I love this place! The office members make it easy to book & enroll online. The coaches are awesome with kids and adults, learning new techniques and/or training.The new Parkour, Full Send Ninja experience is fantastic! Who doesnt like ziplining indoors?!They have awesome birthday party packages, making our experience so much easier and fun, to do everything in one place -- we even got their new Birthday Media Package, so well have the memories of it.Thank you, NorCal Elite Gym!!

Where do I start, this gym is what I think is a excellent Gymnastics, Ninja, Parkour gym. It started with the location and excellent environment . It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the Coaches here, they are to help and will to take time with you and your kids. Also they understand what you or your kids are striving for and they WILL get you or your kids there and further, while having fun. The classes are moderate - intense made for every level athlete and this is a great opportunity to become a professional athlete where they learn from the top professional awesomeness coaches. They are amazing Coaches and owners. I definitely recommend!

I wish I could give them 0 stars! They may have given the front a face lift, and moved some of the equipment around. But the new owners could care less about customer service! I threw a party there and it was one disaster after another. Ask around! I wish I would have! I booked months in advance, only to have the time changed last minute, and then the overcharge my credit card on file! I spoke to a woman at work, she said they did the same thing to her. She said 5 other people had the exact same experience. The owner never called to apologize and the staff was rude and said next time I could go somewhere else! They even rescheduled this one ladies last minute and told her she could cancel, but they dont give refunds! How is that an option! Poor customer service, dirty facilities, they are not the only gymnastics place in town. Someone should remind them! Word of mouth can go along way! It must be their friends giving them 5 stars.

Great place to host birthday parties all the kids from ages 2-16 had a great time. The young man offered help in setting up the party decorations he didnt have to do that what a sweet guy. Dont waste time at places like rare air when you can come here!! Hands down the best place for a party all for a great price

Love the coaches and the place. It’s positive and organized! A great place for my 5 and 3 year old to play, learn, and challenge themselves. They’re in the Ninja Zone class.

I have been bringing my daughter to this gym for a few years. I believe the new owners have done a tremendous job since they have had it. They remodeled the front office and have done nothing but good for the gym.I dont find the rude and racists comments left by the previous reviewer to be accurate at all. So sad that anyone would feel the need to spread such hate. I find the new owners to be very friendly and attentive. Even though I liked the old owners as well I think the new ones have created an atmosphere they can be proud of. I believe this to be the best gym in town.

Nice facility, we take our young children to open gym on Saturdays to get the energy out. They have a big wide open space to run around.

This was the 1st time booking a party with them and I paid for 2 time slots which was $270 when I called to make the reservation the lady told me The Time slot was 3 oclock to 7 oclock And A-day before the party another lady called me to confirm and also told me it was 3 oclock to 7 oclock so I set my daughters birthday for 4 oclock so I had one hour to set up and decorate because we had a lot of decorations and a lot of food so I knew I would need 1 hour to prepare so the party went well and at around 6:14 The worker came up and asked if we needed any help and I asked her if she wanted to eat and she said sure and I told her yeah take your time because we have 45 minutes still and Im gonna start cleaning now ..and she looked at me and said no you have 15 minutes.. She means 15 minutes to clean up and get out of there before the other party gets there she then went on to tell me that my time slot was at 2:30 to 6:30 but I told her I know I talked to 2 different ladies and they told me it was 3 oclock to 7 oclock thats why I had the birthday at 4 oclock if I had known it was 2:30 to 6:30 I would have started my birthday eariler.??? I pulled up the website to show her the time slots and the time slots were 2:30-4:30 AND 5:00 -7:00 and then 7:30-9:30so if I paid for 2 time slots I should have even gotten 230-7. I showed the lady their website and she told me she has never seen that page of their website before ..so there we were rushing to get everything cleaned up in 15 minutes because she told us the other party would be that at 645. I will never be having another birthday there. Sucks for them they lost my business and all of my friends and families.

The change in ownership and coaches have turned this gym around. We couldnt be happier to be back.

We had my sons birthday party here and it was a blast. The kids loved it and I loved how clean and safe the environment is. While I have not had a chance to participate in any of the professional gymnastics classes, I would defiantly recommend them for birthday parties or other events involving children.

Ever since the place has been taken over by a bunch of Chinese people last year, it has gone to trash. The place is dirty, it stinks and they don’t know how to run the air conditioning . My daughter was trampled by a large kid doing flips in the middle of her class and the coaches don’t have a clue what they are doing. We miss the old owners and the old coaches and we will never return. I do not recommend going to this place. The few people left in the gym must be getting a discounted rate to stay. STAY AWAY!

The ladies that were helping did not help use at all and the manager was very rude turning off the light while we were packing up once I asked her who her manager was she told me she was the owner! If indeed she is the owner I will never go back very dirty, rude and unhelpful

Clean environment, professional and helpful instructors. Hand sanitizer provided in several places. My son takes a class, and we have attended the open gym playtime. Amanda is very sweet and great with the kids.

Young girl managing allowed teenage boys to bully and call names to a young boy. Basically did nothing about it . If this represents how its run not good.

I love birthday parties with grandkids. ;)
