I had a needlework birth announcement framed. It was an odd color, and the salesperson really helped me to choose matting and a frame that would go with the color of the babys room. She was so helpful, and they did an excellent job!

First experience using a professional frame shop and they did not disappoint. Highly professional and helped me find just the right frame material with colors to highlight the portrait. The finished product is amazing! I highly recommend The Frame Shop to anyone looking for that perfect frame.

Brianne is amazing at what she does. She did a beautiful job framing a print from my daughters wedding. It turned out so lovely it brought me to tears - and she got it done sooner than promised so that I could send it to my daughter. I would recommend the Frame Shop to anyone. Have had a couple large maps and one fine art photograph framed here. They came out perfectly. They really take their time with each of your pieces. I’ve had stuff framed at other spots, but always left a little dissatisfied - I’m so glad to have found the Frame Shop!

I would have given them 5 stars for the two posters they framed except when I showed up to get them one was framed with the wrong material & no mats. I had to return a couple of weeks later to pick up the one that was framed incorrectly. Lakeside location is considerably out of my way.

Some variety without being overwhelming amount. Frames and artwork for multiple styles and tastes, from classic to quirky. Clean, pleasant. Original artwork and prints alongside custom and premade frames. Even found old maps.

Masters of their craft! I had an anniversary gift for my husband and didn’t realize it wasn’t same day turn around. I paid the rush fee and asked for a favor to have it done by our special day. They accommodated and it was a beautiful finished product!I told my husband about how amazing the process was; they do matting, UV protective glass, acid free materials, preservation suggestions, and of course wonderful custom frames. We have special military items and family items that I want to put in shadow boxes someday and now I know where to go! Thank you!

Very professional. We have had multiple posters and original pictures framed by Frame Shop. Any time we were not completely happy, they corrected the issue so that we were happy. This is our frame shop and highly recommend.

I am always treated with respect when I bring my pastel paintings in to be framed for a show or exhibition. I dont worry about how my work is handled when I leave it—I know they understand original art and how to frame it properly and professionally.

I went in looking to frame a cross-stitch with a fixed budget of $50. I make this very clear from the start, and she basically hissed through her teeth at me. The staff was not willing to work with me to get it in budget. I felt like they didnt think it was worth their time to do this job. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere, and I picked out a great custom frame for under $50.

The price was half that of Michaels, hobby lobby, etc, and even less than any self frame jobs I couldve done myself for the particular size of my poster (metric). Ill gladly be taking all my custom framing needs to the frame shop on lakeside lakeside and referring all my friends and family as well
