This is a good and decent marketplace. Lots of restaurants and an nice theater. I wish they had this when I used to live here.

We just walked around the outside. This is a beautiful building, when I first saw it I was speechless. Even glancing through the doors this place looks amazing.

The manager Craig in the restaurant made our evening amazing. For a restaurant inside of a movie theatre, he gave us customer service that I would liken to dining at a very expensive restaurant. Craig the manager understands what real customer service is. Every single time we eat here, the food is amazing and the staff are great. The monthly membership fee is totally worth it, and because of this, we rarely go to other theatres now. The only con for this place is that I wish it was bigger.

My favorite movie theater so far in this area. Newly built and has the reclining powered seats which I believe are a must have these days. Once you get accustomed to being able to sit in comfort with the foot rest and the heated lumbar option, it’s tough to go back to the old school seating.Food and drinks can be a bit expensive but can’t beat the variety and service. Theres so many options from full bar food meals, all kinds of drink options through to the usual candy, soda and popcorn.Most of the time the patrons are respectful of others watching the movie but there’s been a couple of occasions where a family has brought a young kids to a grown up movie and they’ve talked or played constantly, creating a distraction but it doesn’t happen here as often as some of the other movie theaters.I tried the DBox seats for a movie. I’m sure they are great if you’re used to them. I had to turn the power off since I found being jolted around in a chair to be a touch distracting from taking in the movie. This is a nice fancy theatre. It is newly open. So expect no lice and mites yet hahaha. It has sitting arrangement so no jumping for jumpers. No, not this one. Very nice and welcoming staffs. Maybe they get paid right or at least Cinemark is giving them good perks. Theyre missing a 360 virtual tour in Google maps. With that, they can showcase well their nice setup.

I was a little confused while using the online seat reservations feature. The staff tried to help and also had a bit of difficulty. The manager made sure we were satisfied because of the inconvenience. Thank you sir! That was an awesome (unexpected) display of customer service. The reclining lounger seats are the best with electric operation and seat warmer. I like that your food can be delivered to your seat. I just wish the line to order moved a little faster. It would be great if you could go to your seat and order your food from there. Overall, this was a very enjoyable experience! Ill be back...

Nice theater. Great discount for early bird movies, which is the first movie of the day (I think). They actually have good food, that gets delivered to your seat if you arrive early enough (within 15 minutes of movie time). They serve beer-type drinks at the snack bar.Theres also a full bar in in the lobby, which I havent been to.

Such a nice Theater!!! Enjoyed the quality of service and the food was delicious! Not to mention the reclining heated seats where your food is brought to you made to order! Cant wait to go again.

We absolutely love this theater! We are here every other week! The only complain, I just wish they built bigger bathrooms, it’s a new theater, but there are only 2 tiny lady rooms and on weekends they get packed after a movie. I had a broken ankle this summer and found it really difficult to use handicapped stalls as they are tight. Also really wish the flush in the toilet was automatic. Confessions get a bit busy on the weekends too. Bar area is amazing and they deliver food and drinks to your seat. Overall it’s a great place!

Downloading the app and going Tuesdays after getting the membership It has saved me so much money on movie tickets and convenience fees. Its $9.99 a month for the membership. Pretty comfortable chairs. Good customer service. Great bar set up.

1st time here. Great place. Easy access and easy to purchase tickets. Staff was nice and place was really clean and appeared safe. The seats were great. The heated seats were a plus. Diff return here. BTW, bar is great.

First time going to this theater. It has VERY comfortable power reclining seats, huge theater, excellent picture quality and plenty of food items to choose from! Our new go-to theater.

We go there on Tuesdays to get the reduced price and we belong to the cardclub for extra benefits. You can be entertained there, have lunch or dinner with a cocktail if you wish, [at your seat] great reclining seats, no phones allowed. A fun place!

I take my siblings once a month to the movies and we really enjoy them. The DBOX is a lot of fun and the workers are nice. The food is also really good and they deliver food to your seat so not only is it hot but its nice to eat and watch the movie.

Love going to the movies here. Had a party here and the service was great. Only thing is they didnt have party packages at the time. But it was a great experience every time I go. The food is pretty good as well.

This is now one of my favorite movie theaters. I enjoy the food, its pretty tasty. The staff are very friendly and very helpful and I do not usually see attitudes with most of the employees Ive had to deal with. The movie theater is very clean. Im the one who always make a mess and you surely couldnt even tell for the next showing.All in all I give this movie theater or two thumbs up the only thing that is not great about is the parking. They actually need more parking. But its a very nice and safe environment for kids as well.Keep up the great work Renaissance.

This movie theater just had their Grand Opening a couple of days ago and let me tell you, is unlike nothing of we’ve EVER had in Rialto. If I could give it 10 stars I totally would. The outside curve appeal is clean and welcoming. You can see families hanging outside. Walking in felt right at home with a fancy restaurant/bar that sets the tone of a contemporary appeal. The staff was friendly, helpful and it almost felt like they were happy we were there. The inside of the movie theater was clean. They have XDseats which basically vibrate and move at the loud sounds of the movie. Also the seats reclined and you are able to adjust the level of vibration/motion of your seat. When I was walking out I was able to spot a Starbucks station and Dryers ice cream area. Overall I absolutely loved it!

This theater is really nice, and we love having the Cinemark membership. There issue we have is the bathrooms are not kept up. The stalls are not regularly maintained. Must be something with the chain because this is the same issue I had with them with their theaters in the Bay Area.

$5 on tuesdays, all showings have lounge/heated seats, food is good but not very cheap, reasonable for its quality.

Im a frequent movie goer, Ive been a long time AMC attendee however Cinemark has them beat in almost every way. Well worth the price of tickets, Dbox is great and XD is good however, I do wish the backs of XD seats would recline more as apposed to just the legs extending. Though the heated seats do make up for this. The service is good and the employees are friendly.

I miss the ghettoplex, but this is classy.Reclining seats, a full menu and bar. A safe, clean environment to enjoy a movie with the family, friend, a loved one or alone.

Love, love this new area in Rialto. This movie theater is amazing & relaxing for the date night. My husband & I usually go on Tuesdays for the $5 deals for our date & if we are lazy to cook, we eat in the theater. Chairs are comfortable!! Customer Services are awesome!!

Nice Theatre. I wish the servers would just come to your seat and take and allow you to pay for your order while youre inside the theater because standing in that line and then going in there waiting for your food thats not a very good concept. The seats were very comfortable and they were heated that was a super plus the theater sound quality of the picture was great.

Very nice theater. It’s good for us since we don’t need to travel to Rancho or Ontario since this one is closer. Comfortable seats especially for XD theater. Not as good as Dolby or imax but it’s still good.

Absolutely best Theater and best bang for your buck. Offers great bar area and insanely comfortable seats at base price! Definitely the spot for a movie date as there are many other options for food in the area

Although a little pricey I def love this theater Ive only been one but the movie rooms are small and cozy....you can sit on the back row and still feel close enough to the screen...its comfy and clean

I enjoy going to this theater. The staff is usually very friendly, the service quick & very clean. Today, however, was the exception. It was a mess and they had no flavored syrups for the soda machine. I spoke with a manger about it and he was dismissive. Not the best visit.

One of the best movie theaters Ive been to thus far. Super clean and professional. They have a resturant in the front or you can order food and have it brought to your seat. They have recliner seats that also have back warmers on them. This place is the best when it come to watching movies.

Been here at least 4 times and each time has been great. Love being able to walk up to the kiosk and just print out my tickets. The food counter has something for everyone. The mini cheeseburger sliders are delicious. So happy to have something closer to home than at the mall. Also the rewards program is worth the extra price with a free movie ticket every month.

This is an awesome theater!!! The seats are so comfortable and they recline as well. Also if you order food that needs prepared theyll bring it to you. The employees are super friendly as well. Ive been there a couple times and all the employees I came into contact with were so nice and professional. They have a movie club you can join if youre a big movie goer. Their prices are about the same as AMC &Edwards Theater. Parking is pretty decent as well, from handicap to electric cars (I didnt notice any charging stations)... The nice plus of this theater is a handful of things. One they have a conference room so you can have company meetings or birthday parties there as well. Second theyre right next to the new mall with lots of stores to shop at. They arent quite done yet, but about 90% finished building.

Nice theater with good food options alcohol served here. Big comfortable seats (not heated) with food getting delivered to you. I had an issue with my food not being delivered and the employee apologized and took care of it immediately. Tuesdays there are $5 for any movie and not just old movies either. They even have ice cream scoops available for purchase if your in the mood for a dessert overall a great theater and good place to take the family.

This movie theater is nice. It has a bar area outside of the theater rooms where you can grab some drinks. The seats are AMAZING leaning electronic recliners that also have a heated back that relaxes your lower back muscles. Decent price for what you get.

Really a great place but Ive ordered my last burger from them! At $12 a burger with decent beef you would expect CONSISTENCY! Well the burgers Ive received have came perfect, the first time only. Since then they have been cold, dry, soggy buns, over season, to no season! Last night I was really hungry..And this burger was my first meal...so I I reluctantly ate a soggy bunned, no seasoning, dry burger. Too many of the bad combo for me. Peace out!

I love this theater! The atmosphere is elevated compared to other movie theaters with a bar and restaurant inside. Easy to use kiosk screens for purhcasing tickets.They have assigned seating here that secures your seats. That takes the stress of getting to the movies on time for parking, getting snacks and finding good seats. When you order from their menu they bring your food to your seats in the theater which is really nice.Best part is $5 movie Tuesdays and their rewards program.

Great experience. Service was quick, theater was not cramped and had assigned reclining seats and everyone seemed happy to help.

The theatre is great and up until today I loved going there, its also closest to home. Today they couldnt sell me a ticket because I had my 6mo old with me. I also have a 7yr old that I do not take with me to watch R rated movies. So I usually go to the theatre while hes at school or sleeping at night. I had gone multiple times with my baby to this theatre at night and only once got told they couldnt sell me a ticket because I had her with me so I explained that she is only breastfed and she was only 5mos. The emyployee ended up letting me buy my ticket and I enjoyed the movie no problem. Today i was told she couldnt go in with me to watch Rambo, which I told this employee to the same thing. She she said its policy so I had her call a supervisor once she got off the phone she said he asked multiple supervisors and they said no because they had other tickets to sell I became upset because literally all the times I have gone at night I was only told once and they ended up letting me take her in, because he understood she only breastfeeds. Yes maybe I got lucky, but how is it that was their response to why she couldnt go in with me. Why make me feel like they dont want us there, they could of been honest. Well I called to speak to a supervisor once I got home and explained to him what I basically just stated on here on top. He explained to me and I understand and appreciate his honesty and how kind he was. Some of us parents dont have that choice to leave our babies at home, and my bbygal does so great through movies and even falls asleep.

The pulled pork nachos were surprisingly good for movie food. The cost was reasonable at $9. They delivered it to me in the theater before the movie started. It is a very organized and well run place.

This is a beautiful theater.The staff goes out of their way to to be of service to you. The lobby is one of the nicest I have been in. The seats, sound and picture are state of the art. If you dont love seeing a movie here, well you just dont like leaving the house.

Ticket purchase and seat reservations easy to do on website, and unexpected matinee pricing was an added bonus! Clean and beautifully decorated. I will for sure be back often!

First time here. Got to say a huge step up from all the other theaters in the area that weve been to. Loving the kiosks where you can purchase your tickets and select your seats. Assigned seating is a big plus no need to rush to get good seats. Love that! Inside the theater youll find comfortable power recliners and plenty of space to walk in between rows. Clean restrooms and enough soda machines so you dont have to wait in a refill line. Prices are similar to any theater. Big thank you to the ownership for this dope theater. Go watch a movie for yourselfAlso, you have to order their tacos! They will bring your food right to your seat.Just make sure to grab all your condiments and napkins!

Visited this place after enjoying lunch at Crackle Barrel down the block from here. This place has excellent customer service and the place was clean. They have a full bar inside this theater.

Have yet to have a bad experience. I visit this theater several times a month. They have a Tuesday discount day that brings the ticket price down to 5$ so if theres a movie you dont want to watch at full price youre good to go. The seats do recline but not as far as some theaters alao have a swivel tray that will not reach you at full recline but its not a deal breaker. Full bar, incredible menu and full service coke machines. So dinner and a movie all in one place and the food is not bad at all.
