If youre looking for a hastle free event for your kids, this is a great place! Staff are very helpful and on top of keeping your event rolling. Groups will rotate between 3 jumping rooms, one after the other, followed by the party room. It is a well designed system that keeps kids from getting bored. And sure tires them out!We will definitely be back for future events!
Great location to have a party, staff was friendly and facilities was clean. The inflatables were what you would expect to see at most bounce houses. There are 3 rooms, with one of them a dark disco light room. Some of the inflatables needed some fixing (rips on nets, rips on the slides). There were a lot of benches for parents to sit down on, also arcade games in each room was a nice touch. The party room was large and clean. If they updated their/fixed their bounce houses it would be an absolute 5 star facility.

A great place to take your kids and host a birthday party
This facility has three separate play rooms, compared to Pump It Ups two play rooms. However, there is not much variety between the rooms. There are too many inflatable slides in each room, and not much else to do. The first room did not have enough activities to keep the kids busy for a half hour. Each room also had arcade-style games which you could play if you wanted to pay extra using your own quarters. If your kid does not like bounce houses, your kid will be bored quickly. I was misled by the name of the venue; I thought they would have trampolines. Instead, the activities were mostly slides, slides, and more slides. When we got to the reserved party room, it was too small and crowded and did not accommodate the size of the party. Napkins and utensils are conveniently stored on the wall, but getting there is difficult if the room is too crowded. There is not enough time scheduled for guests to eat and for the birthday kid to open his/her gifts before the room needs to be cleared out. This is obviously a party factory where they crank out parties all day long, which is great if you dont want to host at your house, but if you are looking for hospitality toward your guests, this place is not it. If you must go, definitely print and sign your waiver in advance to save time. Be sure to bring socks and water for the kids.

Party was supposw to start at 230- instead theyndisnt play rec rules video till 245. kods lost payed play time. Clean location but rooms didnt have supervision. Kids had a good time.

This place is very cool for 90 minutes you get to play in the first room for 30 minutes which has 4 or 5 jumpers with slides then you go into the other room for another 30 minutes, this one is black light room, everything glows then you go into the party room where everything is set up. It costs $210 dollars pizza cost $15 each or you can bring your own food just as long as its not pizza. You will be charged a fee of $10 dollars to bring your own food .
The kids had a a lot of fun going from room to room exploring and playing on the jumpers. Our party was organized and we had enough to play in each room before we got invited to the next one. The party room was big enough for everyone and the staff helped with serving food and cutting the cake.
Jumping jacks prices are great. I don’t recommend doing a birthday here. You will feel rushed through each room including the eating and celebration room.

Love, love, looooove it here! They are always great, very accommodating, professional and courteous!! I have changed my orders for food multiple times lol and never do they say sigh or make me feel like I am being the pain that i am!!! I love the party coordinator and everything the party plans offer! This is my second year and next year will the 3rd!!!
Good variety of large jumpers! Not baby/toddler friendly, but fun for the older more active kids. The food they cater is really yummy. Only 3 stars because the bathrooms are disgusting. Half of the stalls were out of order or clogged. One whole side had water all over the floor from the toilets overflowing. The bathroom floor was dirty and some places were sticky. Maybe we just chose the wrong day to be there but ewww to the bathrooms and thumbs up to everything else.
The staff was great and made our party experience so easy. They are very attentive and made sure our guest were taken care of. The kids and the adults all had a good time in the play areas. We will definitely be booking future parties with them and another plus was that the prices are very reasonable. Thank you Jumping Jacks for your great customer service!

Its freezing in there. I get that the kids need ac since theyre running around but its excessive. And the only place to sit are these uncomfortable benches with no back. Kid loved it though
Its a fun place for a party. They have different rooms with different types of jumpers for kids to enjoy. There is a dark glowy room which is difficult to keep an eye on you child. Glowsticks or glow necklaces are a good idea to jeep tabs on the kids! Good decent sized party room to enjoy food and cake. They give everyone hand sanitizer after theyre done playing and going into the eating room. The sinks in the restroom are a bit tall and difficult for children to wash their hands. Maybe adding a step stool or lowering at least one sink would be helpful considering this place is for children!

They rush you out of your party even though they give you specific time frame. At 2:45 they are throwing stuff away, taking off table covers and taking down decorations. Made guests feel like they were being kicked out. And the workers were just walking in between talking parents to clean up. If we have a certain time frame, wait until the end time to clean up. Its just rude.

Went for my nieces birthday, she turned 9 and it was the perfect place to have her birthday. Bouncy houses, balls, black lights, games, and plenty of room for the princess to have cake and open presents in her own private room. A great place for parties!
First time their my little girl enjoyed it got her tired really quick, so thats good .$300 for 3 hrs not bad 2hrs playing and 1hr to eat

Great party place for childrens birthdays. The staff is helpful and accommodating, the site is clean and large enough to accommodate several parties at once. The biggest issue I have is that parties are booked in the evening here and the parking lot is not well lit.
My girlfriends and I like to take all our kids, ranging from 9yrs old to teens. They all love it, but the moms have just as much fun as they do. We get a fun workout and so do they, but it doesnt feel like exercise. We also take them for parties or just us to jump on their birthdays, or to celebrate it being a weekday. Go, jump, have a blast, and make memories playing with the kids. PS one free adult with each paying child. You are encouraged to participate and play too.

This new location is great! Each room now has plenty of seating for adults and tired kiddos, the music sounds much better, and the glow-in-the-dark jurassic room is a nice addition. Be advised, there are still a lot of pictures on here from the old location.
Kids love this place, good thing is they get to do lot of physical activity.Will love to have some activity for teens and adults, as they get bored during the parties.Also they should improve upon air conditioning, some of the rooms feels suffocated and smells of rubber.
Its a birthday party only place. They have open jump hours at times only home schooled kids are available. Its a fine place for young kids birthday parties, but a very packaged, kind of sterile experience.

Nice place, but the time slots can/will screw up your whole party if people are late. Another thing plan on getting everything you need before you get to the party. planning for traffic is a must because you will end up pay for a party that you didnt enjoy.

This place is a run down trash pile. Everything is old and broken. There are three rooms with bouncers that all look like they are one far person away from retirement. Most rooms have other attractions like toys for babies or video games and these too are all pretty much broken. On top of that the bathroom was flooded and the employees reacted as though it was a common occurance but couldnt tell my pregnant wife when they would be clean and ready for use again. If I could give this place 0 stars I would and after coming here for events twice I will most definitely not be returning again.TLDR: Everything is broke. Bathrooms flood.

Poor handling of food and poor ethics on time management started moving food from another party into party room while another party was still going. They need to plan a half an hour inbetween parties, to allow time for cleaning and parties to end. Plus i didnt see anyones food handling permits posted on the walls or was shown any food handlers permits while i was there. They could have caused a food borne illness if someone touches the food, or contaminates it for it was in open aired containers...

I want to thank Jumping Jacks for the fantastic experience I had celebrating my daughters 7th birthday. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly. I have been to many bounce house party locations and none can compare to Jumping Jacks Rancho location. Each room was fun and all the kids enjoyed the experience. The glow in the dark room was everyones favorite. The restrooms were kept tiddy which is great! The cake room is big with lots room for family and kids to enjoy themselves. Id like to personally thank FELICITY for all her help, she was very attentive and so friendly. Thank you again ! I will definitely be back in the future.

My daughter just celebrate her birthday party yesterday.i booked 2:15-4:45pm.they told me to come at 2pm so I have time to decorate the room.we did not get the room till 3:45pm.then we start decorating we not even finish decorating they call the kids to eat..they rushing me.i dont think what they did to us is right.our food sitting outside for an hour.party coordinator and host are not helpful..bad experience to celebrate a party.not recommended...

Jumping jacks is huge and has a lot of options for inflatables. Its a lot of fun for the whole family! Its inexpensive
$15 for kids and adults are freee! Yay! But really there is no reason for any adult to be there without kid supervision. Jumping Jacks has 2 differently themed rooms and a couple of private party tables for cake cutting and eating. JJ isn’t sophisticated but its simplicity seems to keep youngin active and engaged. One of the rooms was down on my visit (6pm on a Thursday) and the other rooms available had a pit for jumping, a large slide and random bouncy balls scatter throughout. The other room also simple was dimly lit with a large slide that looked out of order and a projection play pad with rotating activities. Like I said this place is unsophisticated but entertaining.The place does have a smell….kind of a mixture of chili beans and vomit but it could be the Frito pies a patron was serving in a private room. But on the plus side its plenty of parking!My recommendation is bring socks, come on a chiller day like the early mornings or wee hours (they close at 8pm) and bring a book. Not a lot of entertainment for adults and no real ways to engage with your child there. For a place called Jumping Jacks it wasnt a lot of jumping apparatus

This is the place to bring your kids and not have to worry in spending too much money! I came during the open hour jump my 9 yr old son, 2yr old daughter, mother and myself had a blast. Definetly recomend this place.

Well I think its great. Its supposed to be loud because it for kids and their just having fun.
Two of the four jumpers in the glow room were losing so much air you sank to the floor trying to get in or out. The second room was ok, but still has seen better days. Once in the party room there was no attendant to help with the food, or pass out hand sanitizer so the kids all grabbed with their germy hands all over all the food. Experience was just ok, seems like they are starting to cut corners on labor and upkeep.
The place smells like feet and ass, the arcades steal your quarters and there is little to no entertainment for Adults. I know its a place for kids, but damn, have some activities for adults too.
This is a neatplace to have a kids party. Not just a jumping place. Some of the jumpers are glow in the dark, there is a jousting arena and a lifesize video game you can stand in as well as a slide. Their snacks are kind of pricy but its a fun venue for team partys.
I dont no where to start.. i called Monday January 16 2017 to book a party i was booking for 2 different times so kids could have more time to jump so i was told to come in to book couldnt do it over phone or on line i get down to pay and my time was tooken and they didnt care the customer service is ridiculously por and the stuff to get... they cant hold the time for ppl that would like to double book a party so i will keep my money and give to a business thats helpful

Horrible facility. Jumpers/slides are constantly leaking air through rips in the plastic, which makes it hard for the kids to play on when their deflating. Games are falling apart with exposed light bulbs which is hazardous to little hands. Very dark and loud inside the play area. Definetly would not recomend.
