Michael’s trumps all other craft stores. You really can’t beat their deals. They always have really good sales going on, super sales, they have awesome coupons and even take competitors coupons AND they price match. This location is often out of stock on a lot of the paints I use which sucks but the savings are still there.

Downright incompetent staff. A staff member rudely forced the line around the corner to two cashiers at the end so that one cashier could finish with a large order customer and then when she did she began taking new customers instead of taking customers from the original line. As one of the last customers in the original line, i watched a 3rd cashier move onto another project instead of taking the last two customers who had waited 20 minutes in line (with 1 item in my hand, mind you). This Michaels location was a downright awful experience today. Id rather order online from Amazon and wait 2 days for my order than deal with that again.

This is an older store and its pretty small compared to other Michaels. The staff was lovely and helpful, unfortunately they dont carry a ton of traditional decor outside of seasonal items.

I had forgotten just how much I love this store! Im the holiday cheer meister for almost every holiday (9 Christmas trees in a 2 bedroom townhouse and for Halloween, we have a 14 foot in diameter inflatable spider crawling down the side of our home). So clearly, I came home today. 60% off Pride and 70% off Patriotic. And the clearance truly made me lightheaded until I realized that was probably just my vertigo. Regardless, the experience was perfect. They had 2 rows for shopping carts - return cart here or disinfected carts ready for you when you walked in. Masks and social distancing were also some of the best Ive experienced. So far not, grab that Visa and your mask and treat yourself to a fabulous day of shopping with a company that respects the severity of this pandemic and approaches it perfect. Now, upper management of Michaels, will you please help our . . . Hold on . . . Respected and elected leaders in Washington and show them you CAN show empathy, intelligence and planning to get the country back open responsibly?!!! And that goes for all of them, not just, well, lets just say I was thinking of him as I was about to type tespected. So I thank you. Today was, hands down, the BEST shopping I have done in months. And I would still feel that way if I wasnt that crazy holiday guy.

Michaels had a good selection of clearance ornaments and other holiday items. It was well organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. I stocked up on items like cookie tins, and decor I would give away next year at 70% off. Candles to brighten these winter nights are on sale. My gal at the register was wonderful giving me a few ideas for next year!

I love Michaels stores because they are great for all craft needs. This store in particular was lacking. They did not have 3 items out of 4 that I needed. No one recommended they can order the items for me and the prices were slightly higher for the items I usually get. I wasnt very satisfied with this visit and would suggest calling and asking if your item is in stock before wasting the drive.

VERY clean, VERY organized and what a selection they have on artists and craft paints. I feel they have very fair pricing as well. The staff were polite and helpful and the cashier was very friendly and had a warm smile. I was in there for about 2hrs and didnt get to see everything before they closed so Ill DEFINETLY be going back. I havent been to Hobby Lobby yet but so far... Michaels is a WAY better craft store then JoAnn fabrics.. Just my opinion.

Didnt have a good selection of stuff and things that were clearly marked on sale didnt ring up on sale and even after showing them the item was marked on sale they refused to honor that.

I love shopping here. The store is always clean and the cashiers and other personnel in the store are always friendly and helpful. When I need help, they dont just point and say its down that aisle, or that aisle. I have actually had help finding what I need. This store gets an A+ from me for customer service! The prices are reasonable too. Halloween and Christmas stuff is already out too!

I shop for Acrylic paint, canvas and some things to go with these supplies. So I walk past 95% of the seasonal crafts that they sell. I find this store generally well stocked. I have never gone home empty handed.You do need to play the coupon game or wait for frequent sales to control cost. Their app is helpful with coupons, plus you can check prices with it. Ordering on line and picking it up at the store is a time saver.Staff is generally friendly and willing to help.

Helpful, friendly workers. Wished my 25 % off entire order would have worked. Just be aware if you purchase everyday value items coupons will not work with those items. Several people complained about that in the same day. But cant complain too much because I still got a great deal with the everyday value.

Huge variety. I have found alot of stuff that joanns doesnt carry. Plus I have never had to wait in a long line. Everyone that works there is very friendly. I usually always can find a 40-50% off coupon to use which makes it very affordable.

I went around christmas and they had cute ornaments for less than 5 dollars. I bought a cotton candy machine ornament for a friend who had broken a gumball machine ornament she had for years, and she loved it.

Clean and well stocked didnt buy anything...no one said hello as I entered or bye while I was leaving...no one asked what I was looking for as I walked around the store...however, Im not saying that the customer service is poor, I just didnt get to experience it.So I would shop there again, because of the location and the store was very clean and organized.

Took my grandkids to Michaels craft class today to make Halloween t-shirts. The class was free all we had to buy was the t-shirts which were cheap at $11 for 3 of them. Michaels supplied all paints and craft materials to decorate the shirts. Theres always someone running the craft area who helps the kid with ideas etc. There are tables and chairs and a sink area to clean up. The kids have done many craft classes Michaels has offered and always have a great time. I definitely recommend Michaels not only for all your crafting needs but for fun cheap craft classes for kids.

I went there to get a chalk eraser and they did not have one. I ran out the place because its easy to spend money here fast!

This location gets 3 stars because the staff all seemed clueless about everything. Asked if anymore shirts were available in a certain size and the associate that we asked automatically said no. Didnt offer to look. A family member works for the company and she asked the associate if she could check the backstock, or possibly check in the system. She again said no and stated that she didnt even know where she left her equipment. The store was also a disaster. Stuff everywhere. When we went to check out, a few of the employees were trying to figure out a bopis order and were yelling across the store to each other. Instead of helping several associates walked by or just stood around the cash register. Although there was a huge line, the one cashier was trying her best and seemed as though she was the only one in the store that knew how to handle anything. Truly disappointed in this location.

I love Michaels and won’t let one experience change that, but today the whole “We Love Teachers” campaign proved to be the biggest lie they ever told. An associate named Barb, I felt like was acting like the Teacher Discount Nazi. It was so annoying and unnecessary. She acted as if she gave a teacher a discount it was coming out of her own paycheck. Why invite us in your store to shop if you’re going to treat us that way?The manager ended up accepting my other forms of documentation (that they didn’t even look at for the record) and she started acting all flustered and perturbed as if it was such an inconvenience for her.Michaels was giving out totes for teachers and once we got through the teacher discount thing (which ended up being less than $7.00 FYI) she then tried to deny me the gift tote. Again, as if her own kids wouldn’t have school supplies or get into college if she gave it to me.Here’s the best part: I was buying a TEACHER LESSON PLANNER and teacher stickers and she treated me like I was a criminal.There was a young girl in the store who worked there with dread locs and I thought Barb was pretty rude to her as well. Just talking down to her and since I chose to mind my business I didn’t say anything but just wanted to put that out there too. If you get Barb, ask for the manager because she does too much.
