Gravity factory is a lot of fun. They have plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Cool set up with the trampolines and foam pits. Four different heights of basketball hoops to play basketball on. A small little kids area to keep them separated. They also have a climbing wall and a ninja park to practice your American ninja warrior moves. You do have to buy your own gravity factory socks the first time you come but you can wear them again the next time.
Went there for an Elders Quorum activity - it was a great time! Ninja warrior course, foam pits to jump into, challenging climbing wall, DODGEBALL, soccer, *tons* of jump pads, and a Push Your Opponent Off The Balance Beam game. Spent 2 hours there, and that was about right - by the end I was dead tired in a good way. =)
No matter if I’m taking some kids I’m babysitting or finding something to do with friends or even hanging out with family, Gravity Factory is the place to go!! It’s fun for everyone of all ages. The staff is all so nice, and they do an amazing job at keeping the place really clean!
This place is pretty neat. While it’s been designed for kids, there’s lots of room and equipment for adults. My kids had a blast. It appears that they have party rooms for rent. Lots of tramps for jumping, foam block pits, and even American ninja warrior course. The staff was nice and did a great job monitoring. There’s even a special area for those under 4’ tall. It’s new and fairly clean. I’d come back again.
Lots of fun for kids, comfy couches for adults to sit on and watch, bathrooms were very clean, and you could jump for as long as you want, they didnt kick you out after an hour.
It’s a fun place for sure. Just keep in mind that the foam pits are not very deep and can be missing a lot of foam cubes. I fell into a foam pit and it was essentially falling onto a wooden floor, really hurt my leg and had to have a friend pull me out while a working just watched me struggle in pain to get out.
Super cool place had a lot of fun with the whole family here. They have a normal tramp area, tramps with basketball hoops, a dodgeball area, a small ninja warrior course, a foam pit, a climbing wall with foam pit, a kids section, and a few other small things that are super great. Definitely go here to jump if you are looking for something fun to do to pass time with friends or the whole family.
A little pricey for an hour pass (I think it was $11 not including socks) but there was lots to do and it was well maintained!
As can be expected, the potential to be hurt is pretty big. Dont expect a refund if you get hurt and have to leave, even if you are only there 5 minutes before you get hurt.
We had a great time. There was something fun for the kids ranging in age from 2 years to 11 years old. There is a good variety of play equipment and it is well cared for and clean, and the staff were helpful and watchful without being overly strict.
Great experience, lots of stuff to do, definitely coming back
Was a fun jump with lots to do however don’t go anytime near closing, or when they run out of pop. My friend and I got the date night special which was one-hour jump with pizza and a drink for two people for $20. We Had a good time jumping and then went to go get our pizza. The guy pulled out a box of pizza from papa johns that looked like it has been sitting there for days and it was barely warm. On top of that they had run out of cans of pop. So instead we asked for ONE bottle of pop to share (since it was more expensive than a can) and the guy at the concession said to ask the manager. We went to the manager and asked, specifically saying that it was ok that both of us didn’t get a pop that we would just split one. They said no and we tried to discuss how that was unfair and we were cut off saying that the pizza and drink was just something they threw in for free. It definitely was not free since online it says the $20 includes jump, pizza and a drink each. Needless to say we left the pizza on the counter and walked through the doors. Wouldn’t be surprised if they put the pizza back in the box and resold it.
Lots of fun for the kids! Friendly staff
Fun time was had by my party thank you
Great place! Tons a fun and the staff are great!
Lots of fun. Good place for parties.
I really like this place for the fun, the exercise, and the whole family loves and enjoys the experience. The price is kind of high, but we just go less often since it costs a lot. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars if they were more price competitive.
This is a great place for everybody under 50 but I would recommend stretching before you start.
Amazing workers and Management! I like that the workers were fun and played games and jumped with my kids! So nice that they have so many couches to sit on so if your not jumping you can watch your kids play. They have so many options of things to do basketball, ninja course, dodge ball, rock wall, swing and so much more. They also have the option to order pizza and have snacks. My kids never want to leave! Definitely worth the money! They always have discounts on different days so make sure you look it up. It costs just as much for us to go to Edwards and watch a movie and I would much rather spend money for my kids to be active and get their energy out! If you havent been go now!
Trampolines were a fun, quality bounce. Foam pits were hard to get out of but that was part of the fun. Ninja course was great. This place is best suited for people with a lot of upper body strength, which I do not have. Was overall very enjoyable. Socks were ugly though.
The kids had a great time, and the staff was very kind and attentive. Fix the one broken couch that adults have a hard time sitting in and getting out of, and it will be even better.
Such a fun place to bring the whole family! The building is huge which makes it really nice even if there are a lot of people! The best thing about Gravity Factory would be how clean they keep the place! We could spend all day here.
Very fun and I love that they have workers in the area watching to make sure their all safe. The music is family friendly and who knew 2 hrs could go by so fast. Definitely worth it and coming back.
Fun place for active people.
Very fun and very bouncy
Their website says Monday... 12 pm open, the sign on door says open 10 a.m....finally called and someone answered at 1:30...stating not open til 3 pm...ridiculous! We drove from Shelley 45 min... No business for you!
So so fun!
My kids love going here! On Friday and Saturday evenings they have a date night special that is a great deal! My kids take a friend instead of a date and have such a great time!
Really good play to go it really fun they got alot of things to do but they dont have very good customers service but all In all it is a very great and fun place to go and jump
This is a great place to take rambunctious kids to have fun and unwind. Its a fun place to go anyway. Theres so much to do and its alot of fun. We absolutely love going here and Im pretty sure youll love it to
Such a fun place. Its awesome! The dunking area is the best part.
It was an incredible experience. There are so many things to do. I highly recommend this place.
Really fun and have a variety of activities for all ages!
Its a great setup, and really fun! I just think they are a little pricey for Rexburg. Although if it does get crowded, I feel like its a little dangerous, so if the prices are keeping the number of attendants down, I guess thats a good thing.
Was much good,. Culd use more child for fun. Very good. Coud use more better smell..
This place was fun for my large group that came here. But the pits are not deep enough and three people in our group got hurt. Two of them sprained their ankle and one of them broke their tibia. Unless you have incredible medical in do not come here.
Great place to go. Lots of things to do, ninja obstacle course, basketball courts ON the trampoline park, a foam pit, a swing. A good place to take friends, but you need a guardian to sign you in. But after they do its all fun. Oh also a dodgeball court, with a trampoline under it.
Love being able to practice on the obstacles they have. It is less busy in the morning or afternoon, and I prefer when there are less people. But it is great no matter what.
Great fun a bit pricey 13 per person unless they are under 46 inches
My fiance and I love this place! Its a great environment, the staff is kind and friendly, and the premise is always in great condition. We know the management and can assure that they care for each and every customer that comes in. All around great place for families!
Went with my children and grandchildren. What a blast. Great staff. I even purchased a family pass for them so they could enjoy it again and again
My daughter had a really good time here with her school. It is definitely 100% better than I jump in Idaho Falls. They have something for everyone here and you get a big space for jumping.
We love this place! We also love the staff especially the managers there. This place is a ton of fun and great way to stay active. Better than the gym and ten times more fun.
Kids had a blast. Lots to do here
Friendly staff + great facility = so much fun! Entire family enjoyed our visit!
Love this place.
My kids really enjoyed having a birthday party there. Kids will love it A+
Super fun place. Its very large so even with alot of people it doesnt feel crowded. Great for the whole family.
Good staff, clean, and lots of fun! One-time visits are definitely too pricey though at $13+ the price of socks. At other trampoline parks in Washington and Utah (where you’d think they’d be more expensive), you pay the price of what the tickets cost here to get tickets and socks along with a cheaper hourly rate. We’d visit a lot more if prices were a few dollars lower. I’m sure in a college town full of young parents, others feel the same! It would also be cool if they instituted things like toddler time and special needs time like other parks do. Overall, fun, but not really worth the money for me when the craze and kidsburg are so much more affordable.
This place is so much fun! The staff is great and treat you so well. Highly recommend for all people to go and have some fun there!
The owner keeps the place very clean and our kids love to go get their wiggles out by jumping. The kids that work there are friendly. From time to time the registers will be slow due to new kids being trained, but that is to be expected. We havent had any parties there yet, but Ive heard the rooms upstairs are large and there is plenty of room for a decent sized group.
Went here for a private event and found out that this is for the gymnastically inclined. Also, if you plan on injuring yourself you can be at ease because the EMT response time is fairly quick!
Good place standard amongst competition except you have to buy their socks.
One of the best places to have fun with the family. Its a good work out for everyone. Is a little bit expensive and you have to buy their socks, you cant use yours.
Alive and happening. Place bounces to a new level. Thank you GF. My own private Idaho
Absolutely outstanding place for kids of all ages
Spacious and Normally not very crowded.
Good facility. Lots of different things to do
Be aware. You have to buy their socks, which are like 7 bucks for 2 people. Date night deal gets you a SLICE of pizza and a soda can, and lets you jump until 10:30, not close. False advertising and hidden fees aside, its a nice facility with great obstacle courses and awesome trampoline mats. Probably the best Ive ever jumped on.
Cleanest trampoline park Ive ever been to by far. Very well managed, and loads of fun!!
The ninja area is astoundingly fun.
One of the funnest places to bring your friends and family. So many things to do that you never wanna leave
Our experience with this business is less than spectacular. At check in, I asked to confirm if I had to pay for my 1 year old daughter and the attendant said no. My son had socks on, but not the appropriate type. Ones you have to purchase for legal reasons. Yet when I asked the cashier again. She said they were fine. Not even 10 minutes in, one employee says my daughter isnt allowed to jump without paying. Then 10 minutes later someone complains about the socks for my son. When asked for a refund because in 20 minutes I was highly dissatisfied with their customer service and their approach, they said they had a no refund policy. Im sorry to say that being a single mom and spending money for my kids to have fun, and then receiving inadequate support. Turns out a waste of money. You would think if someone isnt satisfied with your product you would politely give a refund.Communication and training is proven unsuccessful for their staff.
Best trampoline park in Idaho also the staff is really nice too
We took our family and extended family from out of town and everybody LOVED it! It was fun for the kids and the adults. We were all surprised how fast 2 hours went. Thanks to the owners for getting an awesome place to Rexburg!
Its a solid 3.5, really. PROS: generally clean, fun variety of activities, we went on a Friday night and there was still plenty of room (not having to worry about people running into each other), while buying the socks sucks - they are a nice addition to the experience.CONS: If you go for a single visit the price is too high, plus the only differentiator in price is being like 4 feet (so my 1.5 year old is the same price as like an 8 y.o). I feel you have to do one of the season passes or whatever to get good value.Ive been to other trampoline places that seem more safe actually, in terms of depth of the foam pits. The foam pit with the balance beam over it (for the jousting activity) is like dangerously shallow.I saw it mentioned before, but while the employees are nice enough, its evident they dont really know what they are doing or received/retained much formal training. I saw a warning for no gainers or no double flips on one of the trampolines (which is also lame, should be able to send it!) and when I asked an employee if that same restriction applied to all of the foam pits the guy was clueless. I wanted to try some backflips from the top area of the climbing wall and didnt feel comfortable after not getting any clear answer. Actual words were I dunno, the workers and their friends do it all the time so it should be good. All said and done, Id probably return here and still have a fine time, but just a few things preventing it from being a 5 star experience.
Im surprised this place is so big in a town this size. Ive been to 3-4 trampoline parks in bigger cities. This one seemed similar to the others and the price was reasonable here. We were visiting from Florida... Kids had fun here.
I was so excited when I heard another trampoline park opened in east Idaho. My girls love to jump. I was immediately disappointed. First they require you to pay for anyone that essentially touches their equipment. My 14 month old is gonna cause some major damage I’m sure. Second they require you wear their gravity factory socks but don’t have sizes for toddlers. When I asked about smaller sizes they said I could look through the lost and found for some smaller ones. Ew! I spoke to the manager and all she said was insurance makes them use all these things or they will have to raise their prices or go bankrupt. Needless to say we won’t be coming back. Nor would I recommend to others.
My kids loved it. Lots of variety. Well kept facility. Tons of fun!
I think gravity factory is great, its a little pricey but they have deals to make it worth your money. Is by far the best trampoline park in the area. 1 hour its usually plenty for a person. My wife and I love going! Theres a bunch of different things to do at well beside just jump up and down (basketball hoops, ninja course, etc.)
We used the family night rate. Most of my kids (ages 3-16) enjoyed our time together. Im considering a family pass.
Love this place. The facility is large, clean and well kept. The staff are fantastic - very friendly and attentive. I also like that there is a variety of different things to do, not just trampolines (dodge ball, soccer, obstacle courses, basketball hoops, etc.) It’s a bit pricey, but well worth it in my opinion.
My grandkids had a blast and the adults too!
My family and I had a great time. Very clean facility, staff was extremely friendly. Will be coming back.
Way fun, the people who work there are really great. Highly suggested for family time!
Great place to take your kids to burn off some energy for a couple hours. Does require a legal waiver to get in, but the process is quick and simple. They also require you to purchase their socks to play on the equipment, also a one time purchase and are pretty inexpensive. I was impressed with the amount of staff and how involved they are with the kids. Great place.
Best place for birthday partys
For the casual visitor the prices are outrageous, however if you buy a month or semester pass and go frequently the price is quite reasonable. The staff reliably watches over the children, but you do have to sign a liability waiver. Each time my kids have been there they had fun and were exhausted when we left. Their snack prices are outrageous, but the kindness and helpfulness of the staff makes up for it. I do proofreading and writing for a living. The manger was kind enough to give me a private room to work in.
I love this place!! A great way to spend time together as a family or get your kids off electronics and let your kids play!
Super fun regardless of age! I was a little concerned because when we went in around 7, all of the people there were under 14. Older college couples started trickling in after we started jumping but we had a blast regardless! The date deal only comes with one slice of pizza and you have to buy socks, so its not the cheapest form of entertainment in town, but its a good time!
Kids need special socks or they cant play most of activities, would be nice to know before parents left!!! Kids spent an hour, they were so disappointed!!
Whoever had the idea to put a trampoline park in Rexburg is a genius! We love it. Especially with “Mommy and Me Mornings” on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The cost for one adult and two kids is only $13 for two hours. It’s a blast, and a workout, too!
I’m a college student, and have enjoyed jumping here in the past with friends, however, my most recent visit has completely stopped me from ever going there again. The main thing is that the place is run by rude teenagers, who are basically paid to play with their friends and treat customers rudely.Me and my two sisters, who are also university students, decided to bring my 9 year old sister here, since she is visiting for the summer and there aren’t too many other options for kid-friendly fun in town. Gravity factory is fairly new, but it seems like recently the place has become a little rundown. The first thing that seemed off was how one of my sisters had her bracelet printed with an end time 30 minutes earlier than ours, even though there was no one else in line and the cashier had seen us enter as a group. The cashier told us it was just a computer mistake, and that they would allow my sister to jump until the rest of our wristbands were expired, so she wouldn’t sit out for 30 minutes. Fast-forward to the time my sisters wristband is up, and one of the employees rudely tells my sister she needs to go, despite her trying to explain the situation to him. She ended up getting out early even though we all paid at the same time for the same amount of time.Another thing that bothered me was that none of the employees were available at the stations or actually doing anything other than laughing with their friends. My little sister could not reach the trapeze swing, we had seen an employee pulling it earlier so we waited for 10 minutes for someone to pull it for us before I decided to pick up the hook and pull it myself since all of the employees were otherwise engaged. The worst part was that from the minute we walked in dodgeballs were flying around the ENTIRE facility, not just in the dodgeball section. My little sister was understandably anxious whenever a 100+ pound teenager would speed past her small 50 pound frame. These kids were not throwing the balls gently, they were whizzing through the air enough to knock the air out of any child. At one point, my 9 year old sister was hit with a ball by an EMPLOYEE. Without apologizing, the employees and their non-employee friends proceeded to verbally argue with one of my sisters, when she asked them to apologize after hitting my 9 year old sister with the ball. After forcefully apologizing and a couple of eye rolls, a group of employees and their friends went up to the front desk and proceeded to loudly gossip about the incident with the manager who I assume was their friend due to the fact that he was listening attentively to their every word.At this point we decided it would be best to leave, even though we still had about 30 minutes of time. I tried to speak to the manager, but he was pretty curt and defended the employees and the other teens the entire time. We were not offered any sort of real apology or courtesy, and we left without a refund for our wasted time. Will not be returning. If you have kids, or want good customer service, this is not the place for you.
It was super fun. Me and my friend dunked on so many people playing basketball
Really nice facility. Lots of different activities you can do. Very clean and friendly staff! I had a great time and would definitely recommend going! I will be going back soon.
Such a fun place to go to!! The staff is awesome, the manager is amazing and the facilities are top notch!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!
Great place to go and jump but thane had some problems.Went on a Saturday night. We came in with a group of 18 and there was one person on the counter working very slowly, when one of the people in my group asked if she could get some to help her get the group through (at this point the line was getting longer) she got very defensive and a little rude. Staff that were out on the floor were more preoccupied with having fun with friends then checking for safety.
Tons of fun with a group of friends.
Reallt fun for kids and adults...easy access
Fun place but expensive. The stuff inside would cost a lot but that doesnt change the fact that I couldnt afford to go regularly.
Money is well spent here! The place is huge and it has so much to do. And the best part is all ages can have fun here. It does NOT feel like it is only for little kids.
I really enjoyed there datenight we had pizza and pop after jumping. But to be honest there date night is kinda weird the board says that its 2 hours but what they mean is an hour of jumping and then an hour to eat your pizza. For the deal I recommend 2 hours of jumping to make it worth it.
