I had so much fun here with my friends! But I do recommend bringing your own food or eating before you go.

Really really fun!!! The water seemed like it could have been cleaner. The food is way too expensive for what it is. Overall it was fun and safe! I was so scared to take my 10 month old but it turned out to be great for her and she loved it!!!

Splash kingdom is No longer in businessThe community came together and clean up splash kingdom.Its sad to say this place had protential to bring in business which in return brings in Money for Redland sad as well with this covid-19 also plays apart in thisWith that said I feel for our future childrens no where to go nothing todo!Come on Redland pick up pace.No more Warehouse.Think of our children do something with this splash kingdom.Redland can do better.I had to out one Star because it would not let me post. Im really disappointed with the level of professionalism exhibited by the life guards. We used to come several years ago before when the prices were reasonable. Back then there were lifeguards every where and they were always attentive. We Decided to come today (8-6-19) before school started and theres only one life guard per pool area... and 2 for the wave pool... several of the lifeguards were sitting down, looking at their feet, playing with their hair or chatting with other staff. One guard in particular that was posted by the lilly pads was sitting down and eventually just stood in the pool and paid zero attention to the kids playing on the lilly pads behind him. By standing in the pool, he had no ability to over watch the pool or the lilly pads. He was eventually replaced by a young girl who then was to busy responding to messages on her watch and playing with her hair (she also stood in the pool). slide attendants at the top of the slides are running 3 slides at a time and the guard at the bottom of the slides was usually sitting down not paying attention to the riders coming down. The slide attendants always seemed to have difficulty getting the attention of the guards at the bottom to signal that a rider was coming.Late in the afternoon my 8 yr old daughter and 15 yr old son were in the wave pool while my wife, younger son and i waited in line to enter. One of the life guards felt that my daughter needed assistance, which i appreciate. But the guard at the wave pool entrance was too busy talking with another member of the staff with her back turned to the pool and not paying attention to what was going on. I approached her and informed her that my daughter was in distress and was being helped by another guard. I asked to enter the wave pool to make sure she was okay and she said that i could not go in. I reinstated that the lifeguard had my daughter and i needed to enter the wave pool and she still looked at me confused. At this point i just about jumped over the rope when she unlatched it after turning around to see the other lifeguard in the water. We thanked the guard for helping my daughter, who was just being overwhelmed by the waves while my older son retrieved a tube for her. But i cant believe the lack of concern exhibited by so many other guards. Some lifeguards were very attentive and i appreciate that however all it takes is one to not be paying attention for something bad to happen. Definitely not worth the 20 dollar entrance fee considering a majority of the slides were closed including all of the small slides for younger children. It didnt concern me but nothing was on in the toddler area... Also the food was very expensive for a couple of over cooked and dry hamburgers. Probably wont be coming back again.

Its got the largest freestanding water tower in the nation. Not all the slides were open though. The water in the lazy river was very murky, and did not appear clean at all. Cost 32.99 per person. Def too spendy, especially for not having all the slides open.I wld have rather gone somewhere else n paid that money. They do search ur bags before you go in. Also the concession stands close way before park does, so if your hungry or thirsty hopefully you brought your own food n drinks and left them in the car.

I love spending time with my cousins! So when we get a chance to have fun all day in the sun, Splash Kingdom is the place for us. The different water attractions are fun for all ages and sizes. Everyone has a home, whether it’s the wave pool, lazy river, crazy water slides, or the play areas in the pool, families will have a blast. Plus, their cheese pizza is pretty good. I would recommend Splash Kingdom to any and everyone!

I like this spot. No too big but has a couple of different things to do. Me and the family went at 4 and got tickets for half price. It was cool because around that time people were starting to leave so the lines for the slides were only a few minutes long.

Giving this place 5 stars. Family, friends, and I visited today. We all had a good time. Go right when it opens for good seating. First come first serve unless you rent a cabana. Water slides were fun. Kids can go on some with parents. Lazy river relaxing. Yes the lifeguards blow thier whistle a lot but they are just trying to keep it safe for everyone and do thier job. Id visit again next summer.

This water park was really fun my family had a great time. Only thing that was wrong is the staff are very unpleasant no smiles and their tone of voice was not normal alot of the employees seem to not be happy working at this water park. Other then being short staff and the rude employees its a nice place to take ur kids and family. Also we got discount tickets at del taco so we got in per person $18.99 expires 09-15-19 thats the good perks aswell.

Its a water parked full or rude and annoying kids and parents who can control them. Keep and eye on your kids for these little punks .

The staff are really friendly and helpful. My kids absolutely had a fun time without any incidents. For the number of people in attendance (on a Saturday) the park was kept fairly clean. If visitors picked up behind themselves (especially in restrooms) and ensure kids dont throw decorative rocks in water, it would make a perfect experience.

Discovered this place last summer. Took the kids back yesterday and again had a great time! Love that this water park has something for everyone, slides and wave pool for the kids...lazy river and beer garden for mom and dad! The menu had some new options too. The Salmon Cesar Salad was delicious! ..oh and the churros were so good too!

All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Natalie G. was our group sales rep and she checked in with us throughout the day to make sure we were having a great time. Great slides, wave pool and lazy river. Food was delicious also. We will be back.

This place is closed. Burnt the heck down obviously an insurance job if you ask me.

Only rating the trampoline park. Renovations are still ongoing. Trampoline park at this time is not to the level of other parks Ive been to around the area. I will revisit this park and will update my rating when the park is done.

Great staff, especially lifeguards William and Cheyenne, and bartender lady; cant remember her name.

Fun, clean and Alexis is one cool chick.

Staff is always friendly and ready to help, my only concern here is organization...maybe they need a manager??? ...We go to buy a beer and none of the beers on tap have labels except for one !! The bartender is stressed because she doesnt know which is which and we have to taste them to decide which one we want??? Poor girl is trying to do her job but doesnt have the resources and backup she needs.

I liked the outdoor bar. All the lounge chairs were taken so we got a picnic table with umbrella. It was kind of nice not to be in the crowd. More secluded.

Had a good time dj was great but there was a lot of slides closed. I would have loved to go on the biggest slides. Loved the different booths inside nice verity of different foods.

Nice place and fun for the kids to be at and family time. I enjoy coming here, and Im coming back to bring my son for his birthday. Not expensive to have fun and be in the water on a hot day.

I am giving my review and addressing some concerns of reviews that I read. Our visit was surely not a 1 or 2 star rating.My family and I just went today. It was a really good time. On the way home, all 3 actually said they had fun!!We paid about $95 for all 5 of us. Ended up spending about $55 on food for a lunch time. Dont do that. Definitely bring your own and go to your car to eat. It might be an inconvenience but way worth it! This is the reason the review is at a 4 and not a 5.There were 3 of the more older kids slides closed but it did not take away from our time there.Yes, there were a lot of younger adults/teens working but they seemed very focused and competent at their jobs. They were very helpful and genuine.

We had a ton of fun. The staff was very nice and attentive. They were cleaning the lazy river so we didnt get to use it, this time around. Cant wait to go back!

I went there last year in the summer

I won tickets through 99.1 KGGI, so it was nice for free. However, Id never pay to go back. They were out of almost all soda, the food they served was ridiculously priced and was disgusting. There was not enough lounge chairs. Two of the slides were closed. And the workers that control who goes down the slides and when, do not pay attention. It was very frustrating. I appreciate the free tickets, but now I realize why they were giving them away.

Ants everywhere I notified the employee, she just ignores me. 1st pool for kids wasnt allowed to use it, 2nd one the gate for small slides was locked till afternoon, then 1 hour later they came and asked everyone to get out from the pool because they wanna add some chemical (they can check the water earlier before opening the door). Better management will attract more people.

Went on opening day and it was not packed. My daughter and I had a great time. There are some kinks to work out, like the wave pool shut off about an hour too soon. But other than that our overall visit was good.

The pink slide on the top has just the right amount of exhilaration for those looking for the fastest slide at this park. Good family-friendly environment. Pretty fun.

Its a nice little water park to take the kids and enjoy the familys company. I think it was a good value. Parking is cash only though

Nice place to take the kids for a day; affordable and fun. The food and personnel were absolutely terrible. Ordered a $10 cheeseburger and got a bun; meat a little piece of cheese and a tiny lettuce leaf. No fries.

NO PLACE FOR THE HANDICAPPED TO GET OUT OF THE HEAT AND SUN. Not enough seating. This place needs sun sails in certain places like around the concessions. But lots of family fun.

Took my daughter here for a great day of fun on a hot day and we had a blast!!!! Lots of fun places for the kids including the lazy river and multiple toddler areas. They had a good menu that I feel was a good value. The only cons are that the sodas were flat and the bathrooms were dark and really dirty.

Friendly staff, good on-line deals, local and safe. To save money, if youre only going once all summer, park on the street (Lugonia or California) to avoid parking fees. If youre planning on visiting this spot multiple times, get the summer pass. It is completely worth it. My only gripe, no dedicated pool for actual swimming. However, I believe that is how all these parks are.

For the amount youre charging the entrance you should have a full staff at all food stations. We spent 1hr to get French fries and 40min to get a large pizza. Recommend to bring your own food and eat in your car better and quicker.

Clean fun and safe. The life guards work very hard to keep everyone safe. The park is very old but I still think its worth the price. The website isnt very clear about what you can take in. I didnt know until we got there but you can take in waters as long they are sealed. Food is okay but at a fair price. The beer garden looks like a lot of fun.Over all I would say its a great place to cool off, have fun, and relax at any age.

Lots of kids work in this place and they dont like to work, pools are dirty full of bugs and dirt, they have only one snackbar open and was a big line, we wait 45min to order and 30 to get cold food and nasty, i dont recoment this place at all.

They are always having issues with their attractions...and their food is a little pricey. The thing I did like was their employees were very pleasant even though they are young they show they enjoy working at least when I conversated with them...will come back as it is the closest water park to me.

My 6 yr old son and both enjoy going to this park. It has enough fun activities to play in the water for hours easily.

Took my kids for the first time. Staff was unfriendly and rude. Changing rooms were nothing more than torn shower curtains with three feet visible off the floor and the pools were poorly maintained. Overall, it wasnt crowded and easy to access but the cleanliness will prevent us from ever coming back.

Ok i just went today and took my daughter that’s 2 1/2 and I will definitely next year buy the season pass love the water park they have a wonderful fun area for kids with water slides for them too the adult water slides look super fun didn’t go on them because I’m pregnant but over all I like the updated water park their pizza and ice cream really good too I also like it stays open till 7 now the down fall is get their early or their will be no more places to sit and the wait for food is about 30 mins or longer and it’s over priced bring you own food unless your getting pizza

Overall experience was ok, I don’t recommend getting the cabana. The service was horrible, I had to look for a worker to get a server to help us FOUR times. Very disappointed but the kids had fun so that’s what mattered the most. Just get there early to find a good spot and not pay extra for the cabana

I went to the Splash Kingdom July 2018. What an awesome experience. I was in the company of 5 kids, age ranges 10-12, and three adults. The kids were engaged non-stop from the opening of the day until we closed the park at 7:00 pm. There were water slides, lazy river, wave pool and so much more. The food at the park was wonderful! It filled the kids up for round two. Taking a break from all the water fun, the kids bounced in Big Air, played dodge-ball and spent time in the arcade. There was so much for them to do that the day was too short! I highly recommend the food, the shaved ice and definitely the adult beverages, for the adults as we watched the kids go from one water park area to another. The food server and bartender were top notch - AWESOME! All the employees I had contact with were helpful, respectful and gave the impression they truly enjoyed working at Splash Kingdom! The restrooms - CLEAN!, for those of use who judge a facility by the accommodations they provide. I would highly recommend Splash Kingdom for any family outing, family reunion or special day for the children in your life...Yes, I will be returning to this park!

Stay away from this place! I spent almost $100 for 3 tickets: one for adult and 2 for my kids. This park doesn’t have kids tickets. My 12 yr old and 14 are playing basketball. They are tall for they age.I was charged as for 3 adults!!! Additionally, in water a lots of bugs! Over priced, dirty everywhere, unprofessional staff.

My family had a great time. Very clean. The only problem is the ladies restroom was Not clean...... but Ill definitely be back with my family

So it has everything to keep you cool in teh summer and a jumping area for not-so-hot seasons. It has very long lines so be prepared to wait and get there early. Also dont go on the pink water slide you can scratch your back on it.

First day of opening, they werent even ready. went to go into bathrooms and stepped all in deep wet paint. after that, they decided to recognize that they should close it. also the fact that 15 bucks for a double cheeseburger, a little bit of fries and a drink that you cant refill is outrageous. a good amount of rides werent even open, but the ones that were were fun, except the scratching of the back on some of the rides. oh, and got kicked out for swimming in the 2 ft high pool for kids, without a warning. dont know about coming back.

We planned a big holiday party for my office and literally 3 days before the party they canceled on us do to construction and still have yet to give back our deposit. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone especially since they left us high and dry last minute. This one star you see doesnt even count they should get zero for canceling and not answering calls or emails.1/11/19update: its almost been a month since we were told wed get our $500 deposit back and now were getting no response to emails or phone calls at all.

So, Ive dropped my previous review from 3 stars to 2 stars, and its because on this specific day that I went, two of its attractions were not in service. But, heres the thing, and this infuriated me, and its because the Park didnt do a good enough job to tell people BEFORE paying for parking so they could decide whether they wanted to stay or not, and for people that reserved cabanas (3 cabanas), there was no communication not offer to cancel or reschedule. Also, most people within the first 2 hours of opening didnt know attractionss were closed until AFTER they had paid for entrances. But to be fair, the manager did make an announcement at the front line to about a group of 20-30 individuals about attractions being closed, but, that was only 1 announcement. Other than that, roaches are ever present in the snake river, and Cabana servers are also a hit or miss with good and bad service. Roaches, thats right.

We took our 4 and 6 year old girls. The small kids area didnt open until 3 hours later. My kids cant do the big slides. The food areas open late. The place wasnt clean and bathrooms were dirty and outdated. We will stick to the cove.

It was wonderful seeing all of my grandchildren playing a few of us were just really excited about that and I will visit it again multiple times

The coolest water park Ive ever been to. Only 5 or 6 different rides but there really cool and especially the big pink one at the top is really fun to go on. Theres so many water pools and a really great large open pool with waves. Another thing is the lazy river so nice and easy going. I recommend this water park for anybody.

Lived around the area for most of my life, never been to splash kingdom.I gotta say.... the water park is awesome!!! Definitely going again.

Wth is going on food lines. Its almost the end of summer. Still dont have a system id rather eat at home. Than waste my time burning in line just to give you my money. Never have i seen such a sad system. Raging waters here i come. Waste of time and money inside closed. No shade in ice cream line seriously.

Its being local was nice but no food or drinks allowed not very much to do for the price.

Very disappointed. The lazy river was closed and the park really needs refurbishing. But great company with my grandson.

Hairballs all over the shower area, and this was at the beginning of the day, not towards the end of the day. Bathrooms were dirty and smelled bad. The D.J. played inappropriate music, F-bombs being dropped. Im only tapping one star because the site is requesting me to tap on something in order to post. I give it zero stars and I cant believe Costco is associated with this place, Im very disappointed.

The waterpark was great.the staff next to the lazy pool and the slides were awesome. The lady that was working in the tube rental area was helpful and very nice.but I gave 3 stars because the food that they sell ten dollars and up was nasty,and the food servers had no sense off customer service.they were rude and looked like they just didnt care about the customer.but for the rest of the staff 5 stars.

They really need to make improvements to waterpark. This is the only waterpark in our area and needs love and attention. It would be sad to see this close with so much potential. On my trip they did not staff enough lifeguards to work the tower and swimming areas properly. Smaller slides in small kids play area were closed but still accessible to kids. These were not blocked off properly. Extension cords running across the closed small slide area from the Wave Rider area which led to Underground vault that was open and tools and bucket marked as chemical was in the area also. No workers were working in this vault area at all. It was just left open from a previous day. They do not have towels or towel rental. So bring your own towel. Workers, though attentive, do not have a dress code so it is difficult to tell who works there and who doesnt. The main building is under construction but anyone can walk in at anytime. No shop to purchase essentials should you forget something. Signs everywhere for things that no longer exist. If you took out the stuff inside the main building then remove the signs from the waterpark area. Various food locations closed mid day in key areas in the water park. Etc.. Way too much to explain further. Hope things improve soon.

I’m really dumb founded and upset at how the rules are so strict. 1). No food, even if you’re pregnant or have kids and have strict diets. 2). They force some of us to dump our bags out in front of them but won’t to some parties. 3). Can’t sit at a picnic table that’s reserved for other parties even if they haven’t come or you’re just waiting for your other party to come.The biggest shock to me was how the lady at the front entrance forced me to empty my bag out in front of her. Like.... I have water, a hair brush & a towel if you’d like to take that away also.

Great family outing with visiting family from Texas! The kids loved it!

Was really disappointed, new ownership changed the old splash kingdom. I liked going there alot before and now its too different and the price for the food is way too high than before. If you have not been here in a long time and you are expecting the old splash kingdom stop there and dont waist your money.

From a lazy river, to a huge wave pool, to a massive tower full of waterslides, this place is fun for the whole family!! When its cold outside, or the waterpark is closed, there is a trampoline park inside (BigAir) and a sports lounge (Upper Deck) to enjoy time with your family! Its also a great place to watch football! We went in recently and had the best experience! Great service and our team on a 15 ft screen.

Worst waterpark I have ever been to! Water was very dirty and disgusting. Customer service was terrible, they tried over charging my debit card.I would highly recommend to never bring your children their. The worst thing was the scenery. Everything looked so dirty and old. That place should be shut down. Im so amazed how its even getting business.

We had fun but its still under Renovation and some areas werent functioning.

The worst!! Toddler area sprinklers and big bucket werent working. You had to rent tubes for the lazy river and there was limited seating in the eating area. Plus my husbands sandals were stolen! Never going back! I hope wet n wild is open for next summer.

This place is great to have fun with the entire family. We always get season passes. Only downfall is food is very expensive.

Fun but the only thing is if your not there early there is no were to sit besides the cabanas and you have to rent those for about 170$ for the whole day.

Fun fun fun! I went with my son summer camp and they all have fun it was clean and to top it off one of the kids didnt have any swimwear. And one of the lifeguards ask was it was it okay if she bring him some swim trunks. That was sweet of her

I had so much fun here with my 3 kids . I came with my kids and didnt expect to have so much fun being alone with 3 small children but i was able to enjoy my self even though we couldnt all go on some of the attractions. There was plenty to do with the little ones .I honestly had more fun here than at raging waters plus its close to home and not too expensive . Two thumbs up

Great deal on Groupon adults pay $22.95 can buy up to 4. The service was great. Everyone was so friendly. Recommend getting there early to secure seats for lounging. We jad pizza chicken burgers and beef burgers. The funnel cakes were ok too. I would ask for fresh fries next time

Went here for a church gathering it took me an hour and 20 too get a hamburger that tasted like i just poured pepper in my mouth...

Ive always enjoyed coming here with my family. It makes for good memories. My only complaint is that you are not allowed to bring any snacks in. You go to any other amusement area they let you, for instance Disneyland. Ultimately most people will still buy food or drinks from the location. When you have little ones, they are always wanting to eat it drink. I think you guys should rethink that.

Many covered spaces for families to eat and relax, good snack food and easy to access from the interstate. The prices are really affordable as well, stop by and you will have a great time!

Ive only gone there 2x as the demolition was taking place of the previous well known Pharoahs Lost Kingdom as it was coming to an end! I took my camera to take pictures of the different Pharoah items, as these photos will tell the story of a well known public water park coming to an end! This theme park & the iconic Sphinx statue that stood to the side of the park entrance - had been an Inland Empire landmark for many years! The only thing still standing of what was part of the old Pharoahs Lost Kingdom waterpark is the huge water slide. Was sad indeed, seeing the destruction of this once favorite watering hole! Pictures taken with my camera will soon be on my Facebook page. Not sure of the album title yet.

Very disappointed. Only half the walk park was open. I don’t know how they are open. The water was so dirty. The health department needs to check it out. The chairs don’t looked like they have ever been cleaned. The food was so over priced.

They had some great slides and the lazy river was awesome but I highly recommend you dont use a tube unless you cant swim or you can stand up in the river.

Plenty of space for kids to run around and enough water attractions for them to enjoy without getting board.

Food was horrible, availability of rafts were not accessible for lazy river or wave pool, we had to rent tubes. The best part of this park was it wasnt overly crowded. Some of the slides were not in working condition n park is still under construction even though I didnt see any live evidence of work in progress.
