Not too crowded. I went in for Garland and I found it as soon as I walked in. Everything was easy to find.

Had an issue at checkout when a few items didnt ring up accurately it took a few moments to get a manager to assist as my cashier was new however everyone was very apologetic and very friendly when fixing the issue due an incorrect signage that was left out. Big thanks to my cashier who not only complemented my shirt but as I mentioned is very new, handled the situation like a pro.

Theres not really any words to describe the most awesome store in all of california! If you have an artistic bone in your body, no matter how small, you will be here for hours and youll be backagain and again. And each time find yourself leaving the store hours after arriving.

This store is usually great but I went about a week ago ( today is 10/24 ) and all their fall and Halloween stuff was gone! They said they werent getting anything else in this year. What kind of ish is that? October was maybe half way over and your out of stock and arent going to stock anymore this year. What about people who get paid in the middle of the month? Theyre just screwed? That really bothered me but they did have a sweet Christmas section already. :)

They have a good selection of craft supplies. I found a frame that was on sale for 50% off. I wanted to buy mylar tape with a chrome finish but they only had gold. Help was a little hard to find, but the clerk was very knowledgeable about their inventory.

The salads were delicious. Unbeatable! Best salad Ive had in a very long time.

Love Michaels, they have great stuff . I would give them 5 stars but I only gave them 4 cuz I wish this store was a tad more affordable. But their sales are pretty great value.

I like this Michaels, its a bigger store and they have a pretty good selection. Marking down 2 stars because they are always out of 40% of their product and the store is usually pretty trashed. Today it was decently clean compared to many other visits, but very little selection of colors of glitter, as usual. There were signs up direct you to buy the products online. I dont buy online because they are usually out of half the products I want there too so its not worth it to pay shipping for 1 or 2 items. Other areas of the store also looked like they were low and out of stock.

Fall supplies are ready! Even a few Christmas items. The store was well stocked and clean. The line was not too long and moved well.

Had everything I needed plus other great craft ideas. Staff members were very helpful in finding an item I couldnt locate. Only thing I wasnt happy about was the coupon situation. It seemed none of my coupons were good for one reason or another. Everything seemed to be exempt for different varying reasons. Not a huge deal, cashier was still very nice.

They have a variety of things here from plants to prints. I usually go to the art section I draw myself and pick things up from time to time. Great place for kids stuff as well you can purchase dye for clothing, which I didnt remember there before. Great atmosphere, employees are great. Stroll through, you may find something you like. Great for some hobbyists.

Once upon a time I couldnt leave Michaels without spending at least fifty dollars. Not so with curbside. I set out to buy one three-dollar item and it took two days and incredible amounts of aggrevation. I got two emails from Michaels before the one confirming my order was ready; the first included a phone number to call for questions. I wanted to know how long I might need to wait since I really need this item and I was not previously familiar with the curbside pickup process. The number is simply a recording stating that all customer service is being done by live chat from the website. When I went to the website and clicked on chat, I was greeted by a robot. My question was not answered. Got confirmation my order was ready half an hour after the store closed. Went in the second day to retrieve my purchase. Waited in the line of cars going down the parking lot, then turned to be curbside when I was the third customer in line. The two associates serving everyone were both inside the store when I did this, and when they came out, one yelled at me that I needed to go to the end of the line, because apparently she assumed I had cut in line and not that I had been waiting the same as every other person there. I also didnt realize I was supposed to have called when I arrived at the store, which really seems like an excessive number of steps. First I have to order the item. Then I have to wait for the email, then I have to show up at the store, and THEN I have to call?? While I was waiting curbside Lady #2 gestured rudely at me for me to inch up, thrusting her palm forward several times, apparently to let other customers in alongside the curb behind me. Then Lady #1 brought me my purchase and just tossed it at me without saying anything like it was whatever. I felt so disrespected and dismissed. I will never buy from Michaels again.

IDK maybe I was just spoiled by the LaVerne, CA Michaels or what. But this Michaels seems small and empty. Like they have a fraction of the products Im used to. Ill give it another chance though.

Friendly staff. You have to have a mask on. A bit low on items but you can still find pretty much what youre looking for. I went for yarn so I was a bit bummed out theres not much to choose from, but from what was available was on clearance so I was happy with that.

Disappointed with One Technical issue regarding Online order in-store pick up. Order was not completely fulfilled due to inventory issue out of stock. After receiving confirmation notification all items ready for pick up.Fortunately the management Kyle was able to quickly assist to remedy the issue. His ability to correct the issue really helped me meet a cruicial deadline.

I think I showed up on a restock day or something. The whole store was a mess. Boxes in every aisle and nothing on the shelves. No way to get what I needed to get from them. Walked out empty handed. They could also use more sanitizer stations. They have one when you enter and one when you exit.

Easy parking not too busy at opening but got busy quickly after. Staff was using face coverings but not required by customers, but many had them.

We got an email that our order is ready for pick up. We went to curbside pick up to get and the lady name Cathy told us its not ready. We told her that they sent an email that its ready but we cant get a good connection. She told ask to leave cause its not ready, as soon as I full up we got the good connection and download the email. Turn around and told her that we have the email and she want us to go back all the way at the back and wait another 20 mins. This is the last time Ill do a transaction with this company.

Placed an order to pick up at the Redlands store. The couple things I selected started they were available and in stock. Received a confirmation email stating my order was in the process and I would receive another email when it was ready for pick up. Couple hours later received a email stating it was ready for pick up, not even 10 minutes later I am getting a call from the store. She stated that my order was being canceled because they dont have the items in stock and they should on Thursday so I can redo my order then. I explained to her I just received an email stating it was ready and when I placed the order the items said they were in stock. She was very rude with her attitude by the way. And told me that they were in stock didnt matter what the email said even though it said the items were ready for pick up. And that it shouldnt matter anyways because I was getting my money refunded. I asked her they even sent a ready for pick up email and she told me to forget about the email, because she was telling me I was getting my money back. I had to call the corporate number to let them know it was ridiculous how this all played out. The lady from corporate was very nice and helped me out but it shouldnt have happened anyways.

Lots of cool stuff. There is simply not enough staff present on the floor and I dont understand the yarn being placed on different aisles but thats a minor inconvenience. Large parking lot shared by other businesses on the same side and close to Kohls. THAT information wouldve been helpful on my first visit.

Its only October 28 and there were virtually no,well almost no, Thanksgiving items. Honestly besides a few sheets of stickers and ridiculously over priced wreaths ( the 70% discount did not make them any more desirable) there was nothing. I was very disappointed. I am involved in some preschool class projects but no go!

Its a little bit expensive for my liking! Crafts shouldnt make you go broke! Not enough staff to answer questions. Cashing out is very slow!
