My aunt has lived here for years. I enjoy going and visiting and walking around the park. Very clean and well kept. This place is super kid friendly with a playground and pool.

Office staff is very helpful and friendly. Grounds are well kept and very convenient to grocery and shopping. Nice play area and pool for kids.

I have several friends that live here and I’ve heard nothing but great things! I’m a frequent visitor and the park always looks clean and neat. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for someone to live in Ridgeland!

Its a trailer park. What do you expect? They do have a decent pool though. It goes to 6 feet. Its fun to swim there, but has a crowd sometimes.

I really do not care for this place too much I have a friend and sister that live here. The management is not very good at all and when kids go to the playground by the pool at times it has beer bottles, pill bottles, and have found a smoke pipe. They raise the price of rent when they build the storage area. Kids used to play all the time now most of the kids stay inside the

I had always like this place for the mobil home and the storage. But this time I was disapointed becuse I have a storage with them and the storage was leaking and a lot of my furnutre was ruin.

Most friendly and helpful staff in Ridgeland!

The absolute worst place in the entire world to live. Management is absolutely awful and will never help you with anything whatsoever except printing out a receipt for your monthly rent. They do not deserve 1 star out of 5. My mobile home flooded due to a busted fitting on a water line beneath the sink and I was out of town. Did they help with the water bill, no they didnt. It was my problem and I was a nuisance by simply even calling to inquire. Any place in the world, a war zone even is better to live than this dump!

Save yourself a lot of time an frustration. Go with a reputable self storage company. They are very disorganized and cant seem to deal with updates to credit card info and telephone numbers. Im very displeased with my experience.
