Lots of fun! Great place to let ur kids tire themselves out!

My boy loves it. But I have a little one,too. Thats why we had to go to the toddler area which was a mess. Toys everywhere and not so much to do. Lucky my toddler was brave enough so he did get to play on the bouncers and not stay bored at the toddler play area. Good thing is was not crowded.

The staff was very friendly and kid aware. I used a groupon and the price was great. Lots of bounce houses to choose from but thats all this place has going for it. The tot area is abysmal, dated toys missing pieces and a cold, hard tile floor. Bathroom trash was full and instead of replacing soap they just put hand pumps in the bathroom. The whole place has that lazily run vibe. Ill go back because its such a good deal but beware.

Very fun, big open area for kids to run around and exert all that extra energy. I was able to get in a couple of bounce houses myself and play with my son. The hours are limited and the floor could be vacuumed more often but all in all a great place for the kids especially with a Groupon.

Paid $357 total for 1 hour and 45mins. Ridiculous. Rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed. The staff is not welcoming, and one girl in particular was very rude to myself and my family. It would be a cool place if the staff were nicer. Would not recommend this place.

Kind of disappointing. We were hoping to have our kiddos birthday party here so we went during an open play. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in several days, crumbs and crayon pieces everywhere including in the toddler area. Both bathrooms were broken and we were advices to go next door which they weren’t opened. There was clumps of hair in the bouncers. You can’t take outside food or drink in yet they offer nothing to buy and the water fountain was out of order. The employees were nice, but did not pay attention to the bounce area.With some improvements this could be a great place for kiddos to have fun.

Very cute place. The kids had a blast. Wish the toddler area was more centralized so you can watch all the kids at the same time. My one big complaint if that the floors were filthy. Looked like they hadnt been vacuumed in weeks. There was food, staples (safety hazard for socked feet), and food wrappers all over. The floors of the bounce houses werent very clean either.

Single employee arrived late to open. A/c broken. Bathroom stall broken. Toilets unclean. No toilet paper. They ran out of paper towels. Floor full of crumbs and trash. No trash bags in any of the cans. Employee said not her problem she’s not the janitor and it’s her last week. Bad experience all around.

I bring my children here often and have never had any complaints. My 3 year old loves the new toddler area they have. The staff are very friendly . Place stays pretty clean.

Very open clean area. I expected more when i arrived i felt that my kids would get bored quickly because theres only a few bouncy things. They enjoyed themselves they kept busy a few people had a ball and kicked it around in the free space in the middle. I think this place is a great play place for kids i wish they could step it up some more maybe adding some tvs on the wall and maybe a better baby tot area. Also adding a hangout space with seating etc this place would be more appealing doubling as a kids hangout.

Very clean and well lit. The staff was very friendly and there were seven large inflatables offering good variety. Several of the inflatables looked new, all were in good condition. Also a competitive price!

Decent play place but needs some work. There are 7 or so bounce houses to choose from and a small playa area for toddlers. The bounce house with a volley ball net and hoops doesn’t have balls in it which makes it pointless. You aren’t allowed to bring outside food which is very inconvenient for anyone with small kids and I did not notice any vending machines. The place was freezing inside (it was late December.) all of the parents including myself were wearing their winter coats indoors. Two out of the three stalls in the women’s restroom were out of order. The third one was filthy. I was there an hour after opening and the trash can was full (the bathroom had obviously not been cleaned.) The bounce houses themselves seemed to be working well but the carpet could use vacuuming. All in all it seems like the place isn’t being managed or maintained well. The prices however are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Not sure if we will returnUpdate: We gave it another shot on a Sunday afternoon, 25 minutes after opening. The bathrooms were disgusting and the main area carpet needed a good vacuuming. There was trash, deflated balloons and balloon ribbons all over the floor. We will not be returning. Cleanliness is important to me and my family and I truly hope the management takes the time to address these issues.

I visited just this past weekend and it was really nice. The staff was very friendly and helped my 2 year soon as we got in getting his shoes off and helping him on the play floor while I filled out the waiver. Very large, open play area, very clean, brightly light and the party areas looked clean and brand new.

Be careful when booking a party. Your deposit is not refundable, even though the website does not state this upon booking. I cancelled my party on December 16 for a January 7th date. The manager would not refund any part of my deposit. Very disappointed...What ever happened to making the customer happy so that you can get more business/ referrals in the future. I will not visit this establishment nor will my family and friends.

Awesome indoor inflatable play area with a designated play area for toddlers, so great fun for the whole family, check hours of operation,before you go.

I brought my son here to play and purchased a multi visit pass. The young lady neglected to tell me the location was permanently closing in the next few weeks. My wife found out from one of her online groups and contacted JumpZone about a refund for the amount unused. Management should have addressed this but we were simply told we were out of luck. Lousy business practices and customer service. But the bright side is that the business is now closed and they shouldnt be able to do this again.

The kids area was a mess no one cleaned up the juices boxes that were left behind. Not enough staff to help control the out of control kids whom parents were not doing there jobs 1st time and last not friendly for toddlers

Clean space, has an area for toddlers and the staff was attentive. My 4 year old had a blast with his friend, well definitely be stopping by again.

Clean environment for kids and excellent service. Awesome place for families and friends to bring the kids and have great time.

My 3 & 2 year old loved it! There is a need to separate the older kids from the little ones. The older kids were a bit wild.

She’Anna was very warm and welcoming and answered all my questions very well. My nephew and niece had a great time.

Such a great place my grandsons loved it they had a blast the staff was great and the manager was amazing.

Jump zone is an amazing place to bring your kids so the can blow off some steam Sheanna and the staff was very welcoming and friendly and we will be coming back....

This is by far the worse place Ive ever been for a childs birthday party. Some lady name Breanna (skinny light skin girl) was so rude to my nephew and sister. She came into our party room without speaking, and demanding my sister remove some wings she was passing out to toddlers to eat, since the Pizza provided wasnt enough. Breanna then proceeded to call her manager when my sister didnt remove the chicken. My sister asked to speak with a manager, and Breanna gave her there work phone, and told her to speak to the manager over the phone. Very rude, very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to my love ones or enemies. Then it was suppose to be for 2hrs, since my sister got there 25 mins late they only gave her 1 hour and 15 mins to be exact. So we had to pay another $100.00 just to stay an extra 45 mins in the party room. Very unprofessional and poorly ran. Please hire NEW STAFF, if you want your business to continue running. The guys that worked there were nice. Breanna needs to be REPLACED ASAP.

My children and I enjoyed Jumpzone. The facility is clean. The staff are friendly and professional. Most of all, the kids are asking for another visit!!

Took my 3 year old (tall for her age) there and she had a blast. The place was very clean and the staff was nice and attentive. Not the best place for kids 2 and under or children that may just be small for their age, I noticed a lot of smaller kids struggle to get in/out of the inflatables and were unable to move past the obstacles inside, which for a taller kid or older kid can manage with ease. My daughter had no problem, but again she is very tall for her age. The smaller kids could however play in the Frozen themed toddler inflatable with no problems, it sat lower and has a very basic layout. There is also a plain bounce house with no obstacles inside located on the right side of the room, and another basic one with mini basketball hoops inside on the left. We will be back, my daughter has already asked to return 3 times and it hasnt even been 2 days.

Ok place to take kids but, they always have the same displays and never change them up. Also, if you have little ones make sure you watch them because bigger kids will run them over.

Staff was amazing and prices are fair.

Not much variety and there is a lack of seating to where you can watch your kids play. My niece seemed to have a blast though.
