This private sailing club offers spectacular views of the San Francisco Bay. The bar and restaurant are for members. Maybe if you are lucky someone will invite you. The food leans traditional Continenal. Well developed dishes using fresh local food. A gem.

Way out there? Yes but that’s part of the charm. Bad cell reception? Then get Verizon. Fabulous bar and deck area and a great event space!

Friday night dinners are five star! Menu includes several choices including standard American fare. I had the cod in parchment with vegetables. Was served by a waitress who came and cut the cod out of the parchment. It was too delicious to describe. There was also lasagna, beef, duck, and more. Dinner was served on linen tablecloths. There is a full bar. The staff are paid professionals.salad bar included calamari! The boats are well maintained and imprrssive. The location is on San Francisco Bay, and for us sailors, about an hour to Golden Gate Bridge. The clubhouse is modern, only a few years old, and there is even a store selling clothing. Thisbis a private club. You need a membership or reciprocal privileges under PICYA. I did not see one derelict boat. Coming in as a guest on a sailboat the area is visually stunning because of the several adjacent houses on pikings with private docks. Definately a destination worth going too.

Best NorCal yacht club imo. Race courses galore just outside the harbor. This isnt a dinner club... its a sailing club.

Its a family friendly sailing environment with wonderful food and a full bar, all are more then happy to lend a hand theres sailing classes for kids and adults . RYC is a Great place to be, Come on over get a Feel for the sailor in you.

Best YC un the Bay

Remodel completed in Aug. 2016, Clubhouse looks beautiful. Great place for sailors in Point Richmond, easy boat access to the Bay. Access Club off 580 near Richmond/San Rafael Bridge.

I went here for a friends wedding. The location is beautiful, both indoor and on the deck.

Great club for sailors - very affordable - great junior program (junior program has been running for over 65 years).
