I bought brand new single wide from them here,nice easy place to maintain park is nice neighbors are helpful and friendly,My plumbing was messed up and couldn’t flush toilet or take shower for week had to go to our other place to do so was hassle but they did get it fixed as they should but Sandra in office made it nice and made me feel like I was in good hands and would be taken care of, now things are great love the place starting to fix it up to my liking. management is easy to deal with if your calm and collected don’t jump to conclusions about things until you sort it out calmly with office if you call up upset that will not work out in your favor ever!

A park I highly enjoy going to, if you live their you get access to an overly-shallow pool, but no matter what you can always use the seating area, basketball court, play toys, and the rest of the park. In my opinion, one of the nicest parks in the area.

Was a nice mobile home park. But u have to pay taxes on the property, rent is slowly increasing every year and now they are putting towing stickers on cars parked in front of houses really considering moving elsewhere

I’m still new to the Community after the purchase of a new home, which was a hassle free painless process. There has been some bumps with new management taking over but seems to be smoothing out.

I have been doing work for this park and its residents for approximately 5 years. Recently new management took over and the park has gone through a complete turn around. The public spaces and new home setups are leaps and bounds better than they have ever been. I would consider buying a home here now, where in the past I never would have.

It is a clean, well-maintained park. It has a nice playground for children, a pool is open during the summer, and there is a nice hall to rent for gatherings.

When people think trailer/mobile park, they usually imagine trashy...not here. This place was right off the bypass and considerably quiet. Some of the mobile homes were quite cute. Parking kinda sucks though...only enough room for maybe 1 vehicle curbside per unit.

So close to beautiful Hanford. If I lived there, Id have a 15 minute commute!

I was only there to fill out an application but they were very nice and helpful.

Weve lived here for the last 7 years and seen the park undergo major changes in both structure and management. Over the years weve lost on-site storage, one pool, an available recreation center, and various liberties as the rules have changed with the management styles.All that said, Ive still recommended the park to area newcomers and rounded up from around 3.5 stars simply because of the neighborhood people. Ive never had to worry about a break in, letting my children run around the park, or even losing a pet all due to the relationships weve made here.The location gives quick access to the Hanford area, downtown Richland, and West Richland. But even with all the physical benefits, I recommend this park mainly for the people living here.

Use to be better managed now it’s a joke and they keep raising the prices and you get crappier services

First place i lived when i moved here from Tennessee. I think management sucks.

The management makes it a point to harass any family with children. They also discriminate against disabled individuals. The manager verbally assaulted my wife on more than one occasion before the owner, who is not even an American citizens, but is a Canadian who lives full time in Canada, finally fired him. Managers turn over every 3-6 months. I would definitely advise anyone thinking of moving here to think again and find other options.

All good until you try to get management to fix something.

I give this place no stars....due to ever changing management. About every 6 months. When I moved here the management said only one shed....I was a new tenant and had to tear the extra one down....now we have new management again....and two sheds are fine....I have had a broken water pipe since September when I responsibly had my underground sprinklers blown out because of a crack in a pipe I had to shut the whole system for my yard off. ...it is now summer, can not water my yard. Or the system floods. It is dying. If I try to do the work myself...I could shut down a whole block of neighbors water. There are several frustrating situations...no emergency numbers to contact managers if something goes wrong....like a neighbors pipe splitting and flooding my living room because it is spraying the side of my house....its the weekend....no one to contact. I tied a rag around the pipe...now it is flooding under my deck. I have recently sold my double wide mobile home....and this could negatively effect the situation with my buyer. The managers leave by 3 on Friday.....5 on weekdays....and have no emergency contact numbers...you can not reach them. This is happening today right now. If I knew what I know now about the situations here I would never have purchased in this park. The solution to the flooding....and broken pipe.... They shut off all mains to my yard water, and confirmed the problem was fixed. No it just isnt flooding anything, I still can not water my yard. Pet friendly NO, kid friendly NO, read the other reviews they are true....kids can not even play on bikes or skateboards in a safe community....it is not allowed. Letter to tenants .... any problem animals will be removed. Cats will be trapped....for the third time in two years....rent will be raised...letter if this will cause a financial burden contact bla bla bla. Then they took the American flag down....it no longer flies over our office. That was just one of the many reasons I moved here. We pay enough rent for our space to have an American flag fly over the court. The owners to this court do not live in America, and are unreachable. Be aware of what you are getting into when you move in. I will be contacting the renters association of Washington State. To say I am not happy with the management here is an understatement....and I regret horribly that I have had to sell my beautiful mobile home to get away from the monthly drama this court offers.
