The manager Loren was a complete nightmare. He loves to gossip and start arguments between the long term residents. He has no sense of humanity. Regularly behaves in terribly unprofessional ways and literally cussed at a little old lady while I watched. Only stay here if you absolutely have no other choice!

Very quiet and peaceful environment for the elderly

Don’t stay here. The managers are flaky tweakers and will keep your deposit. I only stayed out of lack of options. It was the only place at the time that had monthly spots in the area

It bothered me that no one answers the phone I called multiple times and no one was at the office when I got there. What was nice is the check in station is mobile so I could pay when they came to check on me. Passport of America isnt good until October he said that was stated on the website and they are under new management. He did give me the Good Sams Club discount though which was very nice. Overall ok but management is super nice

Many oak trees give this park a picturesque, charming, look. The roadway and spaces are graveled, dust free. Parking for a toad in front of the space, or across the street. The restrooms are older, but well maintained. As is the laundry room. Services are acceptable. But the spaces are tight, and the WiFi is expensive. They hired a service company to provide pay WiFi and its $4/night for transients. And $40/mo. That price is a bit high for my liking...considering most RV parks provide WiFi free. But, it does have a fairly decent speed...4 MBPS down. Only stayed two nights so dont know about uptime. I did watch a movie without dropouts.

Great small RV park.Has full hook ups including CTV and good shaded sites.David King the new owner is a great guy that went out of his way to help us settle in.

Eventhough the owner at times seem all bussiness, he is a ver kind and understanding man, if your straight with him,he will be straight with you, very organized, kind and accomadiating

I like Ed the manager. Him and his wife are doing a great job here. Its quiet and clean. This is our 3rd summer here. Check it out!

Decent roadside stop when traveling the I5. Nice management. Surrounded with oak trees. Includes RVs and tent sites
