Store is amazing. The dark hair gentlemen and lady with short cut were very nice, helpful, & genuine. The blonde didnt seem too genuine making my sister uncomfortable a bit. She didnt seem use to people of darker skin tones but Im sure she meant well.

As being a long standing customer and spending hundreds at Aquarian Bookshop, I was absolutely detested by their severe lack of proper customer service skills. On Saturday the 11th I stopped by to purchase a bracelet ($18) among other things and on Monday the 13th while getting dressed for the day my bracelet thread snapped and broke the bracelet. Shocked, I called Aquarian hoping to get some sort of assistance of any type, regarding my bracelet. A woman named Grace, answered The phone and I explained to her what had just happened. Expressing to her how I frequent the bookshop and this had never happened before. Grace then blatantly told me without any concern or compassion that there was absolutely nothing that they could do then proceeded to tell me to go to a craft shop to fix the bracelet. Absolutely disgusted, I said alright, thank you and ended the conversation. I have never dealt with such subpar customer service in my life especially from an establishment I held with high regard and being a frequent customer. I will NEVER shop at the Aquarian Bookshop again for my crystal or metaphysical needs and advise ANY and everyone else to follow suite. Unless you want to be treated with disrespect and disregard, take your money and energy elsewhere!

This is truly one of the few remaining brick-and-mortar stores that sells crystals and gems and stones and the like for all types of customers. Whether youre getting a stone for mystical purposes or simply for decorative purposes, they dont judge and they always treat you with kindness and respect. Plus theyre incredibly knowledgeable and can answer just about any question about their inventory you can throw at them.

It should be labelled as a spiritual shop instead of a rock shop. Ive been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. All the staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Always changing with the new vibes, new books, and material and regular classes. Come here for all your alternative spiritual needs.

As soon as I walk inside it always feels magical to me. They always renovate their inventory and keep things very interesting. Everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would give the young man in the 1st shop 5 stars for helping me pick out my great new protection necklace. He was patient, kind & very wise about the different stones. But as my husband and I wondered into their other store across the way to see what else they had, I saw that they did readings. So I decided to try it. It was my 1st and last one. There was no reading happen. He had me say my name 3 times Now tell me who hasnt been hollered Al by their parents. But other than that, we just talked, and talked, and talked. Hes not a bad guy. I just was looking for more, alot more. If youre looking for something fun, but not serious as for a reading. Great place. The jewelry is amazing, thats what saved it.

People are knowledgeable, selection is extensive, and products are of quality. Been a customer for a number of years. You can get anything from literature to jewelery to psycic readings and anti-smoking therapies. Time is easy to loose grasp of when browsing. Wish the crystal gallery was still open.

My daughter and I enjoy going to this place to pick out special minerals and gems for our collection. The staff is always very friendly and ready to answer any questions we have. Aquarian is always a stop on our way home from Carytown and completes our trip. We will definitely visit again and again.

This location doesnt exist i know where the new bookshop is. I am not aware of a new crystal gallery. Am eager to see it when they open it.

Timothy is awesome! Thanks for your help today. My daughter loves her pyrite cube. The collection of minerals, crystals, gems, jewelry, and framed butterfly art is as beautiful as it is impressive. If youre in to the chakras, they have all the healing stones and what not. But if youre into geoscience and minerals, they have tons of interesting minerals and crystals on display. The store is beautiful as well, with everything lit well and art lining the walls. The staff (Timothy) was super helpful. The jewelry selection was also amazing, so check this place out for yourself or to find a special gift.

This place is hippietastic. Me not being a hippie but enjoying a proper blend between, muggles like me, hipsters, and Gipsys, was pleasantly supprised by the environment and selection. I was very impressed by one of the cashiers I observed being very personal behind the counter with the shop dog. When asked about his passion for the pooch his response was I was rubbing my mustache with Nigels mustache and it was sweet! Right you are mustache man, and I shall visit again and buy more tapestrys!

My mom and I go into this shop once a week. They are well stocked with all my needs and wants . The shop is really warm and inviting.
