was great nonetheless.

I love this Place! I enjoy the the unlimited Bowling. They also have upgraded on their food menu. You have to try the tacos ! They also have a bowling shop! The best!

Its been a while since Ive been here. Remolded this place, everything was awesome, food was excellent, game room the best and cheap, prizes from the game room on point and its always a good time with family and friends and the music. Had me dancing all night. Love it! Celebrating my nephew birthday, great time.

Awesome to bowl, not much different than Brunswick. I give 4 stars because I grew up with Brunswick, other than that everything was fantastic!

Crowded and worst customer service ever...

Jailene the bartender is the only reason I am leaving a star on this review! She was attentive even though the rest of the bar staff was rude. The rest of the staff came out after she was busting her butt trying to serve the bar and the line. They told us about a 30 min wait which is fine, but that time passed and they added another 30. And that time passed! Their reasoning is that lanes/areas needed to be cleaned. Half of the lanes were not even being used! I understand things get busy but COME ON!!

Awful. Overly crowded and a gun was pulled while we were there.

Great place surprised to how few people their. So clean and great service. Price was cheap for family entertainment.

I bowl in leagues here and Bowlero is not staffed properly, it is a fun place but they can do a lot better with cleaning up the lanes prior to having leagues come in. They need to get help in for after leagues and parties, if they clean up the lanes the people will come in to justify the extra help. Just my opinion

We had an after work outing their tonight and it was a great time. Food was better than average, lanes are in good condition and the service was excellent!

Great bowling alley. The oil for the lanes were fresh and I didnt have the issue of the ball returner becoming jammed Like some other places Ive been too.

I am kinda disappointed at the fact that 3 of my kids ate and bowled for the sarcastically low price of $78.00 what a ripoff! Then you have to wonder why some kids do what they do!

Only 3 pool tables open. Over priced and outdated. The arcade is mediocre. The bar gets all the stars. Reasonable prices and great people .

Im a league bowler. Breakdowns seem better than last year but still occurring- time will tell. Oil pattern improved so far. Upgrades to the surroundings but we really care about the lanes that really need the attention. Bar service is super slow and sometimes non-existent. Were seeing changes but again, time will tell.

We go there on a Saturday and they are understaff. I waited 10 mins to get a refill. The young lady with the glasses who works the check who claimed she was the manager is so RUDE. This is the second time I go there with my family and it’s a terrible experience. The lanes aren’t bad but the service is horrible horrible horrible. Get it together guys.

Went in to bowl and had a great time! Everything from the staff to management was on point. I particularly like the billiards room ! Did I mention I probably won the Peterson classic.! Well at least I think so.lol

Bad customer service. The employees dont even acknowledge you when your in line. There was 3 employees behind the register area and 2 of them were chatting while 1 was managing the register. We were in line for at least 10 minutes and it was our first time there, so we were looking forward to a positive bowling experience. When it was our turn to pay the employee on the register automatically informed us that there was a 45 minute wait, without even greetings us! At that point, I was like you know what lets go somewhere else this location doesnt even deserve our money with this kind of service. We took our money elsewhere.

Waitress was very rude. $5 dollar sodas are sure to raise anyone’s eyebrows. When asked if they had anything for less, the waitress replied, “we have water and that’s free” with an annoyed tone.

Mellow atmosphere, food and drinks decent but a bit pricey, lane was defective balls kept getting stuck. Overall the children enjoyed themselves and the gameroom was a bonus!

Typical bowling place. Get the warm cookie dessert; takes time to make, but definitely worth it

Dirty...TVs are all old and fuzzy. Remodeled arcade is super small. But yeah, super dirty inside and out.

Awful place. Awful management worse year after year. We are 80+ league bowlers. Constantly broken down lanes. We havent gotten our league cards for free games and discounts though the league next to us on the same night has gotten them. Because a person on the league works there. Its a pathetic joke of caring around league bowlers.

Bowling is good from open until 4pm or so. Good oiled lanes.As far as the pool hall goes, it’s an absolute joke. 3 tables with tears in the tables. 2 tables don’t have any lightbulbs in the lights. And the only table that’s playable pushes the balls to the right side rail after making contact. It’s completely off balance. I won’t be returning to shoot pool until I hear you guys upgrade your tables. Brutal!

Big place. There were a lot of lanes not on but still had to wait. The wait wasnt a problem though. They remodeled the ppace and It looked really cool. I liked the screen and how they switched the seating. These tables are better. I also ordered a cookie but when I bit it, it was quite hard when it had been made like 10 minutes earlier. Overall, its a fun place to go with friends and family.

Just hosted my mom’s surprise 60th at a Bowlero, River Grove. The place has really turned around- clean, fun & great staff! Ashlee, the event coordinator was AMAZING! So helpful and friendly- Milaa was our party’s waitress and she was beyond great and we had constant staff around and ready to help! Food was great- jumbo pretzels, cheeseburger sliders and more were all so tasty & beautifully presented! Great package, awesome service & great memories! Thanks Bowlero!

Bowling in retro style alleys - cosmic lights, looks like great fun!Yet we came to play pool in the elevated pool room, and cannot recommend trying pool here. None of the six tables were leveled, and nearly all of them had substantial rips in the felt table tops. Good pool shots are generally not rewarded by good results. If it wasnt for the good company and conversation, it would not have been any fun.Food service (chicken fingers & fries) was timely and food tasted fairly good.

Great service. HORRIBLE womens washroom. The washroom smelled terrible and was extremely dirty.

I loved the place and enjoyed allot playing here. As I have a good memory here when I went but the only small disappointment was they had so many lanes which are not being used, when I requested them for little more longer time and said we are gonna pay but they said they are full. That was only thing I was not happy about and there was some small mechanical problem so that in one lane balls were not coming back for us and I complained 3 times later they said u can change the lane by the time our time ended.

My party wast told it was going to be a 45 minute wait.After waiting for more than a hour we asked how much longer they said few more minutes.I watched the same 8 lanes be closed and tables not clean for over 35 minutes.After more than a hour and a half of waiting I complained to one of their employees.I gave them my parties name and they checked where we were in the system.They said we should of gotten a text and didnt even though it was the right number. Text came 5 minutes after my conversation with this employee.After telling her the issue she walked away then came back apologizing saying our game was paid for. (I assumed she talked to one of the managers)After going to the cashier he said he couldnt give us our free game since none of the managers told him.I pointed out which employee I talked to and she lied about what she told me in front of what they said was the general manager.This place isnt managed well at all.Definitely not coming back to this location.

Simply awful! We had to change lanes 3x just to complete 1 game of bowling. The pizza take like card board and the nachos tasted very generic.Will never go back here if ever in the area again.

Just go for the pool tables but honestly not even starting to be worth it for the price especially when all the tables a run down and could use reconditioned even have a table for about a year has multiples in felt and still dont fix it and everything is priced very high $20 for a medium 1 topping pizza is outrageous

Nice place but not a great experience. The line to rent lane was super long. After I rented my lane with bumpers someone else tried to claim the lane I rented saying they too were given the same lane. After bringing it to reception I was told I would keep the lane I had to wait another 10 min or so for an attendant to come put up the bumpers. Because of all the delays I ended up having to rush the kids in order to not end up leaving too late (they had school the next day). Overall experience was poor due to employee errors.

Used to love this place until they fired all good staff or they left. These past couple months have been terrible! I kept going back thinking it was just one bad time. Each time I had to wait over 40 minutes when several lanes were open! There was no league games going on either. The lanes were VERY dry. And several times my friends and I were placed next large parties. Normally this would be fine but every time they happened to almost all be drunk. They were disrespectful walking in other peoples lanes ect. We had complained to staff and they just shrug us off without any help at all. I don’t not recommend going here especially if you have young children. Large drunk parties around small children is a disaster waiting to happen.

Does the job! Usually packed or a league going on as most bowling alleys but if you go at the right time its fun!

Friendly staff quick Food Service and Great Lanes

The one star would be for the bigger gentleman who gave us our shoes he really tried to give us good customer experience. Otherwise the customer service is non existent on a basic level. No one greets you or even acknowledges you. Our lane was having technical issues and we were moved to another lane. Well that lane also had technical issues, screen malfunction, ball return, etc. After we bowled 3 games the charge was over $50 (for 2 people). We asked to speak with the manager about the issues. The manager never came out to acknowledge our concerns. The cashier spoke with the manager and came back and adjusted the fees. We got charged for 2 games instead of 3. This was my 2nd and last time going back there.
