Its been my experience that it is Pleasant to live here if youre part of the social click. Rules do not apply to the click even if it endangers the health welfare safety of the tenants their children or their pets. If you stay in your lane pay everything on time keep to yourself and take care of your lot It does not matter if youre not part of the click, and neither do you your family your children or your pets. You will be looked down on and talked down to and you will not matter if it comes down to pleasing The Social Click.

Looked at a trailer was very interested and to get down payment the next day and they sold it to someone else after I told her I had the down payment in hand. She had three other trailers available and sold the one I had the downpayment for and she knew I had it. Didn’t have the courtesy to even tell me while I went through all the steps to obtain payment. Sold it after I told her I had the down payment. Rude and inconsiderate. Will no longer be looking with this establishment. She clearly only care about commission after reading reviews on here I assume it’s a blessing in disguise.

Quiet park. If you pay your rent and stay in your own lane nice place to live. If you dont pay and cause problems probably not going to last.

Management is very rude, they play nice to get you in, make one little mistake even if its not your fault look out cause shes out to get you. Making things up charging you extra for things that were to be included in the lot rent. I wouldnt lie to my worst enemy if I had any to get them to move in here. Ill admit that the maintenance guy is pretty cool. No stars from me and Im the nice one out of the adults in our house holdHad to add a star to post still I dont give it that

Looks like a nice community of mobile homes. I have a friend that just bought a place there. Seems nicely maintained and the roads are nicer there than on the streets leading up to the park.

I currently live here.Landscaping is nice.Rent is okay.The water is absolutely terrible.Park manager is rude and greedy.She wants to evict anyone the second she doesnt get her money.The homes are WAY to expensive.

Not a bad place. Watch for kids when you drive around this place.

Its a mobile home community. Most of the people that live here are nice. The manager doesnt live here so its difficult to get ahold of her, shes not always in according to the hours posted and she doesnt care about the people at all because she gets a commission for every home she sells in here-- its all about the money.

Park Manager doesnt follow Threw when you buy a home things that need to be done

Very nice place.

Overpriced park. They charge way too much and do not take care of anything. I manage upscale condominuims, all of which have less maintenance fees yet take care of landscaping and snow plowing. This place is double the $$ and they do nothing... absolutely nothing.

One of the nicer trailer park areas Ive been to... I visiting because my job sent me here.However the customer who was in her yard with her dog, saw me pull up and hurried back into her house and would not answer the door.So I had my company call her, but she wouldnt answer.I started to survey the outside, and received a call 15 minutes later that the customer cancelled the call with no explanation.I drove 56 minutes to get to her, and she even confirmed the appointment, but I guess she didnt want someone like me to show up. Hahaha!Its not the first time, and it wont be the last either.

The park has horrible water issues, leaky propane tanks all over the place, the park manager is extremely rude to say the least and doesnt hear concerns residents may have. I do not recommend this park for future living.

I have lived here, and heard a lot of horror stories in my time there as well. Management and maintenance can be rude and unprofessional at times. Like many parks it does have a lot of rules that sometimes can be a burden on ownership. Though there is a pond you can fish in :)
