The facility is really nice, no complaints, but the customer service desk is a joke especially in the evening. No real adults in charge, just obnoxious college girls who treat it like their own private locker room. Constantly running their mouths with word gumbo or watching The Office on the computer. They dont greet you when you enter and say nothing when you leave. If you need them to do anything, they are totally put out. Just schitt attitudes. Perhaps a refresher in customer service would be helpful or stop hiring the same type. Just a thought. I would give the facility itself 5 stars.

Everything you could want for fitness and recreation. Pool, sauna, free weights, machines, racks, activity rooms, basketball courts, cardio with TVs. Love the natural light and music played. It has its busy times but its open early and late. Never havent been able to do everything I needed to do.

The Weinstein Center is a great place for exercise. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are enough workout stations to avoid competition for access. Also, there is ample parking.

Lovely educational institution.

They are awesome for holding Special Olympics there! Very clean facilities.

Great place and a beautiful building on the campus of the University of Richmond.

Not bad at all, lots of machines, pretty big free weight area counting the 4 squat cages/racks, etc. Could use another flat, incline, or decline bench for so youre not competing for them as often during the school year.
