Beautiful old theater built in 1914. Still in use.

While there was mo production playing at the theatre, we had made a day trip to Raton and a local merchant encouraged us to knock on the door. Luckily, the buildings manager let us in and gave us a tour. The theatre is fantastic--like all the theatres of that era it has intricate carvings around the proscenium with very elaborately decorated box seats. In the entry way, the restoration has beautifully revealed gorgeous paintings and woodwork. We are so thankful for the brief visit to this little gem in Northern New Mexico and cannot wait to return and see a production.

Its a beautiful place with great sound for concerts, theater and movies.

Awesome there was a snow storm tonight and my and daughter were the only ones at the movie and they still showed it to us. It made it quiet an experience to have the whole theater to ourselves. Thank you so much for allowing us that time

The Shuler is a historical landmark in the Raton, NM area. It is quite old yet a visitor will surely be amazed at the intricacies inside. Each time Im there I wish I could have seen it when it was new.The theater is for both live and film entertainment and they always attempt to engage very delightful shows and the newest movies.

Its a wonderful venue to have such great performances in our community. Thanks to the musicians for sharing their tremendous talents with us! Greatly appreciated!

This is a great theater with a ton of history! Ive seen many shows here, and always love it! The theater is small enough that there truly is not a bad seat in the house!

A beautiful old theater originally built in the early 1900s. I came with a touring dance group and we were very well supported by the local crew. They were helpful and passionate about the theater.
