Beautiful park with a phenomenal veterans memorial!

My family and I enjoyed North Point Church service there and it was so nice and peaceful. Well be meeting there for the rest of Oct. @6pm if you wanna join?!

Always clean. Never a crowd. So much room! It has more playground equipment than any Springfield park does. So much to keep those kids busy. Love it!

Our daughter loves this park. Shes three and there is plenty of stuff to do. They even have accessible swings for kids who have limited mobility. Nice big open space - if youre not from around the area its not super easy to get to with their entrance, but as a parent I do like that its really only noticeable to locals.

Nice place. trails, small outside theatre, kids play area is pretty cool as well.

This park is nice and cozy. I love having the trains come through. Plenty of space for gatherings and get togethers! BBQ grills around the park. We now go often, since moving to Republic. My kids love the playground equipment and my older kids love the walking trail. Family fun for all.

We take preschoolers here once a week and they absolutely LOVE it! The playground is huge and they know they are not allowed to step out of the black rim that holds the mulch in.

The park is Well maintained and clean. Restrooms are respectable. There are tennis courts, a playground, Covered picnic area, playground, an ampatheatre, and a walking trail. there is sufficient parking also. The park is close to the railroad tracks however seperated by a chain link fence. There is plenty of grass to play other games such as football or soccer. The trail has some slight hills which make it fun to ride skateboards or Scooters on. Overall JR Martin Park is a nice place for the family.

Great park, nice and clean. Not very good bathrooms though. Train goes right by the park, so it is really loud and will hurt your ears, and your kids.

Nice peaceful park with lots of big trees: sycamore, oak, maple. Restrooms and water fountain. 8 /10 mile walking, biking paved oval path. I love this park.

Nice area. Well kept and fairly clean. Bathrooms were a little dirty but overall a nice place.

Great field and play set!

The park is very nice and well maintained. There is a lot of play ground equipment. swings for toddlers and the handicapped.The only down side it, that it is very close to the rail road track and when the trains come by they sometime blare their horns. The horns are way too loud for childrens ears and tends to frighten mine.

Great walking trail. Nice playground. Tennis courts and The Amp next door. Lots of shade, and benches to sit on. Conveniently located near multiple schools.

Had a blast at the 4th of July event. Wish the fireworks didnt come down on most of the crowd! But the vendors and live band entertainment made up for it.

It is fun for kids from the age to 2 to 9 above that or below that its not realy fun

Nice large park with new built pavilion. We had great time and surely will visit again.The only down side is that parking lots are quite far from the pavilion. So if you plan a day out, make sure to bring a wagon or cooler on weels.

Lots of fun things to do for kids. Soft padding helps w falls. Have options for young kids and pre-teens as well.Didnt see a sandbox.

Great Park to visit. The playground is great and our kids love it. Nice track to walk and close to the amphitheater.

Beautiful nature scenery, playground, and trail combined for a calm park, separate from the busy streets of Republic. But when you do walk on the north side of the trail, you hear the vehicles driving through Hines Street, separate from the calm, quiet park.
