Beautiful place where my grandma and aunt live

My husband and I have lived here almost three years now and we have really enjoyed the experience. This was our first time buying a home. The park is beautiful, management is extremely friendly and works hard to maintain the park and be available for residents. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, and we are 10 minutes away from entertainment, grocery stores, retail outlets, and the university. We are very happy we made the choice to move here. It’s a great opportunity and investment; especially for young couples just starting out.

I have loved here for about 20+ years and it is a great place to live. I am happy to call this place home

It’s a nice park and the residents and very nice. I just hate that their visitors speed through the park and the managers do nothing about it. I live here with my husband and kids and have to yell “slow down” at people who speed by. I’m at the point where I rarely let my kids play outside because it’s not safe. We live in the very back of the park where there is no entrance or exit and people speed by. It would be nice if something was done about it.

They have great mobile homes.

Ive lived here for 18 months now and I love it. It is well maintained and cared for. The staff ( maintenance) are here 7 days a week and always pleasant and helpful. The managers Cory and Stephanie are awesome. The rules keep the place clean and the rif-raf out.

Quiet place

Although its very clean and very quiet I dont think its right that you cannot work on your own car in your own driveway because of the neighbor complaining I feel that gives the the neighbor that complains about these things more power and favoritism and unless that neighbor is getting paid to call the shots I dont think thats fair
