Met the new management team today. Totally awesome people!

Lived here for 10 years I never thought id live in a mobile home park but the management make it the best place to live

Very nice trailer park clean and well kept

If I had been writing this review a year and a half ago when I moved in, I’d be eating Pepin Woods 1 star. Now... Great place to live! The new management is cleaning the place up wonderfully! He is great to work with. Always does what needs to get done, as being a manager of the park, but also understands that these places are our homes.

Worse trailer court ever! Raiselot space 22.00 every year not worth it.

Great trailer court. Only wrong thing is felony offences ban you from living here.
