We had a great crew that helped us to have 5 rides each. Babies all had a great time.

Everytime we visit Rexburg in the summer, we have to take our grandchildren to Porter Park to ride the historic carousel! What a treasure for children of all ages to enjoy, including grandparents, children at heart!

This is the cutest small-town carousel, my kids would come here every day if I’d let them. It might be considered a little pricey in Idaho, but a steal anywhere else. It’s in a huge park that has a splash pad and playground, so it’s a great place to make a pit stop and let the kids run around and have a picnic if you’re on a road trip, just pay attention to the hours so you’re not disappointed.

The best place to take the family in Rexburg. This carousel has a rich history and is apart of the community. Enjoy cotton candy and other treats. Porter Park is awesome!

So much fun! Very cheap. I think $1.25 per ride. It goes on for at least 5 minutes. No charge to adults that are just helping, unless you want to get on the horse yourself. 300 lb weight limit on each horse.

My daughter loves to go on the Carousel! Its so fun that they have this all summer long. Its pretty cheap to get a pass too. The cotton candy is really good, I splurge and get it sometimes, and its worth it.

Cheap carousel rides for kids but near the splash park. Do not let your kids get wet at the splash park if you want to ride this carousel because there is a rule about wet riders. Do the carousel rides before enjoying the water.

One of the few all wood carousel left in the nation. My grandmother decided to put together a restoration effort after the Teton flood. Were lucky to have a historical carousel thats been treated with love and care!

Only open during the summer. Fun for the whole family and it brings on the nostalgia. It has a free splash pad 20 feet away that is very popular with the locals. Bring a swim suit to change into. Great for kids. The carousel is is a park that is great for picnics. There are pavilions, tennis courts, restrooms, a large field, trees (popular for hammocks), play ground equipment (large swings,slides,monkey-bars, etc.), and a jogging path. There are even places to buy food or icecream just across the block. It is the perfect place to spend a summers evening. Ill deffinently be going back.

Super great place to take your kid for a bit. Our daughter was scared of it at first, but soon warmed up to the idea of riding a horse. We had lots of fun, and will be coming back soon.

Well, I would give it 5 stars, but they raised the price. I used to let my daughter ride it over and over again when it was $1. I dont understand why they would raise the price since they run it all day whether there is one kid on it or 20. They only raised it a quarter, but to me, its the principal of the thing. Its running anyways! Usually almost empty!
