Wow! How is it that a place as nice as this exists in the Tricities? Would expect this high end lounge in a big city. The art work and decor is awesome. Love the steampunk themed bar next to stage. Most of all, loved listening to Steve Haberman make his fingers dance on the keyboard! Until next time! Awesome place Michele!

My high school had our 2019 prom At Micheles. The venue was beautiful and offered a unique, steampunk vibe.

Great place to sing on Thursday nights. Just opened karaoke and its awesome with a stage and beautiful setting.

We loved everything about this place, except maybe the prices. However, you do get what you pay for and what we got was worth every penny!I highly recommend this place to others!

I attended an anniversary party here earlier this month. It was very beautiful inside, the food was terrific. I recall the servers being very efficient as well. I was very pleased to be invited to this special place, they threw a beautiful party.

Groove Principal is a great band but I would like to be able to see them and not just listen to them. Mechelles is not set up to see them very well. The bar is very small with a wall in the way so you cant see the band. On the other side its the same way with a wall in the way.

Great venue both inside and out, a lot of thoughtful design went into the layout of the place. Very friendly staff, good food, and drink selection. The menu is good, but not great, but the prices are reasonable. It is a bit of a drive unless you live out at horn rapids. If you plan on going out there, make the trip more worth while by going when they have live music to make the drive more worth it.

Fantastic new Tri-Cities event center and restaurant! This redo of a former winery is off the charts elegant; youll swear youre not in the Tri-Cities! A huge outdoor covered patio/pavilion with large stage is another amenity we just dont have enough of in town.

I believe this is called Arnachi (appetizer)...have to have it everytime I go there!! Surprisingly filling... Love it.

Great music. Service not speedy even when not busy. Friendly though. 3 visits same results. Great outdoor sitting area. Food was exceptionally good. 3 1/2 stars out of 5

Good drinks and yummy desserts. The dessert menu rotates. Drinks and food menu are pretty consistent. Service is pretty good.We enjoy the live music they have.

Great atmosphere, food, and staff! The Rat Pack would have been regulars - classy retro. The jazz duo, Pat and Rich2, was a classy and awesome choice for Thanksgiving dinner. All expectations were far exceeded today!

My wife and I just discovered this hidden gem. Didnt know much about it until a friend recommended it. It is a beautiful venue with an amazing outdoor patio area. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the presentation. We will definitely be back and will most certainly share our experience with friends and family.

At Michelle’s is an absolutely beautiful facility, sadly, it seems terribly mismanaged. I hate to be negative but also hate to see a new business fail which I do believe is in the cards if they don’t get their act together.Bottoms line, massively over priced for the terribly prepared food.I won’t get too detailed but our second shot at the establishment, in hopes of redeeming our first experience was not a success.All you need know is that my $35 rib eye steak was like shoe leather and the server was clearly embarrassed to serve it.I would also add, coming from someone that knows a thing or two about steak, that it was clearly not a rib eye.Please take this as constructive criticism and fix the problem.

This is a newly renovated restaurant and event center that offers something for everyone. At Michelles has fantastic interior decor and a large outdoor live entertainment and event space. The ambience here is special. You will feel like you are on vacation in Las Vegas or somewhere equally exciting! The food looks beautiful, is well made and unique. The indoor live music stage encourages dancing and can be enjoyed from any seat in the house.

Our first time there. Weve been looking for a restaurant like this in the Tri-cities area. Amazing from start to finish. Everything about At Micheles, from the first impression, the decor, the food and drinks and the staff was great. Cant wait to go back there!

Atmosphere and service were excellent. Food was pretty good....seemed like they did a good job using average ingredients. Worth the price for sure. A nice lounge and live music arent that common in the Tri, and we had fun. Well definitely be back.

My dinner was fabulous, the chef came out to greet us. Afterwards, we listened to a local band on the back patio. Great night!

What a beautiful venue! Youll forget that you are in west Richland.

One of the most interesting and stunning venues in the tri cities. Disappointed though in the service. While attentive and timely was a bit unorganized or in error. We ordered two appetizers receiving one correct and one in error (it was corrected after we pointed it out). Ordered prime rib medium rare came well done. Polenta was dry and grainy. Drinks great. Music good.

Beautiful food, great live music. Try going when the band #Badlandz is playing. They’re awesome!We had a very sweet waitress who had superb suggestions from the menu. One of my favorite places to eat.If you want to impress your date, take her here.

Nice place. Great atmosphere. Great service. Went on a Friday night, they had a live band with a great mix of music. You should probably consider reservations if you want to be seated in the dining area.The ceasar salad was delicious. I also ordered the crab cakes, they were dry and had too much filling. They were returned to the kitchen and removed from the bill. I prefer crabcakes with mostly crab and minimal filling. I found these to have too much filling and were dry.Overall, I would certainly return and would order a different item from the menu.

Pretty cool place. The band was really good - Enuf Sed. Felt like a real place outside of the tri cities.

The owner Michele is heart felt and cares about her customers and her staff. The food has been fabulous (my palate has been pleased for sure). The visual presentation is eloquent with edible flowers on the plates. Great 1960 furnished lounge area and their bar is so unique with classy industrial designs truly unique and a keeper. They also offer a very large patio area (great for an event) @ Micheles has live music on the weekend nothing like dancing off your dinner..

I came here for a coworkers party and really wish I had better things to say. When I walked in, the hostess treated me like I was an inconvenience. My friends who ordered drinks waited half an hour for their orders to be brought to their table, and they also ran out of food for the event. I didnt get anything to eat at all. I would be willing to give them another try because I like supporting small businesses, but the first impression was a disappointment.

Fantastic food. Good ambience. The owner and her staff really care about you and want to make you happy. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

Best food I’ve had in the Tri-cities or any other fine dining restaurant I’ve eaten at. Then to top it off there’s the unique setting and ambiance that you can’t find anywhere else in the Tri-cities!

We came for the live band and were hopefull for good food and service. We were extremely disappointed. The service was lacking and for the price, the food was subpar at best. We couldnt even put salt on our food because it was caked to the bottom of the salt shaker. The crabcakes were pasty and not very good, the pasta was dry, the steak was under seasoned and the mashed potatoes were the consistency of peanut better. The best part of our experience was the band and the drinks.

Today was our fifth time at Michelle’s. We hosted a speaker in the main dining room, and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious, the staff very patient as we all arrived, and the ambience was delightful. It is always nice to bring friends to see the beautiful job that Michelle has created.

AMAZING facility. Food was ok. Service was lacking. Would have been higher stars if the price was lower... However, if youre going to charge that much, the service needs to be a LOT better.

Great atmosphere, great food, even greater experience

While we’ve only been once, we had a great time. The staff was very friendly and the layout was awesome. We were fortunate to sit by the fire, which made it even better. Can’t wait to go back!

I came in a few months ago and was very impressed. The service was very attentive and the blonde gal they had taking care of things was very nice. Michele even introduced herself to us and you could tell she really cared about her guests. However, I was in again last Saturday 10/6 and the service was absolutely horrendous. If they are going to set a precedent for great service and charge what they charge they needed to stay consistent in the quality of service. I was told they were under a new manager but they need a different one. That taller gal with red hair can not handle it.

Went here for dinner last night, loved the place great music theres a server her name is Samatha or Sabrina we can’t remember but she is blonde if you get her your experience will be wonderful she gave us a tour of the place with out us asking we mentioned doing an event for a 90th birthday for our dad. What was amazing she wasn’t even our server but she came and introduced her self told us about the live music and different events. She checked on us more than our server. She was wonderful I thought she was the Manager but then she told us she had only been there a month and she was just a server. I hope at Michele’s see her potential and really move her up. She invited us back on the 24th for a band we will be back! Wonderful food thank you for the great time.

First time we went was great. Second time was bull shot. They wanted to charge us 40 bucks a person just to go in. They had an outside party going on but they would not let us dine indoors without paying 120 bucks before we even ordered or sat at a table. Dont bother just go to the 3 breweries across the street its cheaper, a better atmosphere and they dont look at you like your garbage.

This place is trying to step out of the normal tricities unsophisticated style. But it goes over the top, its an awkward, uncomfortably laid out venue. The band that was playing was the complete opposite of Micheles. It was a weird punk rock orange jumpsuited group playing covers and wearing wigs.The bar is so over priced for just normal average drinks.Its trying to be something its not. Im glad someones attempting to bring some class to the tri-cities. Its a flop in my book.Hopefully they do better in wedding season.Although as someone who works in the industry, Id never have a wedding here.But, If youre dying to get super dressed up, this may be your only chance in the tri-cities.

It was okay. Food was good, atmosphere was good and the service was great. Bread has gluten, cheese has dairy and they apparantly didnt know that. Il go back. Maybe.

Classy, just my style. Need more bar tenders and less waiters who get in the way of the customers waiting for a drink at the bar.

Went in for dinner around 4:30 Saturday evening, restaurant was totally empty, one car in the parking lot. Told all tables were reserved so we had to sit in the bar on ridiculously uncomfortable bar stools. When we left at 6:00 the restaurant was still 85% vacant. Food was ok, but overpriced. On a scale from 1 - 10 I would give it a 5.5 only because they serve Lecole wine which I love otherwise it would have been a 3. Overpriced and nothing special. Service was ok, but it should have been there were hardly any patrons in the restaurant. I wont go back.

Probably the worst experience at a restaurant? They need to take lessons in customer service. Menu limited, no options for minor children to eat. Over priced items, I have to get my own drinks. Never got to the actual food, waited to long, (soup and salad)? One server for a party of 20 +.I would wait until they get their act together maybe?

Stunning Event Venue. Nothing like it, anywhere. Top shelf dining, entertainment and cocktails.

At Michelles has a beautiful event center and we have visited twice now since they finally opened. Unfortunately both visits were disappointing. The first was for brunch with friends and we all ordered the eggs Benedict with crab topping. It was barely luke warm and in hindsight we should have sent them all back.The second visit for dinner with two other couples ended up to be more disappointing. I ordered a screwdriver from the bar and it tasted like metal. I sent it back and she brought me a second. This one was not as bad but still tasted of metal. Several people tasted them and agreed. They also tried to charge me for both drinks and .75 cents for the orange juice. For dinner my wife and I ordered the rib eye steak with truffled potatoes. The Steak was very similar to what you get at a fast food restaurant, half inch thick and a lot of fat. Mine was cooked medium but my wife’s was rare. The potatoes were pasty. After a $20 corkage fee for a bottle of wine, with tip (really?), we finally got out for nearly $250.Beautiful building, nice people, but they are having some serious startup problems. I’m sure they will get things together, but we won’t be back for the foreseeable future. They do have a nice bar area and a band on certain nights. Hopefully they will still be in business for the Holidays because it is a beautiful facility.
