I bought two candles, HAVEN ST., at Thanksgiving. The burning capacity proved to be outstanding. Ive had to be careful with candles in the past because the wicks get submerged in melted wax very quickly and you lose the glow. These HAVEN ST. candles at Michaels are not like that at all...you get a full burn with two wicks for the life of the candle. Plus, the scents are amazing. Cranberry Orange is my favorite. I am going back today to get more and take advantage of their two for one sale!!

I was at the Reno store today and one particular employee, Rachel, was absolutely amazing. I could hear her interactions with every customer and she was not only funny and friendly but offered assistance and made suggestions. Totally not caring about face masks! Had to go in for curbside pickup (yes, its true) and then had to stand in line to get my item. At least half the employees didnt have masks and the person behind me and the one in front of me had none. The one in front of me decided she should lift her shirt up and over her nose and mouth (I guess that mattered when she saw me with a mask) So, if you care about face masks, dont use Michaels, order from them online.

Really fast, even before Christmas

Michaels is always fun. My interests include beading, drawing & floral arranging. Michaels covers these interests quite nicely. So many other departments covering many crafting mediums! Their associates are always courteous too.

I went today to get a last minute order done. I needed vinyl. I prefer the Spanish springs location to the reno location. Much more friendly customer service and the employees make you feel welcome and like they want to help. Cant say the same for the reno location.

I love this craft store! They have a lot of good deals, and you can get even more if you sign up as a member. Theres also a dollar section with stationary, glue, scissors, and other little items you might need. Who can go wrong with Michaels?

Michaels is my go to store when I am looking for holiday decorating items or just a craft I might want to try. They have a wide selection of items and offer discounts by email or in the Sunday paper.

Associates were not very knowledgeable about where products were located. Also did not offer to help find the product we were looking for.

Very helpful with my 1st time doing a Paint by Numbers. Will be back for them to frame

I unfortunately had to step out on Black Friday to pick up some yarn. The employees were in great spirits and were very sweet, despite having it been the evening of Black Friday and likely have had to work a very long day.

I bought supplies for a project and decided to do an alternative before the virus. I have my receipt and went to return when store opened and was told not accepting returns. When can they be accepted?

The associate working the spray paint isle was unbelievably rude yelling who pushed the button for spray paint and even ruder to the other associate who came to assist her.I like this store tho, and the girl at the register was a total sweetheart. I would recommend this location.

Halloween stuff is out already with such an amazing bunch of items to chose from. Also got a 25% off coupon for my next purchase. No one ever bothers me in this store (which I love) and although I wish the prices were cheaper they always have some discount or promo.

A good place for hobby and craft supplies that has easy to access isles that are not cluttered. This location is rarely busy and full of helpful people.

I dont frequent this location often as it is on the other side of town from me. But when I go the staff is always friendly, the store is clean and well stocked.

I can always find something I just have to own here. Today they were super busy & understaffed but the checker was nice & apologized. Its not her fault if the schedule is messed up!

Best Comic Book/Game Store in reno. I just took my friend and his wife there for there first time. He is diving back in to collecting books after years out of it. Shes new to comics but love board games, and funko pops. Staff was helpful to them, and they really enjoyed it. I love that place so Ill definitely be going back.

Sales were great. However, my husband had a ceramic and globe fall from the top shelve as he was walking by. His face is still numb and he went today for MRI. The staff was helpful, attentive but they have yet to call to see how he is!! Their top shelves are over stocked and a ladder was left in aisle. Could you imagine if my husband was a child?! Very dangerous. Keep aisles clear and stop overstocking top shelves with very heavy items

Its Michaels. They are all pretty much the same however, this particular store doesnt have the overwhelmingly friendly and helpful staff I have come to expect in a higher end craft store or compared to other Michael stores.

They dont take competitors coupons inspite of their claims. Kind of disappointed. I have never had an issue with them before and the cashier refused to take any coupons until I went on their website. She actually demanded it and I dont have service in the store nor does their WiFi work with you phone and just kept telling me to get on the website even reaching for my phone. I just had to walk away. Its a shame not going back.Go to NV Fine Arts(quality and service) or JoAnn (if you want to save).

Loved the clearance items, prices were better than craft items at grocery stores, saved a lot with in store coupons, loads of crafts items available, friendly staff. Got all my stuff for a tie dye project Would definitely visit again.

While I still love shopping at Michaels, I do wish that they were better about staffing the check out counters, and also about employing knowledgeable people (or providing training) when it comes to crafting items. Often when I ask questions no one seems to know the answers about how to use a product, or whether a product is in stock, or even what a product is or how to find it.
