Great dog park here. Looks like they habe their own regulars here and there, the owners seem to control their dogs well, which is great. There are nice paths nearby to walk, a field for soccer games, and my favorite part is that they have bathrooms. Ive been to some dog parks that have no bathrooms nearby and it can be terrible. Im so glad they have facilities nearby if you have to go.

I actually like this dog park more than I thought I would! first of all, in my opinion, the large dog side is Huge. theres grass in some areas, dirt in others, and a little bit of sidewalk. theres several trees and benches too. they also have several large water bins. some dogs like to splash in them, but if theyre dirty its easy enough to empty onto the grass and refill with the available faucets they are next to. I always bring my own poop bags. I have seen a few poos that werent picked up by owners, but Ive never Not seen that at a dog park, and more people do than dont. Also, enough of the dogs are so friendly/non-aggressive that my 25 lb shiba even has an easy time in the big dog side, while my 90 lb malamute plays with the dogs his size. its a great place to go!

This was once our favorite dog park but now it’s not the case. Please do not trust other dog owners and be on the look out for two adult Rottweiler owners. If you see them please contact me or get their information! The sheriffs department and my family are looking for them. My dog was attacked after these owners claimed their Rottweilers were friendly and they ran off after their dog injured my husband and my pet! They were two women and one man, dark olive skin, around their 20’s. Nobody else helped us, there’s no cameras nearby to find them. They escaped as we were tending to wounds. We were left with an expensive surgery and my husband went to the hospital!

I really like this dog park. There are 2 different areas to choose from. The little are is nice for the little dogs to play around and be able to socialize without the big dogs around. There is also a large area for big dogs to play. Sometimes the little dogs join the big area too. Most of the owners are responsible for their pets. I have heard stories but have not seen any bad dog parents. What I like is the availability of the water bins. The dogs love it!

The park it self is very nice but I take care of a disabled lady that cant walk very much n this was our first time here n we didnt see any close way to get to the dog park until we were in the park n we seen what looked like a gate by the road. Even all the handicap parking was only close to the bathroom. When u park in handicap area u have to walk all the way around on walkway or cut threw the grass area were u r fighting with stumps. Just wish it was more handicapped accessible is all.

Great trail, fun, usually safe, and easy to use. The one improvement that could be made would to have more public accessible bathrooms along the trail. Guys use the bushes, girls are out of luck. A few parks exist along the trail with easily accessible bathroom facilities, but, not many. There are also few stores or places that might have a bathroom. Central Park in Rancho Cucamonga only has a bathroom inside the main community center - so - if you are walking your dog you are out of luck to use that bathroom. There is also little shade available on much of the trail so best to use in the early morning or late evening in the summer heat.

My dog is still learning how to be social so hes shy sometimes: the park is amazing but sometimes the dogs can be a little rough with my puppy. There was a time where I brought toys for Rodolfo (my dog) to play with and one of the other dogs grabbed the toy from him while another dog went into my bag and got another toy. So just dont bring squeaky toys .But now that falls here, it would be nice if there was another lamp that way its not so dark at night.

Not to bad a park. Honestly because of where its located I expected better from Rancho Cucamonga. Both fields to play football on for Pop Warner were terrible. Between gopher holes and the uneven playing field it was always a risk and that was proven during the season when their star broke his leg.

Jo
Review №78

An excellent place to socialize your dog and talk to other dog owners. There is a large fenced in area for all dog breeds and a smaller attached area for small or timid dogs. The smaller area is a good starting point for socializing shut-in or nervous dogs when it is empty. This is the place you always wanted to know about If you are thinking of getting your first dog on your own or want to add a pet to your family. The dog owners here are fantastic and eager to support new owners.Come here to:meet good people who own a great variety of properly raised awesome dogs; introduce yourself and your children to different breeds; learn about local veterinarians, respected breeders, and trainers; and just have a good time with your dog off leash. The rest of the park includes a large playground, football and soccer fields, a few picnic tables in a small pavilion, and a basic restroom facility.Further east is an undeveloped area of native flora. This area is best avoided and not a proper area for most family pets. The sage brush and chaperal are riff with rabbit, dove, and quail; a field dogs paradise. But, this also means that there are coyotes and rattlesnakes there. The area is also used as an illegal dump and a dangerous place for the paws of your pets. Just stay away from here. One last thing to warn you about:People have brought agressive dogs here honestly hoping to socialize them; sometimes people bring dogs that were raised to be vicious and thought it would be fun to watch them bully the other dogs. Neither instance will be tolerated here. The first will be asked to leave with some recommendations for trainers. The later will be removed by the police and his dogs confiscated by animal control; likely to be euthanized. In either case, avoid the confrontation all together and just stay away. Also, if you dont like dogs or are so stupid as to be afraid of dogs, dont be here. Stupid, like bad manners and dirty underwear, shouldnt be shown in public.

There are two sections of the dog park one for small dogs and the other for large. The grass has died so its mostly dirt. There are bags and shovels to clean up after the dogs.
