We celebrated my nephews birthday here. The crew was very friendly and professional. They made us feel safe. The establishment was very clean and despite covid, we had a blast.

This place has improved greatly this year due to the new management! Soooo much cleaner and staff is more organized and prompt eith orders. We love coming here!

Glad we were able to take the babies out to play! Emoloyees were very attentive and customer service was legit?Glad they are also practicing social distancing measures, but not being nasty about it!!!As always we had a lovely time. Not enough to do for the tots but the older kids had an excellent time!

They make having a party so effort less simply call or click what you wish and they do all the cooking and prep work. If you want your kiddo to feel like a star chucky will surely do just that. And the 2 hrs free play wrist band ive never seen my kid 3yrs be so confident in a arcade she went to town with the wrist band using it effortlessly.

Chuck E Cheese has improved their food over there years. The pizza is better and even the wings are good. The unicorn churros are tasty. Check online for coupons otherwise it can be expensive.

The kids loved it. they have cool security measures and stamp parents and kids with matching black light stamps they check before you leave. the only complaint I have is that in order to spend the tickets, you have to put them through the ticket counting machine, which sounds like it would be faster,but its not. especially when you have 2,000 individual tickets. ugh. but overall, it was a big hit and they serve beer! a win in my book.

Amid the Corona virus, things are definitely different. However, my neighbor booked a birthday party here for her 2 year old grandson.The party had little to be desired by even the most non-judgmental 2-10 yrs olds! It was downright depressing. The party favors were extremely conservative and their pizza is far from delicious. And, to top it all off.....nobody even came out to sing Happy Birthday! Matter of fact, their was only 1 staged show by all the characters (which was only a very short musical number!).But wait! The icing on the cake, was the loud,mechanical hammering sounds coming from backstage! Youd think all repairs would take place before or after their weekend peak hours!We did mention to the staff that it would be nice if their were more performances. Unfortunately, as we were told, the stage shows are automatically presented at random. And that they do not have the option to program more or less performances. Cmon Chuck E Cheese, you charged us over $200 for a two year old to have a party. In the 3 + hours we attended, you couldnt do a little better than that??? Its a damned shame this establishment has caved into societies new, boring, uneventful activities for kids! We wont be looking to have anyone we know book a party again there any time soon! Good Luck Chuck E Cheese, I think early retirement might be on the horizon for you and your crew! So sad to see an icon let themselves go to the dumps!

Scheduled a birthday online for middle of the day. Had everything set up upon arrival. After some miscommunication over a couple things they got everything completely straightened out, and made it all amazing! Our birthday hostess, Maria, was phenomenal with everything. Great personality for doing parties, lots of care and enthusiasm. She took great care of us from one end to the other, in every way she could. If you book a party, request Maria! We had very few technical issues in the game room, which was a welcome change to experiences from years ago! Thank you!

The pizza was recycled it was disgusting. The crust didn’t even match the other crust.

You dont have street fighter or any other fighting game bad service

We were very frustrated during our visit. We booked a party to start at 10am. I made sure to read all the fine print to be prepared for the event and to ensure there were no surprises. I was a little suspicious when I booked my reservation that there was no follow up confirmation call or email that provided a direct contact for questions specific to our reservation. All emails and links were generic links to the franchise website. When calling you are connected to a franchise phone tree that will give you a different number to then call the local facility directly. Still, I was unable to even get a hold of someone to ask questions. The facility is scheduled to open at 10am but our party booking and confirmation instructions said that we should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to our reservation (see attached clip from my email confirmation.) So thats what I planned. I planned to use the time to blow up balloons and set up my decorations (like most children my child wanted a theme party.) Well, we arrive the morning of the party and we are told through a cracked door that the facility doesnt open until 10am. I explain that we have a party and planned to set up and check in as instructed in our party confirmation. The staff member then left to go check with the manager only to return and say that the manager says we cannot every the building until 10am... The manager never even came to talk to us. Instead, they left their teenage staff member to handle the situation. So as a result, we were left blowing up balloons and setting up our decorations as our guests arrived. It was an awful start to our party. I felt unprepared and disorganized. If you are looking for a cookie cutter generic party then sure go there but if you are looking for a pleasant less stressful party I would recommend you go somewhere else. Hopefully somewhere you can at least trust the information you are given upon booking your party. Long story, long, the party from there on went okay. Food took forever. The kids were desperate to play but were asked to wait at the table for the birthday song. Cake was served 15 minutes prior to the end of the party time. No time to even think about opening presents. We also had to hunt down the other half of our cake from the character stage where it was left after the party staff served the kids. The party was chaotic but thats pretty much to be expected from a place like Chuck E. Cheese. I did talk with a manager, who we watch arrive as we were waiting to enter the facility, I provided her with my feedback but I doubt anything will change. Just be aware.

Its been a great summer

My daughters birthday party was here and a huge success. The staff made us feel like royalty and did everything they could to make it an awesome day for my kiddo. I bought the best birthday package they offered for 8 kids and Chuck e. Chesse delivered!

Not crowded at all on a Monday afternoon.

This location is a pretty good pizza rat location. They have a good selection of games and the creepy robotic dancing monsters, very intense. The only negative is that the kitchen tends to fall behind on the buffet line. A small price to pay for being able to take your eyes off your children while they beg a giant rat for tickets. Would recommend.

Great prices & the stuffed crust pizza made their pizzas so much better Ive been to a few chuckecheese locations and this is a bigger one

Its great for children however the wait for food can be long, 40 mins. I like that I had to be matched with my children before they would let us leave. My kids had fun at the party but it costs a lot to add minutes to their card, $12 for 30 mins of play.

MY BOYS AND I HAD A GREAT DAY HERE TODAY! I came when they opened. It is 5:42 and Im almost home. It was so much fun. The machines work really well and if the tickets break off inside, John is quick to fix the machine. Douglas is very friendly and professional. Lordes and Kathy are pretty rude. But they didnt stop us from fun in here today!

Service was good but the door person was rude didnt smile. Acted like he didnt want to be there or wait on us.he should be replaced.

My son had fun, but our food was never brought to us and everything had a good, solid layer of grime. They refunded me for the food, but I will probably just take him to any other arcade in town from now on since they pretty much only have games and no climbing/play areas.

The service is the worst!!! They always have an excuse for not attending to customer. Food takes over an hour and a half to arrive and when it does its cold like it has been sitting in the back. Salad bar gave me food poisoning. bathrooms are disgusting and greeters are very rude... Never going back.

Very neat & clean and friendly staff BUT very over priced in terms of food. The pizza is comparable to grocery store frozen pizza (the generic) the salad bar is very good. If Chucky Cheese had Peter Piper Pizza, it would be well worth it.

Todays experience wasnt that great. Was their for a birthday party. They didnt accept the coupon the grandma had. It took over an hour for a member of the party to get their pizza. And they didnt really give our birthday kid any spot light when it came to singing Happy birthday. Im guessing the staff didnt know what they were doing.

Since my son was 2 I have been bringing him to Chuck E Cheeses. This location is almost always very clean. Most of the employees are incredible and really help make the time there more enjoyable. Food is EXCELLENT. I hear a lot of complaints from friends about price but its cheaper than pizza hut! The machines always work and we dont get approached for being here for hours hanging out. I love it here. Its always a blast!

We had a birthday party booked from 11 to 1. Very basic set up was done at 11 and staff was still asking us for details on the food, although everything had been preset in the online reservation.We had to ask several times for the play bracelets for the children in our party and it was close to 1130 until we actually received them. My husband ended up loading money on a few cards that we had to purchase so that the children can go ahead and play.The most ridiculous part of all though was the food. We waited close to 1.5 hours before we got our first baby pizza out of the 6 or 7 we had put on our reservation. It took another 15 minutes to get one more pizza. Every time we asked for our food, the answer was its almost ready. In the end, we ended up eating the cake before we finally got most of our food out.We never even got our Pinata that we paid for.Completely unacceptable and will not go back!Very unhappy about our experience!They need more staff and the staff needs a better training.

Fantastic venue, great atmosphere, A+ pizza, and the mechanical rats are a huge plus.

Kids had fun, always short of help when needed. The woman I assume was a boss, could have helped instead of standing there. Only 3 out of 8 of the ticket machines I saw worked. They need a weighing station for tickets. To much seasoning on food. The guy who fixed the machines did a great job. Other staff members did good. We go at least 2-3 times a year. Just need improvements.

This place is nothing like it use to be . my family and I had a horrible experience here. Never ever going back . they reuse all of the salad bar products after they sit out all day and reuse their pizza . They should have never took away the tokens. My kids hated how they played a game only to receive 1 ticket when it shouldve been more. Ohh and dont ask for a refund or you get threatened with police being called . Coming from someone who has went to Chuck E Cheese since I was a child . Never Again .

Terrible customer service. There’s probably about 4 workers here on a Friday, fundraiser night. Waited an hour for our food, after playing games waited 15 mins for an employee to help at the ticket counter. At least the food was decent.

My family loves this place and we would go more if there were more help when needed. After spending hours there the worst part is spending time waiting cash in tickets.

I dont recommend. This food is not good, the cost of everything is crazy, and their system could be so much better. They give out cards and made all of their coins now on the card, but it still paid in real tickets. It would be much more efficient to just have the cards add their tickets on them and maybe the line for toys wouldnt take over an hour. I really dont ever want to go back, we only go when friends have birthday parties there, but they only usually do it once and then say never again. The only good thing about here was that the birthday parties can now have the cards with unlimited playing for two hours.

This place is always busy the machines sometimes dont work and it takes forever to get help due to the high traffic since its the only one in town. But they do help you when the machines are down they always give you the tickets that are old or your scan back.

There are multiple games for the babies to play and the pizza was good. The only problem was the wait for the food to be delivered to our table.

I was upset on Saturday 06/13/20 I was planed to make my son and daughter birthday party and it suck. We like playing there. But on Saturday I didn’t. 1large pizza and4 drinks and 500 tickets it’s not worth for $75.00 you think my kids get enough with one pizza yup too expensive. I walk out and I went to pizza plus there great over there $150 for 5 pizza and wings fries good deal

My nieces birthday party was held here. The pizza came out late and tasted gross. The staff was nonexistent. When we ordered food we had our number up, they never brought it to us claiming they tried to find us but couldnt. When I tried to get a bag for my tickets I was ignored amd the woman went to the back. There was also 3 staff members at the counter when we tried to redeem our tickets amd they ignored us for almost 5 minutes. When I say the staff was nonexistent for the party I mean they didnt bring us new plates, we had to refill our own pitchers, it was like they set ot up, brought out the pizza, and said kay bye

The pizza is over priced for how little & distasteful it is. The whole facility was dirty, there is dust layered on the napkin holders and smeared finger prints on seats and tables, when asking an employee if we could get a rag to wipe the table she responded with, Ill see. We never saw her after that. I probably wont bring my kid here again.

Super expensive, kinda mad that they took away tokens and have cards, and the last time I went the workers didnt do their job. My mom had to clean the table next to us herself so that the kids could sit she asked the manager 2 times to tell someone to clean the table and I found plastic in my pizza, but games are fun and the food is pretty good I feel like the pizza isnt as good as it use to but its still good

In this one you have to wait 2-3 hours to get your food. The food is good here and all but waiting for 2-3 is not worth it. I recommend that to not go here that’s if you want to wait a long time.

Worst experience EVER MANAGERS are horrible a friendly tip for Chuck E. Cheese Corporate if you want your Managers to be professional I dont think you should have your spouse working with you.. Call about special treatment towards a Cast member!! Dont you guys have a rule about having your spouse working with each other?? Over heard them talking while they kept walking past our tables instead of just walking around being love birds fix some games or the ticket munchies that are broken.. I believe the Manager name was Justin and the employee name was charisma?? Its the Red Head guy sure needs to fix his personality to be working at a place full of kids.. Wil never come back..

Great place for the kids to run around and have fun But the customer service is VERY SLOW!! They had 1 cashier on a Friday night behind the counter the whole night, was awful!! Took 20+ minutes to order a food, drinks, etc. You could see the manager walk by but she never helped, she was too busy stalking up the toys behind the counter, because for some reason that was more important than helping with the 10 people in line. And at the end of the night, same thing happened when turning in your tickets. One person behind the counter with a Big line and workers plus the manager walking by and NO help. So frustrating!!!

It is an okay environment for kids during the week but on the weekend it is very crowded. Some of the games do not work consistently. Food is not bad just a bit over priced. The prizes are underwhelming for the most part unless you are willing to dish out lots of cash to get a basic toy. Overall recommended during the week but not on the weekends.

The kids enjoyed themselves as always I went for the lunch buffet it was totally lame I thought theyd have chicken and Pizza they only had pizza and cinnamon sticks and breadsticks and this salad which was just lettuce know other toppings. It wasnt a good value if you ask me.

Games are always up and running. Food is way better from when I was a kid. Staff members have always been courteous.

My Grandchildren love Chucky and its very inexpensive ... We go for an hour or so, the kids play games and ride the rides . Then get goodies with the tickets they win . Always fun

Kids like to play here. Seems to be quite expensive for food and games. Having to wait for a clean plate for the salad bar is a good idea but when your standing there with a dirty plate to exchange for a clean one sometimes you think youre invisible. Theyve already got your money so the heck with you, Im going to help someone else to get their money. Even the manager will look right at you and ignore you. Also, I would think what they charge for the pizzas they would at least taste good.

So not the place we had as kids. Pizza was awful and I miss the old Chuckie cheese and his friends.

They have an unlimited for a certin amount of time option, but half of the machines were broken as well as the ticket machine and the icecream vending machine was also out. Kinda sad about the icecream because they were to busy to get an order from the counter in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely go when its not busy.

Staff was all teenage kids very unorgnized we attended a family friends birthday party here i felt bad for all the kids trying to have a good time. The wait to order food was out the door when the staff tried to heard us in like cattle i asked if they could open another checker and was rudely told no. This place was fun when i came here as a kid this place seriously needs management

I cant say this is the best chuck e cheeses Ive had the pleasure of visiting but I know theres worse. Growing up this was a place of good weekend fun you prayed your parents would agree to. Now the prices are so high and the fun is all generic. I miss them as a family company.

I have came to this location every week for the past 5 Year’s spending thousands of dollars. This place is a joke. The management doesn’t know the first thing about managing. 1.) the pizza was brought out still cold when complained I was told my pizza would be complementary the following week which it was but gave me rude attitude. Then the next week the pizza was misssing the toppings and god forbid someone complaines about there pizza. Thinking I’m looking for a free pizza when I have spent thousands of dollars at this location over the last 5 Year’s, and which I’m well known at. My last issue is the game cards I had paused my card while eating then after went to use the card and said the time was expired when asked manager Christi about the card she verified it was paused and never played a game after so it should still have the remaining time on it which was 30 min but there was nothing she could do for me when I asked to talk to store manager that’s when I was introduced with Jamal he also refused to fix there card issue and then goes as far as 86’ing me from this location. So I left but of course this has been my kids spot every week for past 5 Year’s so you could Imagine how devastating this was to them. Well with the money I have spent at this place and the horrible service I received I was not stopping there so I reached out to the corporate head office which then I was told I was not 86 from this location and I could return so when I did then of course I was greated by Christi again which told me I had to leave or she would be calling the cops when I told her corporate had gave me the okay to come back she told me she had no way of verifying this and I had to leave right then and she refused to give us our 1800 tickets we where owed. Keep In mind I never acted irate I never acted out of line never raised my voice never did any of the things you would think in order to get 86 from the property the management and store gm or whatever Jamal’s job title Is is a joke and I can guarantee with managers like this the store will be closing it’s doors within 6 months doing business like this. I would like to hear back from corporate and know what will be done to address these issues.

My friends had their 3 year olds birthday party there. They gave them three hours for the party, started at 11:00 by 1:00 the kids were starving and ready for pizza but nothing came. All the other parties there were all ready done and opening presents. Our kids were still waiting to eat so we decided to do the cake before the food came so we could feed the kids cake instead. At 2:00 the food came and our family had to leave. By then the next party is waiting for the table our friends our at cause their party starts at 2:00. I over heard an employee tell the next party that they are waiting for us to get up but the food didnt get there till 2:00. We went there to check it out for our 5 year olds next party, no thanks.

The food was great and it wasnt that busy. I was given very good deals which saved us a lot of money. The kids all had fun and so did the adults!
