I had previously rated another Chuck E. Cheese location and gave low rating. Because I have a small child I was forced to visit another Chuck E. Cheese but a different location in what we call a nicer area of the inland empire. I was very impressed with this Rancho Cucamonga location, as I walked in the place seem super clean and not smelly at all. A factor to take in to consideration is that I visited this location on a Tuesday early afternoon and there were hardly any kids there. I met a lady manager that was friendly and was visibly walking around talking to customers. The staff was also friendly and eager to help. The salad bar looked fresh and appealing. I was given information about their birthday party celebration and I gotta say they have great party packages at an affordable price. One of the main thing that impressed men was that this location has a bumper-car ride which in my history of Chuck E Cheeses I have never seen one which was super cool and the kids seem to enjoy it. I only spotted one machine that was not working which is progress compare to my previous review. When I visit places that appeal to children I always look for cleanliness, safety, is it actually kid-friendly etc. Overall I was convinced that this was the location for me.

Ok, full disclosure. I didn’t go in a super busy time but it was on a Saturday morning. And Chuck E. Cheese and me haven’t always got along...maybe it’s because I have 4 kids and I’ve been to a lot of these places.Yet, this place was awesome today for my kids birthday. We didn’t buy a package or anything, just ordered from the menu. Love the play as much as you want cards, and the games were all in really good shape and whole place was the cleanest Chuck E. Cheese I’ve ever been to.And our hostess, Toula, was just awesome guiding us through the menu and all the different upgrade options.Well done Chuck E. Cheese. Well done

Took my nephew here loves it!! Loves coming here even tho his small!! Very big many tables to enjoy your meal !! Food was fresh but took long time to get food! Has more games to play than other ones! A+

We had a birthday party for my granddaughter. This place was really great and roomy. The only thing that I did not like was that the lines were very very long to get drinks. We spent up to 15 minutes just to get a simple drink. Others than that its great.

This place is disgusting. I saw a children unsupervised sticking their hands in the salad bar. I informed a staff member and watched from a distance. They never changed the fruit bar. It had pizza on the floor everywhere and the salad bar was a mess. I sat for two hours and no one cleaned two tables that were behind where we sat. Staff just walked past it and looked right at it! Everywhere you saw food on the floor and not one staff member cleaning it up. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom for the ladies. I will NEVER bring my family hear again in fear of getting sick. Some children ran like wild animals all around the game area and not one single staff member supervised. I expect a little madness but not a place of full blown chaos. How did this place earn 4 stars!

I went here for my goddaughters 2nd birthday. It was busy, of course, but not crazed, which I appreciated. The pizza tasted really good. I like that everyone sang happy birthday at the same time. Although she didnt like Chuck E. Cheese, my goddaughter had a great time playing the games and running around with the other kids.

The kids loved going here before the stay at home order was in place. Cant wait til we go back here.

First time we decided to do a birthday party in Chuck E. Cheeses. It was great! Pizza is delicious. Lots of stuff to do. Kids went crazy with all the games. Bought a lunch buffet for adults and was full of good pizza. Stuff is super helpful and sweet. Defiantly recommend this place for family time! Prices are pretty good as well. Place is pretty clean. Will be back!

This location was nice and clean including the bathrooms. There were a few games that were out of service. One game had a broken small compartment that had sharp edges and was hanging open where a child could easily run into but a parent saw it and push it up and asked for help. When I came around that game later it was fixed. They had a few down ticket redemption machines down and the one I used didnt spit out my receipt. I told an employee and they went to go get the proper person that could help me. It took awhile for someone to come to open the case and get my receipt out. It also took a while for someone to grap my sons photo that I dropped while trying to help strap him on the giraffe. All in all we had a good time. The ball machine was great. My son had the biggest smiles and laughs in there. Wish they had two of the ball machines because there was always a little line. Oh, there is a small car with Chucky Cheese as a passenger in the back by the birthday tables that takes a free picture of your child as they pretend to drive it. So cute! Thats the photo I dropped on the giraffe so you know I wanted that back. We are definitely going back and maybe have a birthday party there one day.

We celebrated my daughters 1st birthday here and she had a great time I loved that the age groups rides were separated and the staff helpful and friendly. It was clean and the service was quick. Chuckee on the other hand was just sad. He barely danced when he was supposed and acted as if he was ignoring everything.

If you are looking for something to do with your kids this is what you are looking for! We interacted with 3 different employees and to be honest the 3 provided us with great service which is always a plus. The whole place was very clean (even the restrooms). The food was DELICIOUS and best of all we didnt have to wait an eternity for it.

I love bringing my grandsons here. Employees are polite, food is delicious and the place is clean. I love that they have sensory Sunday(first Sunday of the month) from 9-11am for Autistic children. I really wish the other locations in the Inland Empire did this also.

CHUCK E. CHEESE. I was having this conversation today at the table. We have been doing Chuck Es for 25 years. And I am grateful to say it is 1000% better than when it started off. We had the Cali Alfredo on thin crust, an Hawaiian with stuft crust, the barbeque chicken, and the salad bar. Salad bar was as fresh as any other and all the pizzas were great. Only 4 stars cause it is Chuck E. Cheese after all but a great experience. If youre invited to a Birthday party dont worry itll be ok

I will never EVER go to this Chucky Cheese again!! It took an hour to get our pizza which wasnt even that good!!! So 9:01pm comes (1 minute after closing), we are still eating and they tell us we have to go!!! We just had a whole team party and you cant give us 5 mins to finish eating? Then they even start flickering the lights!!! So my kids try and hurry to cash in tickets and they shut the ticket counter off!! So the machine has her tickets!!! SO RUDE!! Waitress tried bribing with points to write a good survey!! Ridiculous!! Saw the manager arguing back and forth with another upset customer..Very unprofessional!!

It was great for the kids the pizza the wings and salad bar where good. The only thing that I personally dont like is the fact that they sell beer for the adults not a good combination. Its a kids place not a bar.

Its been a while since I came here and it seems it just keeps getting worse. Salad bar was dirty and most of the bowls empty. Pizza took 45min and the place wasnt busy at all. The only good thing was the games, my daughter have lots of fun.

I went to Chuck E. Cheese with my family for a nice birthday party of a niece. And when we all went inn they helped us the right way at the entrance being really nice to everybody taking us to some tables that were available for the family. And when we went to do our orders they were also really nice with us while we did our orders and they took our orders to the tables on time, the food was really good. Everything was brought to the table exactly how we wanted it to be made and it was all nice and freshly made. And while we were there we did another order and they also brought the order on time and the food was freshly made and good. Everybody that was working atChuck E Cheese was really nice with us while we were there, and then when we were living they were nice helping my nieces and nephews getting a toy with there tickets

This particular location in Rancho Cucamonga is very clean but severely understaffed. Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes for your food. Though this location doesnt seem to honor special requests such as a well done crust so it isnt soggy, the food is still really good. The cali alfredo is a must try.

The food is really good here. Great atmosphere for the family. My only complaint is those ticket machines constantly breaking down. Its very inconvenient to have a line of 10 people. Each with hundreds of tickets. Waiting on one machine when there are 6 on the floor. Otherwise, the employees are very nice and helpful.

My son loved it. They have really good games on both sections for older kids and the babies . The pizza and food is really good. Got my order really fast prob in 15 min or less. Cons: a lot of games didnt work, the ticket machines didnt work except for 2, one totally stole my tickets and said I only put 5 in when I put a whole row of more than 10 in it. They need to hire more people especially for weekends. I went on sunday and it was a little busy with people coming in and having to wait for a worker to go give them a stamp. The same for having to go out, many people just ended up leaving when they saw no one checking at entrance. The salad bar and floor wasnt too clean.

I remember from when I was young fun games and tunnels with a ball pit for good measure. This is not that kind of place. Youd be better off going to Dave & Busters. The food is at least a little better.

Great spot for the kids to let loose and run a muck without having to worry about them. I usually get them an hour play card and let them have at it. Staff is very helpful as well encouraging coupons so you can get them most bang for your buck.

My family and I were here for my childs birthday, on a Sunday afternoon. Yes it was busy, not crazy busy. We wanted less than 15 minutes for our food, and it was delicious! There were several birthday parties going on, and management seemed to have things under control. Game area attendant was very nice and helpful, helped my child when the tickets ran out on her game. Cashier was great, prompt service, and the young lady at the prize station was GREAT. My last comment, I wish I knew his name, he was a young man that greets you as you walk in and stamps your hand. Well first impression is key to everything, he was happy to see us, he welcomed us and acknowledged my kids as he should, considering if it wasnt for them we wouldnt be there spending money. So over all I would recommend this ChuckeCheese, people need to understand that guest will be guest and some care very little about food falling on the floor or getting a table dirty to where you need a rag to clean it.

This place is nasty the carpet was so sticky my snadles would get stuck to the floor. Half of the gmaes didnt wrk kept wasting credits, I couldnt find anyone to help fix them. I was there for a birthday the host was AMAZING and did her job well. They have fleas or some kind of bugs because half the kids and adults at attendance got bit by bugs sitting in the party area. I will not ever come here again we spent well over $500 for big bug bites and broken games. Smh

So they have this new point play or time play system and have taken away the coins. I have been buying the time its $20 for 1 hour of play. There are still machines that cost up to 3 points to play so I get more for my money I think with the hour. The kids love this place lol

Manager very rude. My daughter busted her lip while ordering Im asking for napkins as blood dripped down her chin she told me to go get some from a table. Not once did she ask if she was ok and was quite rude. Wasnt welcoming at all.

We went for our nieces birthday party. They were so bringing out the pizzas. They totally forgot to bring out the favors for the kids. Did they kept them so busy they can have but maybe 30 minutes on there to our game card.

Celebrated my nephews birthday party everything was awesome until they rushed us out of the tables 20 mins earlier then our time when they had started us 20 mins later. We showed up 30mins before and nothing was ready for our party. I feel as that was not fair giving how much you spend within those 2 hours.

2 hour wait for food and it was food on the floor behind the salad bar. Bad customer service. The chuck e cheese mouse didnt want to be bothered. Just bad service all away around. I would never go here again. Dont waste your time or money. Instead just go to Johnny Incredible.

I remember this place growing up during the late 90s :( what an amazing place it was. It still is, but we live in a tech world now and things move too fast. It was cool being there for my nieces birthday.

I have taken my daughter to a lot of Chuck E Cheeses as she has grown. Even some out of state, and this one is, by far, my favorite. Its HUGE!! So many games and even a small bumper cars. I heard they are removing it. Who knows why because it is so awesome. They have the hamster wheel running game that it perfect for my high energy little one. Definitely go out of my way to go here. I live out near Palm Springs and family from San Bernadino area. Worth the drive from San Bernardino. 5 stars!!!

We usually frequent this chuck e cheese instead of the one closer to our house because of the gokarts! We are soo bumbed they removed them. Wait time for pizza during rush our was ridiculous. We waited 1 hour & my husband asked the cashier for an approximate wait time. They told him about 10 to 15 minutes. 5 minutes later here comes the staff with our fresh pizza and wings. We love it, were eating & then another employee comes in with our order again... they told us we can keep it as they made it twice. Sure enough we are that pizza too & had plenty for left over for the kids to eat at home. Downside is the cute toys my kids wanted were only in the buy with cash section & they couldnt cash in their tickets for those so they ended up getting the cheap toys as they call it. Over all experience was good, we will be back soon.

We took our grandson and we had a great time. Their pizza with the cheese in the crust edge is so good. It is such a fun place for kids and adults, as we are all kids at heart.

I was here with two of my daughters couple of weeks ago for my cousins sons birthday party. I rarely come out to Riverside county with my family but since my kids have grew up a bit, I figure I would introduce them to my favorite cousin and her son. This place was the first time my daughters had visited Chuck E. Cheese and they had a blast! The party was great, with lots of things to do for kids all ages (mine are 3 and 5) but do keep an eye on the little ones cause some kids can be a bit reckless. Overall we enjoyed the time and my kids could not stop talking about how many tickets they had.. thanks for the great time, will come again whenever we return out to Rancho Cucamonga.

Its cheap entertainment what can I say its one of the smaller Chuck-E-Cheeses but my kids never complain until they have to go home its right down the street from me so I fairly enjoy it the staff there is pretty helpful to I like some of the other rude Chuck-E-Cheeses all in all it deserve a four-star for a kid friendly place

Food is okay, nothing to die for. A little short staffed and didnt even redeem the tickets because 5 people in line and it took 20 minutes for just 2 people to get what they wanted so we gave our vouchers away and left. They do have a good variety of games for the kids and I think maybe only 2 out of the 100+ games were out of service.

The kids had fun here. They loved running around and playing the games. They even liked trading in their tickets. They just have so much fun there i love it it gives me a chance to relax...

This church e cheese is our favorite. It’s the biggest and cleanest one we have been to. It doesn’t get overly crowded when we go because they are spread out more and there are more games to choose from. I would highly recommend this one!
