What a beautiful place to stay in Rexburg! Sephlin was so kind and welcoming. She was easily accessible through text. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we could possibly need during our visit. There was plenty of space for our whole family. We were close to everything on campus. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

We spent 10 unforgettable nights here. The house was beautiful and the owner cleaned it up very well. They also prepared a lot of food for us. It was very convenient and quiet. The scenery outside the window was very charming. I strongly recommend this apartment to other people that I will stay here next time.

We came to stay at this home after a 200 mile bike race. We were welcomed graciously by the owner late that night, and we were so well taken care of! The home was immaculately clean, the beds heavenly to sleep in, the kitchen had everything we could need, and the shower was great! The TV had the tour de France ready to watch, and parking was right next to the front door so it was easy to unload our things! We can’t wait to come back!

This place was awesome! Our host was so accommodating because we got in late from Yellowstone and she was willing to be there for us. Place had plenty of beds and space and was set up beautifully! We had plenty of room for 6 people. She even brought a pen to us to write a review in their journal. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Immaculate with stylish new furniture, TV and kitchen fully stocked with everything you’d want to prepare a feast and feed a horde. Large comfy beds, pillows and linens. Two blocks from BYU with a lovely meandering public park.

Extra amnesties make the difference at this air bnb. Kitchen is stocked so cooking if a breeze. Thoughtful pancake mix and the basics. Plush sheets towels etc. close in town convenient near temple. Landlord is willing to do whatever is needed to accommodate requests. Enjoy this stay.

This place was perfect for our family. It was spacious and clean and we felt right at home. The owners were great to work with, and are very friendly. We stayed for 2 nights on our way to and from Yellowstone, it worked out great for us. We will definitely be staying again.

We just stayed here for five days. This apartment is such a cozy, and clean place! We loved it! It’s not far from Yellowstone and Bear World. It’s pleasantly close to the downtown area, to shopping, and to campus if you have college-aged kids like I do. We loved this little apartment and will definitely look it up again when we return!

Excellent stay at a safe cozy two bedroom apartment. Super comfortable beds and lots of space for our large family. They even had an inflatable bed for our kids which was a huge help. Very hospitable owner provided oatmeal or pancakes for you to start the day and take off for Jackson, WY, Grand Tetons or Yellowstone.

We called really late on a Thursday night, looking for a pet friendly place to stay for 3 nights. Not only are these owners willing to provide an exceptional place to stay that allows dogs, but they also provide little things that make vacationing easier. Like, they leave eggs, pancake mix, and syrup to make breakfast in your own full size kitchen! Everything was very clean, super comfy bed, and the customer service was beyond good! I cant explain how happy I am that our ‘high end’ hotel reservation was double booked and we had to search for another place to stay at 11 pm.I have some family ties to Rexburg and the owners figured out who it was within seconds and even had other guests from my home town in Montana that I had not seen in 29 years!I spend 200+ nights a year in hotels and I have never had such a warm welcome like this! It was the craziest, incredible late check in I’ve ever had! The owners of this property are very conscious of the customer experience and made sure we were completely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. Totally satisfied! Would recommend to everyone!

Very comfortable stay! The host, Sephlin was very kind and welcoming to our family. She made sure we had all that we needed, gave us helpful traveling advice, and was always just a text/call away. The apartment was very clean and we really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and extra materials (extra towels, air beds, toiletries, etc.) We definitely recommend for families!

This apartment is close to the temple and to the college. It is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well supplies with all the cooking pans and utensils you need. They provided breakfast ingredients.The host is very friendly and kind. We had our family of 8 and had plenty of beds and space for us. This is an excellent place to stay.

We want to thank Sephlin for sharing her beautiful home with us for our stay in Rexburg. Went there for my grandsons wedding. My daughter and her children met us there and we had a very comfortable and relaxing weekend together. This was my daughters first time using an air b&b, loved it. The apt was clean and comfortable. The little extras made it like home. Will, definitely, stay again when we come to visit in the future.

This was a great place to stay. We did not want to travel during the Covid and definitely did not want to stay in a hotel. We needed to do treatments and this was the perfect place for us to feel safe during this time. The place was very clean and comfortable, they even provided hand sanitizer. They even checked to make sure no one was sick or recently sick in our party. I think they did great and we had everything we needed and the pancake mix that they provided was very tasty!

Sephlin is wonderful and her family is awesome. From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt at home. She went above and beyond welcoming us and more so than any other place I’ve ever stayed. Her space in Kingston East is neat and tidy, spacious and inviting. A gem within the great community of Rexburg where there are plenty amenities for all ages.

Stayed for a week with family. Great location. Central to Yellowstone, Jackson Hole, Bear World, and Rexburg stuff. 5 min to Walmart/groceries/restaurants. Slept very well.

We loved this place! It was clean and well appointed. The hosts were wonderful! Super attentive, helpful, and always available to help or give recommendations. We moved our daughter and her new husband back to college, and not being sure how long it would take, decided to stay over the night. The beds were AMAZING!! I did not want to get up! We slept so well! The apartment was so roomy and comfortable, we went out to dinner and then my daughter and her husband came over and we had a blast playing games that night. We will alway say here when coming to visit!!

Love staying in this apartment! Great location! Very spacious, inviting and feels like home! Our children kept commenting how nice it was! (We stay in Airbnb’s often and some are not as nice as you hope.). They have added all the extra to make it feel like hone away from home! The management was amazing and very quick to respond and help. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again!

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting our son at BYU-I. The apartment was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The management was very responsive and friendly.

Absolutely love this place! The managers are fantastic to work with and will go above and beyond to make your experience great. Each room is super spacious with lots of natural light. I especially loved the big kitchen and living room. You also cant beat the location, which is ideal for a quick walk to campus.

This apartment complex is very nice and clean inside out. Recently remodeled with undated appliances, kitchen, bathroom and fresh paint. Very roomy. Management is very accommodating and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and top notch. I would recommend Kingston East if you are single or for a family.

Loved it. Great price for the experience we had! Went to Yellowstone and went sightseeing around southern Idaho. I would definitely stay another weekend there! Excellent service :)

Excellent place to live in. As a student with kids, and looking for a place to live close enough to campus, this is the best deal. Two spacious bedrooms, large living room, and kitchen. Utilities are free except electricity. Very accommodating owners. We always felt like home. I highly recommend it.

These apartments are really nice and roomy! Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Kingston is really nice for families or students that are going to the college. They are super close to campus!

So happy to have found this place, It was Amazing.. (instead of a 2 queen hotel room;( which is not ideal... This cute apartment was perfect for our family of 4, with a separate King suite bedroom & seperate living room, full kitchen w/fridge etc. There are 2 nice leather couches, and they had 2 Queen air mattresses all set up for our kids with sheets, extra pillows, & down comforters. Full kitchen, microwave, oven, dishwasher, paper towels, paper plates, chinaware, glassware. They also had the fridge stocked with free water bottles & ice cubes and candies on table, with oatmeal packets and hot chocolate packets ... Even with mini marshmallows and pb honey in the cupboards, as well as all the hotel amenities you could possibly need, fully stocked! The place was quiet, and conveniently located by the University close to downtown activities and soccer fields for tournaments. Highly recommend this cute family suite hotel apt!!
