My girls had a lot of fun at the trampoline park. They didnt want to leave.

Got to take my sister, brother-in-law and nephews to Rare Air for their first time and it was a success! During these crazy times it was just what we needed to remember what really matters in life, family. The next day the boys (3, 6 and 8 years old) kept asking if we were going back to the park because they had SO MUCH FUN!!! They said this is the best day ever! On top of that the facility was clean and the staff were excellent. Cant wait to be able to get everyone together again for some family jumping and games.

The kids had a great time. The service was really good. Just the food was lacking. The pizza almost had toppings on it. Ive never seen a pizza with such thin, sparse toppings and so many completely bare spots.

I brought my niece and nephew in on Saturday and they had so much fun!!! There was a girl who was by the trampolines who was very nice and made sure that we were cooled off by offering us popsicles. She had brown curly hair. I remember her name starting with an E. I believe it was Emma or Emily. But we had a great time at Rare Air! We will be back!

The cashiers and the court monitors are both very knowledgeable and keep a sharp eye on the kids to make sure that everything runs smoothly and safely.Overall, if you are looking for a day camp for your kids, a night of nerf wars or just a fun family outing, this place is for you.

It was different. I had never been there before and it was not at all what I had imagined. There was a rock wall for climbing then rappelling and a trapeze but I was expecting like a parachute drop off some sort. When it was first being built I thought I had heard something like that was going in but I guess I heard wrong. Bummer, I would have tried that.

Kids always have a blast. Nice massage chairs, friendly staff, clean facility. A good way to burn off some energy.

We booked a jump and rock climb birthday party package & we had a blast! Such a great place to play and party. They took care of all the drinks, food and clean up. One of the easiest parties Ive thrown for my kiddos.

This place is so amazing. Lots of fun stuff for my 3 year old to do during toddler time on Friday mornings 9-11am. He had a blast. Very reasonably priced too, first time we went it was around 13 dollars to buy the reusable socks, but next time its only $7 for him, and parent gets to jump for free! Definitely recommend this place and Ill totally he going back!

We enjoy it here a lot. Very fun and amazing people work here and have great activities for children and adults! I like the work out class for adults and our son enjoyed the nerf night.The joy of the team and the music is very good too!Thank you Rare Air for being an integral part of our community!

Grandson had a great time there for his Birthday party. We had got there as they were opening we had first party. Some guy who works there came flying through in his car. We had kids there I confronted him he said I Wasent speeding I saw no kids. As far as our family and all the people that seen it we wont be back.

Amazing place to take your family. Get some exercise, or just watch the kids wear themselves out.

Today I went to rare air for a friends birthday party expecting to be bored out of my mind the whole time but luckily one of the employees there, Jonah, really brightened up the day and made my experience much better. He was very interactive and helpful and made my time at rare air very fun. I would honestly go back just to have that experience again.

Very nice clean atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We just did our daughters 8th birthday and everyone had a blast. Definitely going back again in the near future.

A great place to let your kids run amuck. Pull up a chair and watch them get that energy out. Usually not to busy. They accommodate parties as well. So birthday, bar mitzvah, quinceanera, have a fun time.

Please help this place. My kids love to jump. BUT YOU NEED TO FIRE THE ENTIRE TEENAGE STAFF. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! We only go there once a month if that, because that is all I can take of how mindless the employees seem to be. I would rather be hit by a car then deal with them. Im not kidding!!

A fun place to take kids to bounce out some energy. A good workout for adults too. A little expensive. Finding coupons for a discounted second hour helps. One hour doesnt seem quite long enough. Two hours is plenty. Once you buy their socks, you can reuse them on future visits.

Great place for kids. Needs to have more room, better chairs for adults. Was way to warm...hot inside and smells like sweat. Bit pricey. Boring for adults .

23 dollars for 2 hours a piece is a little expensive we waited in line for 20 minutes with 6 kids trying to keep them occupied until we were helped.

Price is high, had a birthday party there. +$200 for 2 hours. Parents all looked stressed out, good thing they have the massage chairs. However, kids had plenty of fun. If its all about the kids and not the money, this is the place for you.

Awesome for family. If you cannot or choose to not jump you can follow along but must remain off trampolines with your shoes. Take your cameras!

Amazing place. But EVERYTHING is extremely over priced. Amazing fun but it definitely burns a hole in your pocket. $17 for an hour jump and socks. Holy hell! They do have arcade three party rooms and huge trampoline area but like I said the price is why I rated so low. I get you gotta make money but you cant tell me $17 is a fair price for a pair of socks and jumping for ONE HOUR!

Lots of fun! Has 2 dodgeball courts, an open jump area and 2 dunking hoops. Also has a rock climbing wall but it costs extra ($5 for 10 minutes). Lots of arcade games, too. Great place for a party! Designated area for small kids so they dont get trampled. Recommended place to let your kids get out some energy.

I went here with my cousins who were visiting from Ireland and they had an awesome time and loved the place, staff is super friendly and the park is very clean! definitely recommend.

Nice, air-conditioned way for the kids to get some exercise on a hot, smokey day in the north state. Besides the trampolines, they have a rock wall and some fun games, a snack bar, massage chairs, the kids can play dodgeball...its just a lot of fun. The staff is great too.

We recently went to the Chico Rare Air and had a great time! So we thought we would try out the Redding Rare Air since we had a few hours to waste. This place was amazing, just like the Chico location! Very friendly staff and a great facility! We will be back!

Rare Air Redding is SO much fun. I love the staff, and I love the atmosphere, My daughter has attended summer camps both years and Rachel and staff really just make you feel like part of the Rare Air Family. We have also had Birthday Parties two years in a row and have so much fun. The staff helps with every need and the parents get to sit back and relax. Thank you Rare Air!

Rare air is a super fun place to leave your kids

This place is a little bit pricey if you have more than 1 kid. The junior jumper area is a little bit boring, but the 1 good thing about it is that an hour of jumping definitely will tire your kids out. I wouldnt go back there and waste my money again.

I broke my foot so severely I haven’t been walking for three months and was on bed rest with an elevated foot for jumping with my daughter on her birthday. I have various metal pieces that make up my arch and bones that lead to my toes. Lisfranc is the technical term for this accident.. I feel it’s the sock that caused my injury. The most pain I have ever endured in my life from this break and I have a high pain tolerance... I’m not the only one. Not Fair Rare Air!

Very unprofessional, unorganized, was considering our next party here, not after our experience tonight sad to say we have been with other groups and never seen anyone take 40 minutes to figure out how to exchange money, hand out socks and still charge for 2 hours only to receive 1 hour of jump time.

Went as part of a class field trip, and the place is lots of fun - for kids and adults!

This is one of the more fun places to go with kids in Redding for sure!! I took my nephew here and we had a blast! The staff are very friendly and the whole place is very clean. I highly recommend!

We love this place. Connor monitors the trapeze court and he is nice. The manager is also very nice.

Was not impressed!! My four year old granddaughter had her birthday there today and she started getting bored, as did all the young children at her party (you can only entertain kids just so long on a trampoline before its not fun anymore). The only thing that kept the older ones entertained were the few Chuckee Cheese style games that they have where you can earn tickets but there are only two or three for the younger kids to play. Most are way too difficult (even for me, lol). The staff are friendly but appear to not know what is going on much of the time (mostly teenagers and very young people). They have way too many parties at one time with way too little staff and you will end up eating the ice cream they bring you with forks on plates, dished out with a spatula before they finally get around to bringing the ice cream scooper and cups that they offer you (common sense would dictate that they bring it to you automatically, go figure). They will ask you if there is anything else you need, but get sidetracked and NEVER bring it. They a strict 42 height rule for the largest jumping area but then they dont adhere to it, so you have some kids being allowed in, but others (older and taller I might add) being told no, so you have a bunch of kids crying (literally) that it isnt fair. All in all, it was just a misscombobled mess!!! If you are having a party for a child 8 and under, I highly recommend sticking with Chuck E Cheese!!!!!!!

If there was a way for me to put negative stars then I would, I am 23 an went to have some fun get rid of some energy and I was beyond the roughly disappointed. I am able to do several flips and am not that bad but the fact that you cannot flip from one trampoline to another ASTONISHES me, it completely defeats the purpose of having the entire floor being made of trampoline minus the separation where the covered springs are. You cannot do backflips onto the AIR BAG when statistically backflips are safer then front flips. I have been to several other trampoline parks around the state, from Santa Rosa, to chico and here to name a few, look those ones up they all know how to make a fun and functioning trampoline park where it makes sense to have the floor be made of trampolines, the rules an regulations at this establishment are so tight Im assuming because they are afraid of lawsuits that I fear they will go out of business simply because the rules and regulations destroy the purpose of their establishment, not to mention everything else that its small, the trampolines are old and not springy and you and your small children will be bored in 20 minutes because all you will be able to do is stand and jump in a single square of trampoline and do one flip if you can or just jump to another trampoline for however long thats fun. I believe there is a reason this place is called rare air because of the fact that its rare to find a trampoline park that can not even function as a trampoline park. if you are over 15 DO NOT GO HERE, If you can do a flip while moving 2 feet into the air DO NOT GO HERE, if you are looking to have fun as a teenager or adult and want to practice flips or get better at learning flips DO NOT GO HERE, if you are a parent looking to preoccupy your kid who is 10 or younger for a hour and dont want to spend a lot of money, only if this is your last resort the sure go here. Since I cant do it on the rating system I will here in text form-10/10 stars disappointed beyond belief just go bowling insteadP.s. if by some chance the owner or team reads this and wants to respond with a statement or explanation to all the rules and regulations I sincerely hope you do I am beyond curious behind the reasoning of everything explained above, and also if you need or want advice how to make it fun for adults let me know would love to help so I can return and actually get my moneys worth and have a good fun productive time and help other adults or teens having this same problem

One of our favorite places to go Friday and Saturday mornings during toddler time! Staff is amazing and remembers our name every time.

We have hosted and attended many birthday parties here. Our kids always have a great time and the staff has been polite and helpful for the parties.

OMG!!! If you are looking for a tots amount of fun, this is the place to go!!! If you’re bored or doing absolutely nothing, this is the spot to go to. Great family atmosphere and there’s one worker Alyssa Costa, super friendly, great person, super nice!! Rare air Is my go to spot!

Rare Air Trampoline park is a great place to take your kids. I live in Oregon and every time Im in Redding, I make it a point to to take the kids to Rare Air trampoline park.I love that Rare Air has an area for toddlers,older kids and adults which makes it a great place for everyone to have a great time!!When you walk in the door the staff is friendly and ready to help! They have everything you need. They have lockers, plenty of seating and wonderful massage chairs for the parents to relax. I would highly recommend Rare Air trampoline park!!!The kids are looking forward to our next visit to Rare Air trampoline park.LeesaCentral Point Oregon
