Not a bad place, looked at a couple modular homes here while house shopping.

Easy to get around. Clean looking homes.

It looks like there doing a lot of cleaning up in there ! But if your not willing to pay $40 grand or more for a new trailer, youll be spending close to that on some of their used ones just to live in comfortably.

Seriously the worst trailerpark in Rantoul. Lot rent alone is over 300.00 and they make you pay trash water and sewage. This is split between the whole park so it is frequently over 45 just for water. The trailers are old and outdated. Just a horrible place to try and raise a family.
