I have been to the Redlands location twice (The Wizard and The Temple), so far, and thoroughly enjoyed both times. Really a great workout for the brain but also engaging and entertaining, all at the same time.First time I went I was with several people and the second time with five. My recommendation to new players is: split off into small groups of two or three, it helps when youre comparing clues, with one other, to solve the puzzles, keeps the groups from congregating, too often, and allows each group to solve a puzzle, which saves you time, but at the same time, allowing the entire group to solve multiple puzzles simultaneously, and unlocking another clue, making a connection or key to escape!Escape Rooms are my new favorite addiction!

My wife and I tried the Wizard themed escape room. It was surprisingly challenging and the spell casting component was really clever!

Fun place. Have done 3 of the rooms here and completed all of them within the hour time limit. Cabin in the woods is by far the best in my opinion, but it depends what youre into. Good times! And the staff here is amazing. Kat is awesome and Ash and Erica were also great! Will be coming back and going to their other location In the future.

This place was so much fun. We had a large party, so we split up the group and did 2 separate rooms. Both groups enjoyed it, and felt that it was challenging enough to make it fun. So worth trying out

My coworker and I tried the jungle one, and did not complete it in under an hour. It was very fun, mind stimulating, and creative. Would highly recommend this to anyone. I would suggest having 3+ people to help with the brainstorming. Awesome place and very helpful/ nice/ professional.

Fo my daughters birthday she wanted to do an escape room. Her and her friends completed the infection room. They had a blast then we went home and had an escape room themed party.

Took my boyfriend here for his birthday. You love the surprise. We did the room called cabin. It was quite a challenge. I love the person who hosted our game. I would definitely come back here again. It was so much fun

We did 2 escape rooms back to back. Cabin in the woods and the jungle one. They were both fun and the level of detail was great. It really set the tone for each room. We will be back for the wizard escape, once we round up a good size group

We are escape room enthusiasts. The Wizard Escape room is awesome! If we lived near here, we would recommend our friends visit this room, however we were only visiting. The Wizard Escape is very well decorated, has great puzzles, unique interactions with the room, and some special effects that brought big smiles to our faces. And everything was in good condition.

Great Escape Room business. First time at an escape room ~ booked ahead of time the 3 out of 5 in difficulty wizard type room. It was very challenging & fun!!! Employees were very helpful, explained the basics. The room was wonderfully decorated/staged. We will definitely return and try out their other escape rooms. Kids 12 & 9 yrs really enjoyed it - thought all the decor was realistic. Fun activity with kids, friends or for a date night. Thank you to the employees for making our 1st experience so positive!

Never been to an Escape Room so this was a first. Went with a friend early in afternoon, thought we might be paired with other people but it wasnt busy so we were on our own. The staff was very friendly, a little behind but we were in no rush. We needed a few clues cuz we got stuck, some clues were more helpful. The time ran out but we had fun and at least know what to expect. I would go back, something different to do, fun for whole family or group of friends.

My company came here for a team building activity. We had a great time and the representative that was helping us that night was great. She made sure to check on us and we had a great time over all. Would recommend for an outing with family, friends, co-workers, etc.

Design and decor was very well thought out for the wizard room.The puzzles where a bit confusing for us, this wasnt our first room, but was the first with unity. We felt there were too many puzzles laid out for you to work on.

To a group of 8 year old kids here and had a great time. The staff was very helpful and the puzzles were challenging and fun.

Professional, respectful staff (thank you Selene and Cat). Didnt do the room bc of poor rescheduling policy and lack of flexibility by owner. No rooms booked the hour before or after our scheduled time. Its my belief our requested change in time wouldnt have impacted their business.

We tried the people escape room and had a blast! Definitely will be back for more fun soon.

The host was helpful and personable. Half our party was late and she was very understanding, accomodating and did not perceive to be annoyed with the hiccup. We would definitely go again.

My friends and I went here and it was a fantastic experience for our first escape room! We made it with 54 seconds to spare! It was intense, exciting, and we had a lot of fun. We tried the Cabin in the Woods theme and it was very effective. The ladies were helpful when we backed ourselves into a corner We will definitely be returning to try out the other rooms!

This is an amazing place to go for a date, have a fun outing with friends, or to take the family! They have 4 different rooms, each themed and unique with different levels of difficulty! There is a room for everyone! The staff is amazing, helpful and kind! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an escape room experience, whether it be your first time or you are a veteran escapee! The Wizard Escape room is my personal favorite, but the others are just as amazing! Check them out if youre in the area, and also check their FB for any specials they may be running! The people here were very helpful, even giving my group and me advice afterwards to help with future attempts.We picked the Cabin in the Woods theme; it was put together very well, giving my party quite the challenge, which is a good thing.There is even a test puzzle in the waiting room you can give a shot at to prepare your brain for similar puzzles you will be facing in the room itself, I thought that was neat. Loved it, would love to try the other three themes sometime.

When we first walked in they were there to greet my family and I, when they were explaining what to do in the room they were very patient with our kids, we all had sooo much fun we will be back again. Great staff fun room! So glad our kids enjoyed themselves.

We went for my birthday this week and had a great time. It was our first escape room and we had a ton of fun together. The customer service was great, Konner (sp?) was fun and friendly and loved his job which made us enjoy our experience even more. The whole thing was just so creative, we will be back!

We were so happy with the wizard escape room, it was challenging and super fun! We had a large group of 7 and we still needed some hints but the staff was so friendly and helpful throughout the game and helped us complete the puzzles with some time to spare.

It was a blast, temple was perfect for the kids 7, 10 and 12 yo. Great family activity. Connor was great help.

Its become somewhat of a tradition to do escape rooms for my friends birthday, and this place is by far the most intricate. Weve only had the pleasure to do The Cabin at this location. It does run a little more on the expensive side, but I felt that it was worth it.

This was our first time doing one of these escape rooms. We had the best first experience at Unity Escape Rooms. The staff was awesome which just made our experience that much better. We tried the Cabin In The Woods, so much fun. Although we didnt succeed it was still super amazing. Planning on coming back to try the Temple. So Yea check out Unity Escape Rooms and bring your thinking caps with you!!!

I went on the grand opening weekend. Everyone I went with loved it!!! This was a great experience, lots of thinking, and tons of fun!! It was my first time doing this. Went in a group of six which I totally recommend a group to help figure out the puzzles quicker (maybe 3 or more). We finished just in time with SECONDS left. It was so much fun & thrilling to be timed; especially rewarding when you figure out each step at a time. Definitely take the hints and talk it up with each other. Bounce ideas off each other. The staff was really nice and helpful.

We had a great time doing The Temple at Unity Escape Rooms in Redlands. Most of us were new to escape rooms, but the staff were friendly and helpful. When we were stuck they were great about giving us little hints to keep us moving forward. We cant wait to come back!

A great place, though a bit out of the way. Keep your eyes peeled for their sign! We played the Infection/Rabies room and it was a great mix of difficulties of every type of puzzle. Definitely going back as soon as we can to try a different room!

Friday night my grandchildren and my husband and I went to try and escape the Temple room. WE DID IT. We had so much fun finding clues and trying to figure out how to use the clues. It took all of us to do it from ages 11 to 62 we all helped. We had so much fun that we decided to do the cabin here other escape room. now we think we are pros because we made it out of the temple with a few minutes to spare wrong we needed lots of help from their staff. I must say the staff is very helpful and friendly and made the experience even my fun they never made us feel like we couldnt do it. We cant wait for them to open there next escape room. I was told they were going to do a special escape room for Christmas my favourite holiday so I am really looking forward to doing that room. Definitely recommend this for families of all ages its a great team building experience for the workplace to.

There were two young guy workers on Saturday night shift who were really nice and friendly they made the escape room fun and interesting I would go back for sure

This was my first experience with an escape room and decided to go with Unity after reading their scenarios. Our group chose the Temple to complete, they also have a cabin mystery scenario. We had a group of 9 and ended up booking the entire room which helped save some money per person. The room was a bit simple in nature decor but as soon as we started cracking puzzles the heat was on. We had a small problem with one of the puzzles at the end but was addressed by the owner which was nice. I will admit that some of the puzzles were pretty ingenious! I initially wanted to rate this place a 4 star however after seeing the other rooms I realized that the temple is probably the weakest in terms of decorations but had some really great puzzles! The owner allowed us to take a peek at the other 2 rooms and I will tell you that we will probably be coming back!

Not sure what the buzz is about. The rooms were very linear, so we always had two or more idle members in our party. MASSIVE red herrings. We had a couple glitches in our party, one of which wasted 5-10 minutes (we did not get back) and the other kicked the ENTIRE TEAM out to fix. Maybe we came on a bad night, but we probably wont come back.

Wizard room was hard to see and had no logical path through, also actors garbled their lines, extra star given for letting us go over the time limit

Have done two of their rooms! Had a great time in both, they had great puzzles, effects, mechanics and creativity. However, staff provided clues without asking if help was wanted.

So glad we did it! I took my daughter for her 10th birthday, just the 2 of us. Wasn’t sure if it would be to difficult, she choose “The Cabin.” What’s nice was the woman who was at the desk (wish I knew her name she has 2 sprained ankles ) and she was awesome! As you go thru the mission they use audio and CCTV to hear you, and chime in and assist you if they notice you’re stuck or way off course. But she gave us enough time to attempt solving problems in our own & just when ran outta ideas, a voice came thru the walkie talkie save us with info & clues to help us and move on. So no matter your IQ, they’ll help you along the way, if you need/want it. It was such a fun experience, my daughter and I can’t wait to return and tell friends to check it out as well!

We did the temple. It is somewhat indiana jonesy. The clues were good and our group of 6 were challenged but still had a good time. we did not make it through the second room but still had a blast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave hints at the right time and let us stuggle at other times which is what i wanted. Definitely

Weve done a handful of different types of escape rooms, our experience here was not as pleasant as previous rooms we have done with other companies. We asked for clues to point us in the right direction since nothing was apparent at the time and they just asked us what do you want? The staff didnt seem to happy, and werent very friendly. At the end we didnt get out of the room so asked for an explanation of the last puzzle, we were rudely showed and spoken to like we were dumb. This is bad customer service and we walked away upset with our experience (not because we didnt get out, we have been to many rooms and havent completed them. More so for the fact of the experience with the staff being so rude to us during our experience). We were also told not to touch something specific in the room, yet we needed something on that said thing (super contradicting and annoying to tell us not to touch something that is apparently needed). We did one of their other rooms a few weeks ago and had a similar experience but wanted to give them another chance tonight, we will not be back for their third room solely on the fact of how the staff treated us. I so hoped our second experience would have been better but I was disappointed as its supposed to be a fun experience, not one where you are treated rudely and walk away feeling upset.

I took an 11 year old and an 8 year old. We didnt escape, buy we have a blast trying. The staff made the adventure fun.

Me and my two friends tried the infection room yesterday, we had a lot of fun while we were there even though we didnt make it in time we were very close and the game master was also very helpful, we will definately be back with a bigger group to try the other 3 rooms.

Very fun staff and their lineup of 3 different difficult rooms create an enjoyable experience for a reasonable price.Prior experience not required but you should do the rooms in the order at which they give you if you arent familiar with escape rooms.

Did both the Cabin in the Woods and the Hidden Temple rooms. Both rooms were well put together and challenging.
