Maybe it was jus the stress of the day but workers here at this location did not have very good customer service. Snappy answers, like rushing answering your questions. I love online ordering but need to get their system straight. Also was not very good social distancing and mask rule WAS NOT ENFORCED
This place is awesome! They have all kinds of obstacles and fun stuff for the kids to play on... which is good because that keeps the kids occupied so you and the wife/girlfriend can play your choice of like 8 different games on the amazing Virtual Reality gaming station they have set up. I may be wrong about how many games are available but it was at least 4 different games to choose from.
1st time taking my daughters, n sis they had a blast! Hope whenever I come to columbus again thag I bring them! We will have to try the Dublin location this time!!!! Thanks for a cool experience! Just upgrade the pizza it wasnt all that good but other then that, no complaints!
Really really rowdy. I also wasnt told prior to me paying $70 for two kids to get platinum passes that they expire after 3 hours. We got there shortly after 5pm. My nephew went to rock climb at 8 something and was told that his pass was expired. $70 for 3 hours? Not to Mention that I purchased a pizza for them and drinks for each of us (3 drinks). This was another $30. They were sitting down eating and talking part of the time since nobody said these passes are good for 3 hours so dont sit down relaxing. I definitely wont be back .
I enjoyed the array of attractions and entertainment for the kids and adults. I had a lot of fun on the ropes course myself. Alyssa was our host and checked on us regularly to make sure we were set. We made sure to tip her. The virtual reality station was great. The obstacle course. Just everything. Definitely will be back.
IT WAS SO AMAZING!!! My son and I had the best bonding time and the service was excellent. Thank you all thats mad it possible God bless.
They do not sanitize like they claim. After someone uses the VR equipment they have someone else use it without sanitizing. Anyone 10 and under arent wearing a mask and the people who are 10 and over are not wearing a mask at all. There is no child supervision. Children and getting lost and crying for their parents. The children are SO unsupervised and the workers arent looking so much so that I had an allergy attack because of an unsupervised child whos mother was NOT around and NO staff to tell him to stop. 0/10 ESPECIALLY during the pandemic.
Im only giving it 2 stars because the kids had fun. Staff needs to learn customer service skills, they need food prep lessons and they need to focus on their employees wearing masks as well as guests in the facility. Restrooms were a mess and the majority of what you pay for is closed. We purchased platinum access to look at possibly becoming members and I can promise this location will never see our business again. I will check the other locations they have and make a decision based on those before purchasing a membership. I will be sending photos of employees not wearing masks to the health department.
Great time!! My 4 and 8 year old spent 2.5 hours there and LOVED IT.
This place was Great My kids and there friend Loved it. Most definitely Would go here again
My experience there was a little disappointing. It states that it is a family-oriented place but its more catered towards kids and young adults. They have you purchase wristbands so you can do certain activities but Im not sure if the workers were actually paying attention to the different wristbands because of how many kids were just running around. They only have pizza and soda for refreshments and the pizza was nasty not sure about the soda because I got water. They do have another location in Dublin which may be better than this one in Reynoldsburg but Im dont know.
So much more to do than other trampoline parks. The staff was super polite and the facility was well kept.
Really fun place for kids. The staff were very attentive and friendly.
I love it. best trampline park of all time. 16 dollars for the whole month. and free pizza and drink every time. cannot beat it. and staff is nice.
Its A Great Places To Take Your Family, Very Safe And Clean. Make Sure To Bring Your Mask To Stop The Spread Of Covid-19.
If you are considering a birthday party ask for Stephanie! Weve had plenty of birthday parties at different businesses, but she was easily the best host weve ever had. Extremely attentive, professional, friendly, and accommodating, she made sure we ALL had a great time. She made sure everything ran as smoothly and the kids loved her! The park itself has so much to offer, and it is clean and fun for kids and adults. Foods a bit overpriced, but there are plenty of options. If you pay for a monthly membership you get unlimited entry and some include free food each visit. We did not purchase a membership because we simply do not live close enough but it sounds like a great option! Definitely returning.
Kids love coming here and prices are great! You get unlimited access when joining a monthly membership but have to commit to a year. Employees are not very informed on the rules of the memberships and dealing with the corporate office has been nothing but trouble. I can not ever talk to the same person, given generic responses from whomever receives my email, or no response at all. Cancellations of a parent membership costs $50 when thats almost the price for the month. Was told a year membership automatically cancelled after a year from a manager, but they continue month to month until cancelled. Food is inconsistent and overpriced.
The employees have their hands full. Ridiculous how unorganized everything is. Parents please dont just drop your kids off or let them come by themselves. Fights breaking out everywhere. Just a huge mess
Fun and exciting! The kids had a blast and they had friendly service. Will come again!
Kids always have a blast! We drive from Circleville to come back.
There was no way to social distance it was way too many people in there at once
This place is awesome for the kids. The cost is reasonable compared to other trampoline parks because you aren’t limited to a certain number of hours. The only con: you cannot bring in your own birthday cake/cupcakes. They obviously want you to purchase their birthday party package - which would be great if they offered smaller party packages!
The staff wasnt very good at enforcing the rules. There is obviously also a severe issue there with visitors being unable to follow rules and laws. It is also not a very good image for the business when the first thing visitors see when they pull up to the building and there are 2 police vehicles, then walk in the door is a young man standing there in handcuffs. Then when waiting in line another fight breaks out in the lobby. Over the course of the next few hours there would be countless people removed, and another young man be placed in handcuffs. While I am thankful law enforcement was there to deal with the situations, not my idea establishment to try and relax and enjoy what should be a fun time. We will not return to this particular location. It is an obvious safety issue, and concern. All the activity with law enforcement completely ruined my ability to relax and enjoy our time. The facilities could have been kept up and cleaned, and dont even get me started on the disgusting conditions of the restrooms. Lets just say the toilets we inoperable due to over use and inappropriate upkeep and cleaning.
My 9 yr old and his friend had a BLAST. Absolute best deal is the $30 pass. He did everything there was to do, as many times as he wanted to do them! No annoying time constraints. The facility is beautiful inside. Bright lights, fun themes, visually appealing colors. Nice cafe located centrally. All of the trampolines and obstacle courses gave my little guy just the right amount of challenge. We will DEFINITELY be back!
This was a fun little place. Definitely different from other kids places. It is based on obstacle courses. There are other activities like wall climbing, virtual reality, and walking and swinging from different things in the air. Its about $30 per child to include all the activities, but they have different packages.
Lots of things to do and we like that you dont have a specific time limit on your play but it was extremely crowded on a Saturday night and there were few places for parents to sit while the kids played and most of the times the monitors were not paying attention to the kids or did they care how they were acting up or if they were being safe. Good police/security presence given the area.
I recommend 2 anyone with boys 3_up
My daughter had so much fun she did not want to leave. Urban Air is a great place for children and their parents. The ticket prices are reasonable as well.
Its a very fun place. They have respectful and nice workers. The trampolines are nice and the other games. Amazing food. 5 stars
We decided to get a membership because the price was reasonable. My husband and I quickly regretted buying the membership. The facility is staffed with too many young people that were more at play than the guest. The tables where we could eat hadnt been cleaned or cleared, there were dirty socks and half eaten food all over the tables. Too many issues mention. I tried to cancel and received an email that basically said that I was stuck. Take your family somewhere else. Our second visit was much worse there was riot. Kids were fighting and the staff was not able to get control the police came and it got even worse. Please save yourself the stress. Disgusted....
Pretty neat place for kids to burn off some energy lol.. They have plenty to do for kids different from the norm. Food wasnt bad at all actually pretty good and priced ok. Had Birthday party there and the hostess for our party was on it made everything run smoothly.
Only thing due to covid-19 only serving pizza bottle water and ice n cups of ice cream
Urban air has the potential to be an amazing and fun place, however there are safety concerns when you are there on busy nights like Friday and Saturday. There were teenagers in there fighting multiple times and the police could not even contain the situations. They need to implement a policy for anyone under the age of 17, should be with an adult, no exceptions. Also, paying to get in was a nightmare. There was no organization with the lines and we waited for 30-40 minutes just to pay and check in. Outside of that the activities are really fun once we did get in and the kids had fun up until the chaos. They were scared and ready to go after that.
Went here for a birthday party and had a great time! Ive heard of it but Ive never been. I have a 4 year old and 10 year old and this was was perfect for them both and with their age difference sometimes its hard to find things for them to do together. I love how you can play as long as you want and there is no time restrictions like other places Ive been to that are similar. I would definitely recommend this place for parties or just to have fun especially on rainy days. It was extremely hard getting the kids to leave when we did. We are going to go back for sure!
It was fun but kinda dirty
Terrible place. Will never go back
Absolutely love this trampoline park. Great for small children, big kids and teenagers. They have a lil bit of everything for everyone. Affordable cost. Great for a large group.
Absolute chaos, multiple fights, inadequate staff. not a safe environment for children
Great place. A lot of attractions. However, none of the attractions are well monitored. So, you will be continuously cut in front of or will constantly wait in line for something because people will refuse to leave the ball pit, trampoline, foam pit for the joust, etc. If they policed the attractions this would be a 5 star place easy. I would not do more than the $20 package.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Urban Air (private room number 2 ) for making my nieces birthday an excellent, enjoyable experience. The young man Jaiden who hosted my niece birthday party did an amazing job, I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism he went above and beyond; he was extremely polite/ courteous he represented your company with the upmost respect and integrity he is someone you should definitely try to keep around. Thank you again young man I made sure I spoke to your manager and told her you did an awesome job as well
Excellent time! The kids had a blast. Great environment! Big shout out to Mark! He provided excellent customer service, made sure we had the right package and answered all of our questions!! We will return!
I brought my 8 year old son to Urban Air the afternoon of Black Friday. He loved it! We’ve been to every trampoline park in the Columbus metro area, and many others across the country:. Urban Air is the best we have seen. The next day he wanted to return. It’s a 40 minute drive for us, but I agreed. We got there around 5:30, and we had a horrible experience. The faculty was crowded, which would have been ok except that there were so many guests who struggled with basic rules. We had to deal with kids (and adults) cutting in line. Going the wrong way on the Ninja course. Playing in the ball pit, making it impossible for others to complete the course. Playing in the foam in the jousting area. And the staff did nothing to control the situation. We opened the door to the ropes course entrance. There were three teens sitting inside (no staff member), which is intimidating to a young child. We figured out later that they were friends of the staff member. After about 90 minutes we finally gave up and went home.
Is fun and save so my kids love it
Fun place for the kids.
We have been a platinum member for several months and my son and his buddies love the place. For under 20 bucks a month he can go as often as he wants and gets pizza/popcorn for free each visit. That’s what you would pay for 2 hours a few blocks away and they don’t have nearly the attractions as UA does. I for one love seeing the two police cars out front in the parking lot. I think it makes a statement to people right away that nonsense won’t be tolerated. Corey the GM has been awesome since they have opened. There was a rough Saturday night a while back but that happens everywhere and since they have really tightened the security in the facility with adding another officer and only admitting minors WITH a parent. I really hope the community embraces the park bc it’s such a fun place for kids!
Staff was great and the kids had a blast. I practically died on the warrior course but hell I am getting old. Food was decent nothing spectacular. Some of the pricing seems a little high but worth it if you have some kids who seriously need to burn off some energy.
Awesome place. Clean, great party room; attentive host, easy quick sign in process. I will return.
The check-in process was not easy. We waited in a long line, just to get to the register and be redirected to computers to sign a waiver. I had to get out of line to sign a waiver then get back in a long line. I paid over $100 just to get in and realize that most of the activities were closed. We will not be visiting Urban Air again.
I give it a 5 star because they have nice staff members and they have so much fun thing to do love that place
Such a fun time for the kids and even the adults. Great music and fun activities for the kids. Great for weekends or after school for an hour or so
The staff is very Unknowledgeable obviously, I called a week ahead to see if I could still bring cupcakes in if I didn’t have a party room reserved the guy on the phone said yes. Well yesterday I arrived and this lady stops me and says you cannot have outside food and I told them that I have talked to a guy on the phone last week and he told me I could even said I could bring an ice cream if I wanted and that was the only ready I ordered the cupcakes. Then the lady proceeds to talk to every lady at the front desk and ask them if they’ve talk to me today. She came back to me and said none of my people have talk to you on the phone today. I replied I said I talk to a person last week it was a male and she just looked at me like she didn’t even want our business. I was just like I’ll just put the cupcakes in the car it doesn’t matter to me but I was told that I could bring them last week because I had 17 people coming to this place was there so all the kids could have fun wasn’t gonna leave because of cupcakes
This place was horrible, kids everywhere no toilet paper, door knobs missing, police present due to fights. Very sad, i hear it’s better during the week, why can’t the weekends be good. Is it because it’s not in the suburbs very disappointed and it’s not cheap must get better.?
I liked thus place because its cool and has every thing and not just trampolines its so fun you can do super cool tricks and play on the vr u can do so much stuff.
The only reason they get a two is that the kids had fun, and kids dont see what adults see. Im not saying to stay away from this location, but if you can go to another one far out, then you should. The majority of the staff are rude and unprofessional; there was an argument in front of the kids that got out of hand, this establishment allows adults to use all type of profanity around kids and will enable people to dress inappropriately like sagging pants and breasts showing... They need to retrain and hire security and step the food game up, how do you mess up on carrots and celery.
This place would be so amazing if there were some organization. It is very clean, and there is a giant area for little ones and tons to do for older ones. It was, however, pretty chaotic. I understand Saturday nights are going to be busy, but there appears to be no staff anywhere and when there is staff, they seem to not care. Managers seem overwhelmed and the cafe only has two registers, which make wait times very long. We did encounter some great staff! Steph was amazing! She was extremely professional when we had questions and was able to establish order at the ninja area and the basketball zone. She also spoke to us about parties and memberships, though I am not sure if that may be an option for us. Jadyn at the front desk was also very friendly and fast. Overall, the concept is great, but perhaps the staff needs a refresher on the rules.
The Reynoldsburg location is HORRIBLE!!!!! The workers that are supposed to watching kids why they jump where sleep and then one was playing on phone. Small kids can’t jump and play safely because there were high schooler jumping in same area. These place will not be open long. Or be on the news for a fight. This is not safe .Enter at your own risk.
Daughter loves it. Need one up north. 161 area
I received a link to tell my experience at Urban Air on Sunday, 2/23/2020, it is saying the link is no longer available or some problem.I decided to let you know my experience, because it was not a good one. Well, my family and I went to Urban Air to have some fun. We enjoyed ourselves. I paid for my son the platinum attractions pass, which was $29.99 so that he could do the virtual reality. Before we left we stopped at the virtual reality and the guy said that he had restarted it and it could take a long time. I asked how long and he said maybe 15-20 minutes or longer, so we started out the door. This was a bummer. My son realized that he had dropped his phone. We went to the car and my fiancé came back in to look for the phone. He said that he looked around and did not find it. He asked the staff if anyone turned in a phone. They said yes what kind. He told them a Samsung galaxy and they said no. So, I came back in to look and all these people are now playing the virtual reality game and it hasn’t even been 5 minutes but we were told it could take so lonnggg to start up. But on my way out the door again I asked your staff if anyone turned in a phone and they hesitantly and nervously said no. I said okay thank you and left.I truly do think that someone turned in my son’s phone and by the reactions of your staff I think they kept it. First they told my fiancé that someone turned in a phone then they told me no one did and they were all huddled at the front counter laughing and looking at something and looked like a deer caught in the headlights. This happened within like a few minutes so their answers shouldn’t have changed. We had a good time up until that point, but we most likely will not be back due to your untruthful employees. I didn’t know my son had bought his phone in otherwise I would have held on to it for him, but he thought it would be okay. And I could see if a random person picked it up but I really do feel from my experience that it was your staffMy son was really hurt and sad that he lost his phone. It was brand new and his dad bought it for him. I’m not going to get to deep into my personal business but his father buying him that phone meant a lot to him.And I wish you the best with your business in the future.
My kids love this place, and I enjoy jumping and playing with them. Good family fun
Could not book a birthday because it was booked so we just threw our own w/ 15 kids and like 8 adults! We paid more than a party would have been to book (well over, about $500 )! 2 managers really approached me to say I needed to take my childs cupcakes to my car all because I did not have a private party & no food is to be brought in other wise! We also ordered food & drinks, after nearly a 1/2 hour waiting for drink we got our drinks & black stuff was floating in the drink. They came and told us after trying to clean it suddenly they are out of carbon and are not serving soft drinks, so I asked for a manager and asked if I could go her drink from the store she told me no becAuse the rules & we settled for icees which are not refillable (soft drink are $1 to refill) my kids love coming here, but I feel you should be able to bring cakes but not other food anyways as we were leaving several ppl were coming & had cakes w/ non booked parties & nothing was said to them (my husband stayed behind to observe & talk to some of them!Again we are always here and this made me not want to return...
This was one of the best places ive been besides sky zone,I went here for my cousins birthday party, and thought it was going to be horrible, but it WASNT!
HORRIBLE POLICY- you are unable to bring cupcakes UNLESS you buy a birthday package but that must include 10 kids!! So heaven forbid your 5 year old doesn’t have 10 friends because they then will not be able to enjoy Cassie with their friends. I was informed that you may however buy extra passes for up to 10 kids and then you may have cake. Shame on you Urban Air!
My God Sons bday party great fun
Waste of money nasty pizza too crowded no mask
I Definitely recommend going to Urban Air. Just all around a great place to be, great food, lots to do and A+ staff. Hopefully Jadyn is at the front desk next time I come, great attitude! Will be back soon.
Lots of reasonable pricing options, very friendly staff who are helpful as well. Different activities that keep kids of all ages occupied & satisfied for hours.
Urban Air Reynoldsburg is the best place to have a good time!! Me and the family were immediately greeted with excitement during our first time attending. Thank you Jadyn for an unforgettable experience, see you soon!! XO
This was so nice and my kids loved every moment of it. We will be back
It was chaotic and lots of cops. For a kid friendly place, it definitely will be difficult to return.
I had a blast. My favorite part was the v.r.The only bad thing is the fact that only 2 was working, other that that my favorite attraction is wipeout and the vr
Need more parent bench seating. Also, filled with rowdy teens with little respect for the adults around... but thats par for the course. The teen workers are polite and knowledgable and there is a friendly RPD presence in there. I probably wouldnt have a child party here because it seems very disorganized, but it is a good time for free play. Would recommend.
My children love it! We have a membership and its for parents and the children and everybody can get exercise. Parents if your over 30yrs you might wanna have pain pills and muscle relaxers on standby.
This place is awesome! Clean and great for kids to run their energy off.
The cleanliness was lacking.
The 6 year olds really love this great exercise I would be advised to purchase the socks
The place was nice, with lots to do but it was very expensive and very understaffed.
Fun place for kids birthday party. Lots to do.
It was ok but to many teenagers today not letting the lil kids play cussing and not waiting there turns. I will go on a weekday.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. My nephew had his birthday party here...1st of all when we got there the room was dirty so we have to wait 20 minutes for them to clean the room..2nd the host was late. 3rd When you pay for a party a deluxe party at $310 they give your kids water...not juice, not soda and not a water bottle no the pour about 2 cups from each bottled water they us... 4th the cafe these unprofessional people have buzzers dont use them dont know whose order is whose...ask for popcorn at 3.25 for a bag they give you a ziplock sandwich bag with popcorn..that is not a joke. then I ordered waffle fries I waited 30 minutes for them to give me some fries that werent hot I send them back..girl walks up to me hands me some more after about 10 minutes that were once again cold then after another 10 minutes they bring me hot fries its not to much to ask for hot fries after this long wait...so then on top of all of this the employees in the cafe start fighting each other throwing things hit a little kid people running everywhere and then the police come smdh this place will not be around long at all. Horrible I will never take my kids there again Not a well monitored when your kids or playing or after the fight people were stealing from the cafe. The manager told us 4 people had been fired today and they were short staffed well whose fault is that. Terrible customer service.. and the kids were suppose to eat at 5:45 pm however their pizzas did not come until after 6:30 and the party was supposed to be over at 7 pm... Also the little girl who was working the cafe didnt have on a bra smdh
Great had alot of fun . Good service
The customer service sucks! The need to train there staff on how to deliver great customer service! The food is horrible and over priced! Eat before visit.
This place is absolutely amazing great forKids of all ages even adults ️
Best trampaline park in Columbus, And my daughter won a free birthday party!
It was great a little smaller than I thought
Nice place good food but TERRIBLE customer service!
Its so fun I souls definitly recomendado it for cChildren
Fun fun fun family fun
Its the best place in the world better than get air
How much is it for one kid?
Great place for kids of all ages.
Granddaughter birthday had a great time.
Its cool and the opening concerns were from whiny and complaining Karens
It is ran well and theres a lot of space for the kids to be wild & free
It was amazing and dodge ball was the best
It was made for kids. It honestly was boring.
