Beautiful studio! So much to see and tons of choices. So much goes into designing your home, it unbelievably! Sandi was wonderful and very Knowledgeable. Our visit was amazing. Toll Brothers knows how to do it right!

You will meet three company sales representative, interior logic group, Control 4, and Attera design. Theres no management and no control from Toll brothers. We will be assigned your schedule by customer concierge which will have no communication as usual.We might spend most of the time with the interior logic group. The problem is they dont know what your house is. They only want to sell something but never been explained, and will not explain what standard option is. During the meeting, most of the time they will try to find some information that I ask. The important thing is they dont know what they sell. Keep change their explanation. For example, if you choose a tile for your bathroom, then they will give a price for them. Next meeting price will be changed because theres another option that they didnt explain. Everything is vague and delaying. They will come back later to follow up the work, they gave us time frame but next time, she couldnt remember.I think it is the sales strategy of the interior logic group. You need to decide everything on site but will not give you the time to discuss with your spouse.They never prepare something for a customer. For example, I ask the stair rail option, and it will take 30 min to see the grey color photo. The price will need more than a week. Most of the words are I will check it. and never following up. Most of the time, you need to wait for them, and they will say, It will be ready. Yes, they will start preparing something when the customer comes. If you ask some feature in your option, they will try to make you dumb, because they dont know what it is.Control 4, they dont know what they have. You still need to contact a higher technician. Honestly, Toll brothers said they are optical cable ready, and Contol4 will provide Cat5 Ethernet cable which will make optical cable line useless.This design studio is not a team they are three independent sale representatives with out of control. Even if they call themselves a designer, they are just unprofessional sales team.

Renee and the entire design studio team have been nothing but fantastic to us. Even though they see us practically every weekend, during open browse hours, they are always friendly and welcoming. They are super helpful and always open to lend their advice.
