Parking is good paved trail to pond

Great riding area

So Beautiful! Lots of wildflowers in bloom, red-winged blackbirds, butterflies, even a Great Blue Heron by the pond! Nobody does Springs like Tehama County!

Got there early . When we left almost full. Great place to be early in the morning.

Great parking area with clean restroom, picnic tables under oak trees, a watering canal for dogs/ horses, a pretty pond, and a hiking trail overlooking the Sacramento River that takes off from the pond. We love this section of BLM lands/ trails!

It would have been great if the BLM would flood the wetlands.
