Elevate is the best trampoline park in the metro area of Albuquerque. It was nothing but fun and the staff are awesome! The staff also was constantly keeping the place clean by disinfecting the common areas. I dont think I will go anywhere else after being at Elevate.

5yr old daughter had a great time. Not to overly crowded.

Seems like a trampoline park designed by suits. Fun for the kids but overall bit a very inspired space.

Attended my grandson’s 5th Birthday party here. While my wife & I didn’t jump, the adults & kids who did had a blast! (You’re allowed to roam about the jump area by completing a waiver & wearing a wristband). They have more than just trampolines - they have various obstacle courses & foam pits. After jumping, we went to the party room, where we were served pizza (delicious!), drinks & cupcakes (his parents brought those). Great, friendly service from everyone. I know we’ll be back!

Recieved a text that I was there today. I was NOT. I dont know how they got my name and phone but possibly with a stolen credit card. Called the business and they were very unhelpful and rude. Just said to call the police. Sure as hell would never go there. Werent even concerned that whoever used my card was still there.

What an awesome venue for the kids and family. Have a ton of different setups to play on and get lots of exercise

This place is awesome! I’ve been taking my son here for the last year and he loves all the different trampolines, pits to jump into, and little dodgeball area. I would highly recommend it, I recently spoke to the owner, she’s very very friendly.

You guys definitely lost a customers for life for raising prices to 17 an hour for no change or upgrades in property...especially during a pandemic. We were regulars until now.

My family loved this spot when I visited new mexico. Will definitely return when I go back to see my family. Loved there obstacle course that were like American ninja warrior.

My boys both enjoy hanging out at this place. We usually go during toddler time, which is less expensive and more likely to be fairly quiet. It usually seems clean here. The time we used the bathroom it could have been cleaner, but sometimes that happens. The pricing is nice during toddler time, and I could see this being a super awesome place to have a birthday party. My kids favorite part is the trampoline slide and the area where there are squishy balls to throw.

Its a really fun trampoline park. There are so many things to do from dodgeball & obstacle courses to foam pits &, of course, trampolines. Theres good music playing & a nice selection of foods are available at the snack counter.

I had my sons 5th birthday party here last week. This place was great. The staff was super nice and helpful. They were very organized and went above and beyond to make everything work out perfect. Everything is new and clean. Lots of fun for ALL ages, including any adult. I highly recommend hosting a party at Elevate.

Pretty cool place. Security guards are in order here, but there are none. Even swimming pools have lifeguards. What gives, faceless owners of this establishment?

We absolutely enjoy Elevate Trampoline park. There are a lot of different activities. My kids especially enjoy the zip line. The staff are courteous and helpful. Excellent service. Theres a snack bar. Shoes are kept in cubbies.

First time here, we were never greeted. There were 3 ladies at the desk when we arrived I walked up to pay they stared at me as if I were interrupting their conversation. My son was crying and a employee walked up and said is he okay? I said he’s fine. She then went up to other employees and mocked my answer rolling her eyes and bad mouthing me. We were trying this place out to host a birthday party here but we will not be back. Very UNPROFESSIONAL AND INEXPERIENCED EMPLOYEES

Cleanest jump park weve been to. Though out our time jumping weve seen employees constantly sweeping and wiping down equipment. I really appreciate the standards this place keeps.

Was a awesome fun place for kids to play and enjoy jumping on trampolines. Service was a but slow, but overall great time.

It was great, super fun. I did two hours and would recommend only one. Granted I would recommend only one hour for most trampoline parks. It has a kids area which I greatly appreciated. Friendly staff too! The zip line was the coolest part in my opinion! It felt nice there too, it had a food court and VR. Lots of places to sit and put your stuff. All the things were sectioned off nicely. One con is that if a mom were to want to keep watching of her children it would be hard because you can see everywhere from any one place. Over all, I would recommend this place!

Huge! Lots of fun. Plenty of room for the kids to get the wiggles out. Nice selection of junk food - pizza, candy, slushies. Gotta buy socks but only $1. Ceilings are really high so its got great ventilation - not stuffy at all! If anything, I was chilly just sitting there so it allowed my kids to get quite the workout without feeling overheated.

Bday party for cousins. It went well and the kids got tired out

It was nice but the hourly rate could be expensive if you wanted the kids to play for awhile.

My son had a very wonderful birthday party at Elevate. The staff is top notch- so helpful and kind.

Nice facility, but customer service is nonexistent. If you go on a busy Saturday like we did, expect to wait in line for 20-30 minutes even though there are 3-4 people behind the desk, its hard to actually tell how many are working. Once you get to the front of the line be expected to be told that you must first fill out a wavier, and they can not check you in otherwise. If your are first timers, like we were, this is easy to miss because there is absolutely NO SIGNAGE directing one to do so. After you fill out your wavier expect to wait in line for 20-30 more minutes, then you may finally jump. We wanted to do something fun with our nieces and nephew, but instead spent nearly an hour waiting.

It’s a fun place to go to I practice there a lot and the staff are friendly and it’s fun to practice tricks there

Awesome and fun place ! My 3 year old had a blast and so did I. The snack bar prices were reasonable as well :) The only thing is, I think they should have more staff circulating around and enforcing rules to keep kids safe. .

I really hate to take away 2 stars considering this is a great place to take your kids, especially for parties! However, the birthday party pizza that was provided was literally RAW. Gooey dough that looked identical to the cheese, really not good. Youd be better off bringing your own

By far the friendliest customer service I’ve ever experienced. My friends and I always have a blast. They even have a food court. The dinning area is always clean and tidy! The food isn’t expensive and always hot out the oven when served. I definitely recommend coming here.

Nice facility. It is huge. There appears to be a lot of space and well designed. It appears to have a better lay out than the trampoline park by the mall in ABQ.

You can not trust the people working here. First off let me say I took my daughter for her birthday. While we where there people where running all over. And when I say people I mean grown adults where running into my children several times and knocking them down. The employees did not say a word. They are a bunch of teenagers working with not adult supervision. Its literally a zoo. I will not be going back .If you have small children I would not take them. And I wish I could tell you that was the worst thing that happened. So after we left A couple hours after we got home I realized I Did not have my phone. So I called and spoke to an associate. I described to her what my phone looks like, and the cubi that we had put my our stuff in. She insisted that no one had turn in my phone and refused to go look and told me that she would look when they closed. I was irritated with her behavior. So I sent my husband to go look for my phone. My husband, was their within 10min after my phone call. When he got there he went to the front desks, and asked about my phone. At first she acted like she didnt know what he was taking about and then later admitted that she did remember someone saying something about a lost phone. And then looked under the desk and said oh is this your phone. How convenient all of a sudden she knew exactly where my phone was, but had no Idea 10min earlier. I will be putting in a complaint with upper management. For all of you who go be careful with your phones! And children.

Staff told my 8 year old not to stand on this? What the heck are you supposed to do with this other than stand on it. The request was strange and made my daughter very uncomfortable.

I enjoyed the night jump. We jumped at the last hour before closing. It was slow enough to where the park was all to ourselves. Had a great time! Great family fun and great means of exercise.

First of all, this place is enormous. We’ve been to a couple other trampoline places in the area. This place is probably about three to four times the size of the other places. There are a lot of play areas with different things to do. There is a snack bar and just from what I saw, the prices seemed pretty reasonable. The entire place was spotless. We were there on a weekday after school, so it wasn’t packed but even so, the level of clean was way higher than I expected to see. There was also someone going around sanitizing things and vacuuming- I think they keep up with it constantly. Like the other places we have been to, you buy time by the hour and they give you a colored wristband and periodically call out when times have ended over the PA system. Your ticket includes a pair of grippy socks that you wear while you’re there and you keep them.The only thing I would have to caution is if you are taking a younger child you are going to want to stay with them the entire time. This isn’t one of those places you can kind of sit in one place and keep an eye on your child from a distance. I mean- you could- but you’re taking the chance of your child getting hurt. I took my seven year old and he needed constant supervision. This place has so many areas with so many different things to do and there are places that they can hurt themselves if not being supervised. I don’t think this is a fault or a negative in any way. My son had an amazing time and tired himself out. He also luckily had run into friends from school there so they all played together and they could have stayed there several hours without getting bored. I just think you need to be feeling up to it to follow around and supervise a younger aged child. For the days when I’m not up to that I’ll take him to one of the fast food places with the indoor play areas or something like that.Bottom line is I think Elevate is amazing and will wow your kid and tire them out. Younger kids will need supervision.

Park is very clean and has a great layout with many options to explore. It is more pricey than most however you get what you pay for. Staff was very attentive to us and friendly.

The kids really enjoy this place. Its never too Crowded and the selection of trampolines, ninja wall climbing, zip lines, dodgeball, etc is outstanding. Price is right in line with other trampoline parks here in town. This place also has a snack bar, which is pretty nice after jumping for an hour.

Had a bad experience with the manager she refused to help me further with the faulty lockers. I was polite, and patient waited for her in getting the lockers set up. nothing worked had to wait for her. I had paid my entranceand for what? to wait on her . My kids and wife got to jump but definitely didnt get a good chance to I asked if I could get a discount for next time or something but she refused even that.oh yea she would let me know she was the manager constantly and over all she was rude I can tell shes inexperienced. Definitely will not go there again. I will tell others as well.

Must keep a close eye on toddlers as older kids tend to throw balls at them and be a bit rough. The monitors there do not interfere it redirect the older ones well. My kiddo enjoys jumping.

Have been a couple of times. Great for letting the kiddo burn off some energy! Attended a bday party a while back that was less than impressive tho: gifts got mixed up with another party, the room wasnt ready on time, and the employee assigned to the party was rather rude. Will def keep going just for fun, but I wont be throwing any parties here.

ELEVATE IS THE BEST TRAMPOLINE PARK IN NEW MEXICO BY FAR!!!!!!! Its by far the cleanest park ive ever been too and it is affordable for me and my family. The added plus of having a food court is awesome!! 10/10

Not your typical trampoline park. Lots of different activities for the kids. A pugel pit, climbing wall, foam pit, etc. Lots of good fun!!

We just had a birthday party for my daughter and niece there, and it was great! I just wish they allocated a little more time in the party room so we could have opened gifts. But an hour and a half jump time was worth the trade off.

I never even got to jump, because my shoe size was bigger than 11. never go here if your shoe size is 11 or over, cause their dumb uncomfortable socks are very small.

We had a blast! We went with a group, but we also took our 1 1/2 year old Granddaughter out there. She loved it. We look forward to visiting again.
