Really awesome place. A bunch of restaurants near by so if you are planning to have a date somewhere I advise you should go here. You can go to a restaurant before and after the movie and staff are nice here. Would be coming back after the quarantine. Snack prices are expensive just like any other movie theater but other than that it’s a great place!
I tend to gravitate more towards cozy and warm, comfortable feeling places like The Landing here in Renton, WA A fav for fall-feels!
Great location for a movie theater with so many meal choice options just a few steps away. The theater is nice & open. Any visits Ive had here the theater is nice & clean. This is a theater Id suggest for most people. Maybe alcohol sales would just top it off. Very few offer that option & this would be a great location for those sales. It seems more of an event coming to this spot.
Seats are great, movie quality is awesome, and the cinema itself was good, really the. Only thing about regal is its pricing. It is quite expensive there at any of there locations. But we were able to bring our own food.
Its and okay theater. Seats are a little cramped. Not like most new theaters. Experience was good though. $6 for bottle a water will always be crazy.
We go here pretty often as it’s handy. I’m not sure that will continue. The ticket sales office was closed, directing us inside. The automated ticketing was broken, and tickets were being sold from the concessions. The queues were ridiculous with folks getting popcorn drinks snacks etc ...all we wanted was tickets! The management need to revise their systems processes as this clearly is a silly system. Folks were complaining and being ignored. This isn’t a good way to treat customers.
Concessions manager or supervisor Galen is 5 stars! I needed help with the Crown club birthday reward and the guest services lady wasnt very friendly or helpful. She said Id have to call customer service. So I did and a few minutes into it I got in line to check with concessions myself. The girl asked her manager to help since it didnt show up on my profile and he said he could help since itd been a common problem lately. Thank you Galen for helping me to enjoy my movie experience with yall and to cause me to return to Regal.
Lovely well maintained newish theater. Comfortable rocking chair seats! Great sound and picture. My only concern is this new app video unlimited . This is my 3rd use of it and it is taking the employees an unfortunate amount of time to process it-at 3 different theaters! The lines pile up!
Theater is clean, comfortable, and very convenient. Went to a theater in Bellevue and thought how fortunate we are to have Regal at The Landing! Easy access free parking is a bonus!
Stadium seating in a high traffic retail area, means youre bumping elbows with someone on both sides and theres not much leg room. Sort of like flying coach. But its only for a couple of hours. As with any theater, the drinks and snacks are priced at four times what you want to pay. I smuggle in my own snacks from home. They do IMAX, real3d, Dolby digital, and standard films here.Location is walking distance from restaurants and shopping centers, but parking is around the corner in a multilevel garage.
Really clean theater with friendly staff, and an arcade section. The whole place is very modern, but there are details about the building itself that give it a retro vibe which I love!
Clean bathrooms!! A huge plus for me. The chairs were older so not completely sure why we had to have assigned seats. I have usually only seen that in cinemas with the chairs that recline. But it was a clean cinema and the volume was perfectly balanced and not too loud.
We went on a weeknight & there was no one selling tickets in the box office ticket booth. Tickets were bought inside at the concession stand! Kind of a handy deal to buy & choose your tickets & order your snacks & drinks at the same time! One stop shopping! I liked it! ... It probably wouldnt work on a weekend...
Always have a great time at this theater. Always clean and well kept. Employees are happy and glad to have you there.
One of my favorite theaters. Big screen, good location and the seats are so comfortable. And depending on the time one picks to watch a movie, theres plenty to do before and after the showing within walking distance. Definitely a great theater to enjoy a good movie such as John Wick 3. Dont miss it in theaters. Waiting for the DVD to come out wont do it justice.
My daughter and I saw a movie here. The gal at the front was very honest with us and told us that the soonest show was very full and the seats werent great. That was very helpful. We were able to reserve seats for the next showing which was great... We were able to go and shop around and not worry about getting back in time to get in a line. The cost of the tickets was cheaper than we have paid other places, so that was a pleasant surprise. Seats were comfy. We didnt buy any concessions, so I cannot comment on those. My only complaint was that I had enough regal points to get a free movie ticket, but for some reason it didnt work, so I had to pay for it. This likely wasnt the fault of the theater, but more likely Regal itself. Will definitely go to this theater again.
When you come from Southern California it takes a while to understand a mall like The Landing, but once I started to work there I grew to love it. It has wonderful surroundings, plants, flowers, good parking lovely stores and restaurants, fun things to do for the whole family like Painting Ceramic pieces, its right across from Boeing, there is a bus system going through and it connects with several freeways, but while youre there you couldnt miss the Movies. I find The best movie theaters around anywhere I go because I LOVE MOVIES!!!! Lately Ive been taking myself to the movies as a routine every Saturday Matinee. This last Saturday I saw a movie for free because Regal sent me a coupon for a free movie in a 4 day period. I loved going and theres nothing to me like watching a movie.A movie has the ability to change our emotions even trigger desires and propulse you to make positive changes. Just try going to watch “Coco” the day before your third Chemotherapy treatment and the next morning you get all excited to give it all you got while you’re here. Don’t miss “Coco” by Pixar ️️️️️I took some pictures of Friday at the Movies try not to smile Impossible!!!Anita
Great seats. Fairly clean. But the new seat reservation system is a little weird.
Quite clean and the app/website coordination works great with no issues so far.
So far so good, Im still in the middle of my RPX Regal movie theater experience... ;-)
Usually I always have a great experience with the family, but last night there was this obnoxious guy behind us with his feet up and just so very rude. Wasnt happy at all, so I went and got management and they took care of everything for me. Spoke to the guy, got his feet off the chair and gave me extra tickets too. I was very pleased with how everything turned out.
Its a movie theater, not too stand out, definitely a good experience. Always enjoy going here with family, and theres a lot of good restaurants in walking distance for those nights you want dinner and a movie with friends, family or a nice date night.
I dont know that Regal theater is any better than AMC. Seats are comfortable at both screens and sounds system are comparable. To me the biggest difference is their club card. Regals is free but AMCs rewards better but you have to pay.
Staff was nice and courteous but the theater smelled bad and the floor was dirty in the theater I went to. Also the seats were old and didn’t recline, I guess I am spoiled because I am traveling and the theater near me is brand new, clean, and has heated, reveling seats. Wish this place did but would take clean and not smelly to start.
Nice theater, except they need to open the outside ticket Windows all the time!
While its clean and nice maintained, NO Reclining seats is a major disappointment though. Unfortunately I would not prefer to go back just because of that, 2 hours of uncomfortable seating and watching. I had to constantly adjust my posture :/
Fine. Still a great spot for movies. Love the layout and murals.
Top notch movie viewing experience. Seats are super comfortable.
Always fun to show up and be told that Im sorry, that showtime is a private event... then why it is listed on your website as a showtime? Wasted trip. They act/look like they are about to go out of business.
Nice comfy theater. Nice seats. Big screen. Excellent sound. Rediculously expensive pop and corn.
I highly recommend the Joker with Joaquin Phoenix. It is the best DC movie they have put out so far in a long time.
Convenient place to see a movie - friendly staff and nice screens.
This theater has decided to make you wait in the concessions line to purchase a ticket. I am sure this another way to try and get you to buy some overpriced popcorn and soda. I have been there on several occasions now and front counter closed automated ticket machine out of order. So make sure to give yourself an extra half hour to get through the concessions lines to purchase your tickets and if they are sold out you just wasted a half hour of your life for no reason. Plus manager doesn’t seem to care about customers opinions. So I will drive a little further fo some customer service.
Great staff and a pretty clean environment for a movie theater! The seating is comfy not leather reclining or anything but comfy seating
Great popcorn. Attended a work paid ciewing of star wars was vood movie.
IT Chapter too was really scary. Well seats were comfy and clean. Staffs were friendly. Be back for another movie for sure.
Always a very nice experience, from the time I walk in, until the time i leave!
My favorite theater location. Always newly-released films, plenty of parking, and easy access (general vicinity)!
You can pick your seat in advance, but the seats are pretty close together. Would go to Crossroads Regal instead.
Oh please!!!! I got a reply saying how I could have a better experience. For that you are getting docked a point
Nice and relaxing experience. Clean and well maintained.
A good theater that could maybe use a little more cleaning. I like that it has an RPX theater. If you go at off hours its not terribly crowded, which I enjoy. Honestly its a great local theater with lots of screens and a good vibe.
This place is unbelievable. The lady or male made me go buy a new ticket because she’s blind and can’t see that we already walked the through. I can’t stand this place anymore
Good pricing, good popcorn, comfortable seats, this theater had almost everything I could want. The only problems I had were the price and that the theater was a bit dirty. That said, I have been to much dirtier theaters, I just expected more for that price.
Nice theatre. Bathrooms were very dirty though.
Good place to see a movie and get a meal afterwards.
Diet Coke was hooked up to regular Coke (yuk) and concessions are crazy expensive and cost more than movie tickets, but otherwise Great movie experience!
Nice but no reclining seats.
Great service, chairs were pretty comfy for a movie that was almost 3 hours long, sound and picture was awesome as well
Please put in reclining seats if your having customers pick thier own seat when they purchase a ticket.
Good theater near a great place to stop and shop. Went there to pass the time before flight leaving. Lots of shops right near the theater
Doesnt have the reclining seats other than that the same quality Regal Theaters have.
I think the regal was very very entertaining, as well as very comfortable and I enjoyed the place and the movies very much
Love it! The people working the concession stand are super friendly
Concessions person didnt listen to orders very well. Doors stayed locked until 15 minutes before our movie.
Amazing video and audio quality, you get to choose your seat before entering, food was good and film selection was awesome. Employees were very nice and made the experience more enjoyable.
Its in a pleasant setting and there are plenty of choices for somewhere to eat.
Chairs need to be upgraded to reclining, my back was feeling it by the end of the movie.
One of my favorite movie theaters. I love that I can reserve seats now.
One of the nicest theatres in Renton, also convenient to all the landing shops, and freeways.
Nice selection of eateries and a movie in a great setting.
IT was Gear really good, and good popcorn/always.
Clean Establishment and good customer service!
Felt like being crammed in coach on an airplane. Definitely needs a seating upgrade
The facility was fine, the staff was tolerable, and the seats were comfy. However... Can someone tell me why theyll give me a tiny plastic cup of water for free, but if I want a large cup of water its the same price as a soda? I dont want to pay $4ish for a bottle of water, or pay $8 for a large cup. I want to be able to bring in my own water bottle and fill it up, but thats not allowed either. Its just water. Ive accepted the crazy popcorn prices (and their popcorn wasnt great either) but the water shenanigans are just a bit too much.
Dirty . If you havent been to movie for awhile like me. Its expensive
I tried to call to ask if movie seats were reserved seating because the website only says stadium seating and doesnt explain what that means. I tried and tried to find a way to reach out to the theater directly by phone and could not. The number listed is only to a general Regal line (all automated). Even tried to call the general number listed for The Landing and that didnt work either. I had a simple question but literally could not get in touch with anyone to answer. (Did go to a movie here, seating is in fact first come first served and not reserved. It’s a fine space & has nice outdoor fireside seating, which is cool. They took my Costco prepurchased regal tickets without issue, had a nice time).
Great movie 1917 clean place.
Busy and expensive but always a good idea to have a warranty
Love it inside and the cozy fire outside!
The place is pretty nice and clean. We chose the RPX experience for the Aquaman movie, and we were not impressed at all. Nothing special about it just extra loud sound. One thing I would like to mention is that the seats are very uncomfortable, not even half way through the movie my lower back was killing me. My wife had the same feeling about the seats. A week before we watched Mary Poppins in Salem, OR cinema, the recliner seats where so soft and comfortable I dozed off several times. The Landing Cinema, was not worth the extra money for the RPX, nor for the comfort.
Fabulous $1 movies for kids--5 stars would be reduced price on kids meal say $5
The screens are big at this theater and the seating area ramps upward substantially so every seat has an unencumbered view of the screen. The staff keeps the place clean. The crowd control is good so customers rarely need to wait in a long line.
Priced high (but all theaters are nowadays?), give it a solid 6/10 on cleanliness, friendly people. But... gotta sell my liver for a food and beverage. Why all theaters think their stuff is laced with gold?
Regal Cinemas should not be allowed anywhere near a shopping center. Expect to display everything thats in your bags. Before purchasing my ticket, I went to Target and my DR. (Both in the same mall) I purchased a ticket for a 4pm movie, went to check in but was told I couldnt enter because I had groceries that I purchased from Target - which is in the same outdoor mall as them! I had to show them my medicine that I got from my doc. Totally not cool! Holy hell, never again. Ill stick to AMC. They apparently think that searching peoples shopping bags, medicine prescriptions, backpacks, etc, will prevent what?
Summer 1 dollar movies are so nice to bring the little kids
Nice facility in a great outdoor mall.
Staff are okay... Theater is clean and nice
Comfy seats good quality sound.
We love it. Clean and comfy.
Fantastic movie, great location, and Free parking.
Has fantastic Handicap seats for new (or new-ish) movies, there are 1 or 2 theaters with Handicap seats (no chair, wheelchair spot only) in the very back, which are accessible by elevator. Bathrooms not great, family restroom decently accessible.Warning: concessions are SLOW, even for movie theater standards (and technically accessible, but not friendly by any stretch of the imagination)...Plus, lots of fun restaurants, shops, bars in the landing!!
Not crowded, easy parking in the structure, comfy seats and lots of restaurant options in the area. Whats not to love?
Great movie theater. Nice variety of shows.
Its okay, Prefer the AMC
Clean. Easy to get to and lots of parking.
A safe, clean, and not insanely busy theater
Clean facility. Family friendly. Fresh popcorn. Walking distance from lots of other great things to do.
Excellent customer service! Scott the manager patiently listened to my sob story on how I lost two tickets in the wallet I lost. He immediately checked on the transaction records and confirmed I indeed bought the tickets. He just printed me too replacement tickets - free of charge. I had a wonderful time with my nephew and niece ( I bought another ticket because she was able to join us at the last minute). Thanks Scott!!
Recently saw Endgame here twice, in RPX and 3D. Sounds quality, picture and reclining seats were great. Concessions was pricy at $17 for medium Coke, popcorn and Redvines.Overall great experience.
Saw John Wick 3 here it was nice. The seats are very comfortable
The concession stand is combined with ticket holders, weird, makes lines longer, some people just want to see the movie, some people wants snacks, having both in one spot really slows things down.
This is my favorite movie theater.
The RPX is great. Fast service, fresh popcorn. I really like reserved seats!
