I have always had a hard time finding and connecting with counselors but Steffanie Jensen is THE best counselor I have ever had. She makes you feel very safe and comfortable and really wants to get to the root of the problem.

Stephanie Jensen is amazing! I love how she works to connect with the each individual to identify whats hurting them and helps them to work through their fear or fears. She is great at encouraging each person find their own strength and helps them implement strategies and tools to keep them safe in those unsafe moments.She has helped our family through some scary times and Im so grateful for her hard work. We worked through some painful 6 years and got great results where we have had peace. Very grateful for Stephanie.

I give a huge shout out to all counselors.Its a hard job and finding a way to reach a variety of individuals is a lot of work.My kids and iI were able to work with Stephanie for a year! She made each of us feel valued, she was open to my input and she taught my kids skills in ways that made them fun and usable.We never had any problems with wait times or scheduling and worked with my insurances.

I really appreciate Stephanie Jensen and the help she gave me when I was going through some really hard times with a family member. She helped me understand more and gave me a lot of insight about their situation and what they were feeling. Even though it is still hard at times It has definitely helped me to be more patient and understanding.

Excellent counseling services. Saw Steffanie and she was great. She takes time to listen and responds in such a caring way. She made me feel good about seeing her. My only regret is that I moved away and cant see her anymore.

This office has great providers that truly care for their clientele. They are well educated and have a lot of different resources for different issues that people may be experiencing. I would highly recommend any of the counselors here!

Steffanie Jensen is the most down to earth person with a kind spirit making her able to relate to her clients well. She is full of knowledge which does not come across as intimidating. She leads a fantastic group of women that strengthens relationships socially, emotionally, mentally and even physically. Im a current intern at Centerpoint Counseling and cant say enough good about this clinic. The owners and employees are kind, genuine, and compassionate; and the services they provide are wonderful. I would highly recommend their clinic first to someone seeking out therapy in Rexburg.

Steffanie is absolutely amazing! She is the first person who has actually listened to me and really understood what was going on! I would recommend her to anyone!!

Steffanie helped me so much with the leftover trauma from my ex-husband. She taught me vital steps and skills to help me function on my own again and work through the abuse. Thank you SO MUCH, STEFF!

I loved going here, the staff are all really kind and I’ve never had any issues with them. They also have great hours!

Extremely disappointed with this place. Very unprofessional on the phone and Desiree was very rude to try and interact with. I feel this place has over charged me and refused to do anything about it. When I asked if this was really how they treat there patients I was shocked with this persons rude response. So I advise everyone to please choose a different more compassionate place to go. Save yourself the awful experience i have had.

I am currently employed at Centerpoint Counseling and couldn’t speak more highly of Centerpoint from the professionalism of the staff, to the comfort of the facility and offices, to the attention to individualized care. However, my view of Centerpoint prior to my employment is what I am rating this clinic on today and is also the reason I sought out employment here in the first place. I have had interactions with Centerpoint Counseling ownership and staff prior to working here and had a very high opinion and regard due to the responsiveness and engagement in working collaboratively as not only a mental health clinic, but as a part of the community. My interactions with staff from ownership on down were always respectful and timely, and I also appreciated the attention to detail through follow-up. In my previous employment, I partnered with Centerpoint on various projects and community events and just always felt Centerpoint was dedicated to doing what it could to not only help individuals with their various needs, but at making a positive and quality contribution to the community.

Vonda the owner is amazing and I would remind anyone looking for help that the most important thing is a place like this to help you. Come here and they will care for you as family.

Great place. Good councilors. The front desk lady was nice and helpful.

Just had my first appointment with Trevor. He seemed uninterested and was practically falling asleep in his chair. He was slouched all the way over to the right and yawning the whole time. When discussing my treatment options we talked about how I already practice what I’ve learned from therapy in the past. He said “Well, you’ve checked off the first two months of DBT. I dunno what to tell ya now.” Which made me feel pretty hopeless, and also confused. Do you not know what happens after the first two months of DBT are completed? Do your patients not stay with you that long? He basically just recommended medication and a therapist who does EMDR, not that there are any available at this office.Aside from the piss poor therapy session, I didn’t like the office itself. It’s down in a basement. There are just 2 signs that point the way. And once you’re there, there isn’t a clear sign that you’re in the right spot. Finding the office and eventually making it to the hidden front desk was like navigating a labyrinth. Not to mention that the power kept going out.

Brandon Buhler was the best counselor! Understanding, compassionate, and considerate, but also challenged me to be my best self. The whole staff was great, and the owners are friendly and down-to-earth.

They scheduled me an appt for a time I didnt agree to by mistake. Which is fine, but then when I wasnt able to show up to the appt because I wasnt available they charged me a fee for something that was their error. They now sent it to a debt collector. I only did one appt with them and was very unimpressed. Over all theyve caused a lot more stress in my life than they helped.
