After waiting in line for 30 minutes to get in we went to the bar to get a drink. We were informed that the bar was closed to customers and to go to a machine and a cocktail waitress would come by. After 20 minutes of waiting for a waitress to show up in the smoking room, which by the way was silent - no music, I went to the customer service desk to complain. Who did I find there chatting with the customer service person? The cocktail waitress I had been waiting for! How do I know? She told me! She took my order right there which I had to repeat 3 times. It wasnt hard - Bud Light and a Jim and ginger. Asked customer service person to turn up music. Commented that we were there for some fun and relaxation and we werent in a morgue. No music in the smoking room still. I had to ask a cocktail waitress again and it still was not done. If this is the way Rosies on Midlothian Turnpike is going to continue to run, Ill not be back. Not my first trip here. Started coming when it opened and it was great - Really going downhill now. Oh, and by the way. Rosies mgmt really screwed up when they decided to raise the price of beer from 4 to 5 dollars. You took your servers tips away. You see, a customer will give that extra dollar to the server, but less likely to dip into their pocket for additional money. Stupid business decision. Maybe thats why youre servers arent paying attention to your customers.

If you plan on going in the new Covid 19 era, please bring your patience. You will wait in line for at least 45 minutes depending on when you go. I went to get my robe today on Midlothian Turnpike and I just kept it moving. Just beware.

This is Not a Casino, so dont think it is. It is exactly what its called, A Gaming Emporium. They look like slot machines but they are video game machines. With that said, it is s very nice place and something fun to do. You can win money but know that its not the same as a real slot machine.

Staff were very friendly, cashiers, restrooms, restaurants, reward clubs were all easy to access to. The floor and walls were nice and reminded me of a smaller version of Live Casino, There were no table games, only slots. The slots were very well spaced out and had a plastic wall barrier between each slots due to COVID--19 and they temperature check as well with a special camera you look into to measure your temperature at the door.There were three issues with the slot games:1. They were very old and outdated games. Nothing like you would see at Live, MGM National Harbor, Dover Downs, or Charles Town. The sound affects and graphics on some of them like Ninja Magic reminded me of the Sega Arcade games back in the 90s.2. All the games were made by the same company Wigos. You wont see known names like Konami, Azures, and other big brand names with cool effects, screens, etc.3. All of their games you can play Max Bet to get a chance to play the jackpot rounds. Most of their games start from $0.20 cents to $2.40 range. They do have some $5 games on the floor and a special room for higher bets.4. Majority of the games they have are the same type and style of playing since they are made by one company.All in All this place is not for serious slot gamer who like fancy tech slot games. This is actually a place for locals to hangout after work, seniors who dont play big tech games and like the old fashion ones.If you are someone who is passing through and want something do to in the Richmond area, then I would recommend it. If not and you are into bigger fancier tech games then you would probably get 5-10 min worth of fun on one game. As I said before the games are by the same company, outdated, and basically all the same games if not at least the playing style.They also have a smoking area as well and their burgers, fries, and customers service were really good. They say that these slots machines are suppose to win between 4 and 5 percent well I have been there and spent a 1000 dollars and never hit anything close to a descent hit ! I know for a fact that its not good choice to go in there and THINK your being treated fairly but go see for yourself !

We had a really nice time. There arent any handles on the slot machines. There also arent any.card tables. All of them Chinese are push buttons. There are no free drinks either. There is however, a bar and section to eat. I wouldnt really consider this a casino. Its more aptly a game emporium for adults. There was security. The parking lot was spacious. It was clean inside, including the restrooms. It was over all a good time. Nice late hours.

This is gambling lite. Not enough slot machines and not the same quality as a regular casino. We ate in the diner. The food was average compared to the price. The seasoning on the french fries includes brown sugar, thankfully the clerk asked me in advance if I wanted the sugar or not. The sweet tea and donuts were super sweet. Seems sugar is a primary ingredient for flavor. I have a super sweet tooth, but this was even too much for me. The decor is great, but I found it small and a little boring. Think of Chuck E Cheese for adults. The staff was nice, helpful and courteous. Its worth a visit, I just wasnt wowed.

The employees at Rosies on Midlothian Turnpike are so nice and willing to help you. Everyone I came in contact with was genuinely sincere. I enjoyed talking with several of them; Marsha, Victoria, Gregory. This was my 3rd time there and looking forward to returning soon. Me and my husband enjoy the shot machines and he also enjoys off-track betting on the horses.

Recently visited casino with my brother who is on oxygen all the time. There is no section for oxygen users to. Plug in portables while they enjoy the visit. He was only able today a short time & even though he was enjoying himself and it was his birthday.

The games are old, they all make the same sounds, its to many of the same games ...its 2019 time to upgrade to better games... the greeter and employees are great very nice I will never return though. First and last time.
