Clean and family oriented environment. A bit pricy, but my mini had a good time.

All the good trampolines. They charge by the hour and if they got busy they may enforce it. As of the two times ive brought my kids there in the last month...they could have jumped as long as they wanted. Over 2 1/2 hours last time. Oops

Kids love it. Clean, fairly cheap fun...wears em out and dont have to stress where they are.. save your socks for the next time ya go!

Last time I went with my mom they wouldnt let me flip in foam cause I was over tucking . God I hate that!!! ima watch the rules next time to make sure thats a rule cause I did it before and didnt get in trouble. they where watching me do it last time as well ima ask if we can do clips in to the foam pit next but ima date 5 stars anyways to be nice

Place is petri dish of germs. Clean bathrooms once a day if that. Form pads are not wiped down. Form pits underneath is a fire hazard!!!! Hopefully fire marshal comes and shut the place down before someone gets seriously hurt. Staff has no training on defibrillator. Please dont take your loved ones here. Especially when that virus is spreading!!!!!. That place is dirty. They have asked me to take down my post. But freedom of speech. Waring germs!!!!!!!!

The place is great for kids. Except for the staff have no idea what theyre doing parents dont watch their kids appropriately and basically its a large lawsuit waiting to happen. You would think they would have somebody out there monitoring the kids they dont

Great place for families to jump and have fun. Adults can jump too and it is quite fun. The one drawback are the staff who are there to enforce the rules, but instead are standing there, watching people break the rules and saying/doing nothing.

My son loves this place...but the foam blocks desperately need to be replaced. Every time we go Im surprised they havent done anything about them. Blocks are falling apart and pieces got in his eye last time we went. He says he doesnt want to go there now because of it, so we wont be going back anytime soon.

We signed up for a hour and a half but only stayed for a half an hour it was very tiring. If you are under 18 you have to have your parent sigh a agreement they can do it online. But very nice people and a nice place to hang out

We reserved a party room and when we arrived the room wasnt ready. Then it took 30 minutes just to get the kids their stickers so they could jump. Not many staff for how busy it was. Very disappointed but they did adjust their jump time, but still had to get out of the room on time for the next party. It seemed every other party was set up for.

The kids had fun. Great facility. A bit spendy! It was about $50 for my 3 kids to Jump for one hour.The staff was pretty annoying with how they paced back and forth in front of us 100 times. Trying to relax and having someone pacing in your personal space doesnt work. We were the only people there and my husband and I wanted to have a conversation. It was pretty difficult because the staff members kept invading our personal space.

So much fun even for the smaller kiddos.

Very fun trampoline park! My kids love it here! The staff seems very unconcerned about child safety because each time I go, they are in a corner either talking to each or in their phones the entire time I am there. And the front counter seems to be unsupervised by the staff at I have gone in and stops at the counter for ten minutes before being held to pay for my kids to jump. Otherwise, great trampoline park for kids!

Went here for our daughters birthday party. Overall the girls had a great time and everyone enjoyed it. Only complaint, if you want to call it that, with our party package that we paid for was 90 minutes of jumping and access to a party room. Upon arrival we were told, including jump time, that our party wasnt to last more than one hour and 45 minutes because the party room rental runs at the same time as the jump time, which we felt was misleading and certainly wasnt explained when booking the event. We adjusted and made it work but we had to cut the kids jump time to be able to do cake and gift opening. I guess the complaint is we didnt necessarily get the value we expected for what we paid. We will still go back and use the service but the party pack isnt really a value that it appears to be.

Lady behind the snack bar was awesome. Greeted us with a smile. Made it feel comfortable for my kids to be kids. When we got to the trampolines the lady kept coming telling my kids not to do this, not to do that etc.. They were just jumping having fun. I dont understand why the other kids doing double backflips, somersaults, and pretty much taking up an entire lane werent told to calm down due to the small children around. I would of 1 Star this place if wasnt for the lady at the snack bar. Need more people like that.

I brought a school trip to Jump Craze in April, 2018, and we had a wonderful time, much more than I could have anticipated. The students really enjoyed the trip... and so did the staff! The park had ample space for a large number of people to enjoy the experience. The park includes a dodge ball area, foam pits to jump into, a setup to dunk basketballs, and a designated area for smaller jumpers. There are also lots of rooms to rent in case you need to host a party. And, for those that dont want to jump, there are dollar-operated massage chairs. Worth the trip, and well priced.

My little guy loves this place. Clean. Staff could be more attentive. They all seem to gravitate towards each other, if it wasnt for their t shirts I would of thought they were customers.

Love jump craze, its a great experience that everyone can enjoy. I could literally be there for hours and have fun/ get a good workout. A good tip is to bring workout clothes because you will get exhausted and you will probably need to take breaks. Lucky for everyone they have water fountains and a place to buy a variety of drinks! Lastly, I appreciate how well the general manager can handle any situation that comes her way.

Good place to take the fam n just chill. Watching these kids do crazy stunts will trip you out. Its a good workout too...get ready to sweat.

One of my favorite places to take the kids. They always have a blast. Started taking my youngest there at like 6 months. She loves it and I think it really helped with her balance.

Confusion with a birthday party situation otherwise fun for everyone

This location has very rude staff. I would not recommend taking your kids here. The staff had no desire to work.

Staff was very rude and uncooperative. Would give 0 stars if I could. I have been here multiple times and it always seems like there is some kind of complication when we are just trying to have some family time.

Check in process was decent, though slow. Upper level with party rooms is not ADA accessible and there are no restrooms once you get up there but they made sure to put in a snack stand. They also allow candles on birthday cakes that are brought in but didnt make sure that it was compatible with their smoke alarms and 2 kids blowing out candles not only set off the alarms but forced an evacuation of the entire building. The parking lot is not very large and became congested quickly. The kids had fun while there so we may consider taking them again but it will not be a frequent stop.

I like it because my kids had some fun and exercise. They get you with the jump craze official socks though. You can only jump with them on. Trick is remembering to bring them everytime. If not you have to pay additional $2 for them.Have to sign a waiver because people do get hurt on trampolines. This visit today a guy must have broke his shinbone. So be prepared for that. *just watch your kids and keep them from doing stupid tricks and everyone will be fine.*Like I said, cool fun indoors and plenty of exercise.Oh there is also a weigh capacity of course. Their website is pretty detailed.Have fun and be safe.Staff were friendly and helpful.

Would give 0 stars but thats not an option here. Showed up at 10am on Sunday the 29th, which is opening time and nobody was here. Several families were here waiting also, but we all ultimately left after waiting for half an hour. An employee did show up but was also late and didnt have a key to get in.

My kid and his friends love it. Reason why 4 stars. Each time Ive gone Ive heard a couple of inappropriate songs playing. Half way through a few of them theyll skip to something else. I know the kids dont listen to half of the songs but when my childs friends states to me that they shouldnt be playing the song overhead then I think its something the owners need to look into.

This place is a blast price is reasonable! And they give military discounts! Ive been here twice opening day and another time! Its super cool they give out free socks that grip the trampoline that you get to keep and re use! I suggest you wear active ware no jeans or clothe with zipped or other objects that could harm the trampoline, your self or other be ready to sweat! Have fun! Also if you have back issues be very wary this may not be for you!

For a place that supposedly promotes fun for all ages, they sure are terrible to young people. Losing an employee after MANAGEMENT leaves an inappropriate message on a whiteboard about an employee is despicable. I hope that some form of karma comes for those who were involved.

Jump Craze is incredible fun I would go back any and every day if I could afford it! Although jumping is a blast, the employees were not the best. Although my experience this last time around was not the best, the General Manager called me up personally to apologize for what happened and because of that I will continue to go back as often as I can :) Thank you for handling the problem and not letting it go unsolved :)

Just arrived here at 10.54 am with my kids on Sunday and the doors are closed. The hours online say they are opened 10.00 am to 8.00 pm and so do the hours on the door but they are not opened. Called to find out if something changed but no one answered

It was amazing I payed for two hour pass and the kids where worn-out before the end of the first hour. Tje staff where exstreamly freindly all the equipment was clean and sterl.

Nice big place. Good crowd. No refs on dodgeball court, so gets hectic sometimes. Snack bar up top. Decent overall, normal price.

Although the kids had a blastthey do every time but if theyre not going to allow outside food in then they need to get some hot food real food not just candy

My son enjoyed this facility with his youth group. He could have stayed all day, I think. Just watching them for the last five minutes put a spring into my step.

Always a winner in my book. Fast and fun. Parents need to wear the kids out? Set them loose in this indoor trampoline park complete with basketball hoop, foam pits, and dodgeball court. Small toddlers are also welcome as they have their very on section dedicated to them with their very own foam pit! Pro tip: if youre not from in town, check out their website and get yourself logged on to fill out a waiver form for yourself and whoever will be jumping. Saves from having to do it when you get here. Snacks and drink available for purchase on site. Loads of fun. Dont miss out on this. Adults need not be shy, im 215 pounds and i jump with my kids almost.every time!

Told me I couldnt bring a drink into their building because they want you to purchase from their expensive snack bar. I wont be back here and I wont be referring anyone else here.

When i see a post of the employees bullying a former employee of 16 years old publicly... I will never go again nor recommend this garbage of a place.

I went it for just a 30 minute session, and had such a great time I already want to go back! Staff is very nice and all the people there were nice about giving you space.

We love going to jump craze. The one thing I do not agree with is the way they charge. My son is exactly 46. However they charged him for the 46 and above. So how do you determine how to charge the customer who is exactly 46? Also my son was hit in the head numerous times by another kid. There was 3 employees standing nearby and they did not say anything to the kid who hit my son. We left shortly after that with 30 minutes to spare. The employees seemed to busy talking.

My kids love this place and I love that its affordable!

Asked if there was military discount. The MANAGER proceeds to give $2 discount on $105 for 6 people. When apparently the discount is $2/per person if rung up separately. Says it was my fault because I didnt ask and she cant do refunds.

It was amazing i love it there only thing that bugged me was you couldnt do backflips in the foam pit but you could do them in the main area witch I found stupid I practiced my front flips in the foam pit be for I did it in the main area but other than that it was really fun

Called 2 weeks in advance for a school trip. Brought a group of 25 from Montana. Showed up and they wouldn’t let us in because we didn’t have parent consent forms signed, of which we were never informed we needed. I figured they would have emailed them to us after we called and scheduled a day and time. I guess they don’t need the business.

Poor safety and service! My daughter broke her arm there. Both the orthopedic office and the pediatrician’s office said they see a lot of injuries form Jump Craze.When I called Jump Craze to let them know what happened. They were completely unconcerned. I got the impression I was talking to the manager because she said the other manger didn’t say anything and there was no incident report. I said I did not know it was broken at the time, but did ask for an ice pack. They did not take my name, want any details or apologize. I have no plans to sue and know I cannot anyway because of the waiver they require you to sign, but it seems like they would at least act concerned and want to know what happened to try to make the place as safe as possible and prevent further injuries.

Great For Family Events, Partys ect.

They should get an area for the white kind of trampolines that bounce higher, and an area full of blocks and mats for parkour and freeeunning. Otherwise its fun for me

I hosted a birthday party on a warm April Saturday. The temp in my party room was unbearable, with no airflow and the thermostat read 80 degrees in the cooler main area upstairs. I immeadiately requested to have the temp lowered and Staff indicated Mgmt would not allow them to turn down the Air, and instead told them to open the exterior door. My elderly parents who traveled for the birthday werent able to stay in the overheated party room I paid so much money for. Mgmt on site was helpless and Mgmt off site didnt follow through on promise to return and speak with me. Was offered a room on the 1st floor over an hour into my party as the kids were about to come open presents and the room was set up. Was told by staff that many parties had complained, that AC contractor had been called and staff didnt know how to lower the temp, after being told they werent allowed to. Despite my request for money back, I was told the out of state Mgmt declared thats how hot the rooms get. If a party room reaches above 80 degrees in April, heaven help the birthday parties in August. Uncaring Mgmt has lost a local customer. I requested contact from the out of state Mgmt, including writing my number on my credit card signature receipt...never received a call. Poor service recovery and absent follow up over a week later. Had to track down staff on the first floor for the contracted water bottles and additional pitchers of soda, staff on the second floor kept disappearing. Very very upset over the experience, cant recommend this place for birthdays at all.
