Perfect size to enjoy a live concert. I attended the annual Slack Key Festival (Hawaiian style guitar). It’s a fun event and definitely worth putting on your calendar annually. This was my second time for the Slack Key Festival and it was awesome! Great Hawaiian entertainment, music and singing from Hawaiian greats! The seats were comfortable to sit in for the 2 hour concert. Viewing is good from all seats.

Ive been visiting this place since it was the Civic Light Opera. Seen so many shows over the past 2 decades here. This most recent visit was for Encores production of Matilda. Weve also seen many Encore productions at other venues. Last night though, Im not sure what was going on, but whoever was working in sound needs to work on something. The balance was all over the place. We couldnt understand any of the words in the songs. The music was louder than the mics. Also, half the mics were off at a given time and we missed entire portions of dialogue.Other than that, lighting and the orchestra were awesome.And of course the cast from Encore. Those kids are always great! If you ever have a chance to see one of their productions, go!

Comfortable seating and lots of legroom. Rows in the premium seating area are very long, so if you have a center seat be prepared to work your way over the legs and feet of others as you enter and exit. Seating in the back is better organized and sightlines are fine. The auditorium is wide but not deep, even the last few rows offer a good experience. Restrooms are slightly too small so get in line my friend. Sound system is excellent.

Went to see Momma Mia. Great performance. Free parking. Staff and volunteers were all very friendly. Soda, water and snacks were being sold. Just know that you are not allowed to eat or drink in side the theater venue. Medium size theater. Good seats wherever you sit, in my opinion. Normal restroom facilities. Very enjoyable time.

I went to see the Hot Chocolate Nutcracker. It was an amazing production. The theater was beautiful and clean. The long line for the womens bathroom went really fast because there were plenty of stalls. We had a great time.

Came here to see The Hot Chocolate Nutcracker. Thoroughly enjoyed seeing the talented children give an outstanding performance. Great for adults and children. Bathrooms on premises and free parking. Snacks and program available for a price. No eating, or drinking in the auditorium.

Got a personal tour and met with some of the staff. This place was so amazing I cant wait to see what happens when we hold our first event here. The stage, lights, and seating are one of a kind. The outside environment is very welcoming and close to several other attractions.

Beautiful large 1453 seats theater with grand lobby. Has modernist vibe. They have Broadway musicals, shows, ballet and holidays special productions like Nutcracker etc. Also fantastic speakers series - award winning actors, politicians etc.

A really nice theater. Good parking thats free. All seats have a clear view of the stage. Lots of excellent performances that are put on by a variety of companies.

International Christian Centers (ICCLA) Sound of Christmas 2019 was nothing short of amazing. The Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center was the perfect venue to showcase a plethora of awe-inspiring sound.

Great except, there is no center aisle, so every row in the orchestra section has long rows of seats.

The ushers did not stop the four ladies sitting behind us from talking. However, the Nutcracker was really good.

Nice atmosphere. No food or drinks allowed inside auditorium. They do have snacks outside the auditorium. There is no middle aisle so it is difficult to get to the middle seats and get out.

I have so .. much fun.. at the Redondo beach performing arts center.. i had the pleasure seeing one of my favorite groups. Bloodstone.. Omg. I cried . And also the Enchantment..omg i cried.. i had so much fun. Partying with them all.. also a special guest legendary singer songwriter BESTSELLER author mr Charles Wright from watts 103rd street rhythm band..was in the house.. Expressyourself. It was fantastic.. live music.. and a lot of soul.. we also had backstage passes.. ok. It was a full house of people.. just grown and sexy people. . It was a valentines night concert.. yes i will be back. Thats Redondo beach performing arts..

First time at this venue. I was amazed. Gorgeous lobby area. Seats are big, so you dont fill crammed. Aisle are wide and spacious for people to pass by without being trample on or feeling as if someone is on top of you. Will most definitely go again for events and will refer others.

Really enjoy this theater greater acoustics the sound system is fantastic and exceeding is great to I loved how no matter where you sit you can still see the stage small but intimate good place to see show

The Next Episode Was Great But Dont Ever Buy Your Ticket 2 Months In Advance They Wont Have Your Ticket And Theyll Have Ya Waiting 4Ever Then Tell Ya Go In Someone Will Seat You And That Never Happens Almost 30 Mins Of The Show Has Pass Then When Ya Hollar Refund Ya Get Seated All I Know It Better Had Been Good Cause Im Disable And I Was Standing for One In An Half Hour Be4 I Was Able 2 Sit Down Mannnn I was In Alot Of Pain!!! But For The Part Of The Show That I Saw Was The Bomb....

Its a nice theater, Pros: Centrally located to the greater LA. area; Clean; and losts of seating. Cons: moderate parking; They could use additional restroooms; and the seating rows are too long.

First time at this venue. I was very impressed. Since its a smaller venue, the seats we had were great (about 5 feet from the stage). Perfect for mature audiences. Will definitely visit again soon.

Good intimate venue. Every seat is a good seat. I saw Jeffrey Osborne here Thanksgiving weekend and the performance was great. The parking is free and the drinks are reasonable. Ive been to several concerts here and I will be back.

Spacious between the isle. It would be nice to come inside and enjoy a beverage. Great usage of the outdoor patio.

Parking is plentiful. Seating though has issues god help you if you get a tall person sitting in front of you you cannot see the stage! The average height of a person has risen over time, this place needs to have a rethink on its seating

Nice size intimate place for for events... I assisted with a concert production at this venue. It was great, it has a main entrance/ patio which has a bar and a small patio which connects to an outside with no bar and a small food storage space.. We also had several vendors at this event. On the down side, we did not add a bar on the second patio which would have directed more traffic within the time frame of the concert so that the audience would have a chance to visit the vendors and not have to rush back to their seats from eating.... This was the only place in the venue to eat...NO food or drinks were allowed in the seating area of the theatre.

This was my very first time visiting this joyous destination with a group. It explains why Saturday my favorite day, sparks things up for me. We went to see a ballet performance called Swan Lake. It was beautiful! I want to go c it again!

Great Venue for Christmas Mass Service

Kinda what you would expect in a theater. The seats were semi comfortable, the stage was easy to see and the bathrooms were clean.

Nice little community theatre joint. My favorite part is the leg room they give you. You can sit comfortably and a normal person can walk in between you and the row in front of yours.The stage can benefit from an improved sound system though.

Such a funn place to go on a night out!!!The entertainment from the pianos and all the staff is amazing. They always include the crowd, especially people there celebrating something, so dont go if youre quiet or shy!It does tend to get busy and pricey but I think its worth it :)

Watched Journey of Faiths A Christmas Journey musical. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Fantastic show are Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center. Perfect acoustics and all seats in the house are excellent.

My husband and it paid for what was described as terrace seats, only to end up on the floor just a few steps above the front rows. The sound engineer blocked our view most of the show by standing up. I will most likely, never pay to go back to this venue again. We asked the staff to assist; they ignored us and joined the engineer by standing in our way as well. Very disappointed.

Saw the nutcracker here, was a great performance and the staff is very professional. They even helped escort people to their cars when it was raining. Would visit again to see other performances.

This is a good sized all-purpose venue just a few minutes drive to either Manhattan or Redondo beach. So plan ahead to have a good meal before or after the show/event. 4 stars are for the seats because they’re not built for taller people given the lack of thigh support.

I had a wonderful experience at this theater! I am handicapped and, the volunteers and employees really went out of their way to help me, assist me walking, and to make sure I was okay and comfortable. The theater is beautiful and had seating that was easy to access. I attended Journey of Faith. It was an excellent show with very talented performers. The only downfall was that the sound was REALLY loud.

I attended a muscle contest at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center. This is a beautiful place for almost any performance. The organizers had the vendors in the lobby which looked freshly or recently painted. The venue did not allow the competitors to visit in the lobby. This was not the best for the vendors because their products were mostly for competitors. The bathrooms were clean and well kept. In the auditorium the seating was comfortable but a center aisle makes sense to avoid having to interrupt others to leave and enter. During a competition people come and go in the audience unlike other performances where folks stay seated for the duration. I would like to experience another type of performance here.

Venue is nice, but house manager Louise is a nasty piece of work! I drove 2 hours to get to venue & arrived 5 to 10 minutes before the lobby officially opened, even though doors were unlocked. Attempted to use the rest room but Louise was a nasty witch about it. She screamed at me from across the lobby that they had a private event. (Roughly 5 patrons were with her.) She was extremely rude & refused to let me in for the bathroom. Total power trip on her part. Obviously she should not be in a position that works with the public since she lacks basic customer service skills. She also yelled at me that there were facilities outside the lobby but wouldnt tell me where/how to locate them. She is the reason why I wont ever be going back to this venue, which is a shame since the production was great. There are other theatres that I can go to that treat their patrons with respect.

Journey of Faith rents out the facility. The seats are comfortable and the sound system is awesome. Inside is really nice.

We saw the Nutcracker ballet, and thoroughly enjoyed seeing it at this venue. Easy to get to, ample parking, comfortable seating, and the venue is kept very clean. Keep in mind, no food or cocktails allowed in the auditorium. Order prior to the show and enjoy them in the reception area before going to your seat.

Saw American Street Kid. Documentary in homeless children in U.S. Theater was comfortable.

Nice space for my neices dance recitals. Rows were poorly designed tho. The are no breaks in them so if you are seated in the center you have a long way to go to get out. Guess they want you to stay put.
