AMC Victoria Gardens 12 is a movie theater that is located at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga, California. We visited this movie theatre once. This movie theater shows new releases offering stadium-style seating and fully stocked concession stands. They have quality screens and audio, comfortable seats and decent staff. Their overall service is good. Last but not least, their theatres are simply great! They have Standard, Real 3D and Dolby Cinema theatres.

Ive never had any complaints in this theater in terms of issues with a movie. The thing I am truly disappointed in is the lack of regard to the safety of their customers. I have been to this theater a few times in the past few months, and the 2 times I have been to theater 7, the Dolby theater which costs significantly more, to watch a movie, the fire extinguisher has not been properly charged. Ive even brought this to the staffs attention. I guess they dont care.

My bf took me here for the first time and I LOVED it. Such a beautiful day spent together. Shopping followed by Lucilles for dinner and then a movie.

Great day with our students. Theatre was quiet for a week day morning. Very clean and accommodated our students nicely. No lines service was very good

I believe this plaza its one of a kind. Good stuff everywhere you walk and fine people walking on the streets. Good restaurants and clothing stores. Beverly Hills can feel envy for this plaza.

Nice area, but most other theaters are much better. Standard seat instead of luxury seat that most theaters have now. I was annoyed by the members versus non member line for snack. The popcorns are not over priced enough already?Tickets here are not cheap either. It was 28 for 2 for standard movie. If you are going to charge like the big boys, I expect a little more. I will select another theater next time.

Very nice theater and great customer service staff at the desk.I was very upset as my tickets had been canceled and refunded and I did not know until I got there and the text link did not work.I had paid with a gift card online earlier and did not have it with me. They comped tickets for me and my daughter so we still got to see our movie.

We went to a 10:40 am show, and it was very affordable. There was no crowd, and we were able to find our seats quickly. The theater was very clean as were the restrooms.

You can reserve seats and pre-order popcorn and snacks ahead of time which is awesome. Its in a nice area and it has reclining seats. Two thumbs up!

This AMC has always been my favorite to go to. Clean and very well maintained. The few problems I have is the price for food and drinks. Way over priced, for some popcorn and a soda I believe i paid about 25 bucks. If you do pick up make sure you tell someone or you’ll be standing around for a while. The theater alone is fine but the prices are too expensive.

The service is excellent and seats are comfortable. The sound quality and visual aspects are also great. The armrest could be moor integrated into the seat better in the upright position to make the experience mite enjoyable.

Its a good theater . Good employees. Very clean. Went to theater 5 on 11/26/19. 7pm showing. Film didnt start til 7:25. Ridiculous number of movie trailers and commercials. We got seated 15m prior to show time. Had to sit through 40 minutes of trailers and ads. Thats why 2 stars instead of five.Had I known that Id have gone to Coffee Bean and had a brew beforehand. I had reserved seats. It was an overall positive experience.

This theaters is really nice!! Chairs are comfortable which is great. Service was good. But hard too find entrance.

I go to this AMC theater a lot and I have a very pleasant experience every time! The ticket scanning or tearing moves very quickly and the employees are very knowledgeable about the location of each theater and bathroom. If you want snacks you will no issues here; there is a very large assortment of snacks here and the lines for the snacks move extremely fast. There are also many movies to view here including both super popular and not so popular movies. I highly recommend this movie theater.

(UPDATED) SCROLL TO BOTTOM! After all the multiple times I’ve been here, it is no doubt one of the most organized, cleanest, sanitary, welcoming, and comfortable theaters I have ever been to! Major recommendation for all people and visitors. Never have had any issues here and everything is great. Very good customer service with outstanding management and great helpful staff! Overall, this theater is amazing and a top theater in my books!(UPDATED) READ: This theater still performs amazingly and is definitely a top one in my books! Best choice next to Ontario Mills. I can’t wait to go back once it reopens! :)

I was bothered by the trash on the seats and on the floor. Cups and wrappers left by previous movie goers. Im positive the staff did not even step into this specific room to sweep it clean for our showtime, that is disappointing.I can only imagine the rest of the theater rooms

Went with a friend and her mother this past weekend to see Star Wars. We arrived a half hour before showtime, and almost missed the beginning because that’s how long it took to get her mom’s food. Meanwhile my government issued passport wasn’t considered valid ID by the bartender, which has never been a problem at the Ontario or Glendora locations. Absolutely 100% will never be back here.

Loved the smaller, more intimate seating arrangements. Floors were spotless in and out of the theater.

The seats only recline halfway compared to what I am used to. Also they didnt leave enough space for you to recline and let people walk by you. So in the end it is ok but I wouldnt come here again.Better options are other theaters. Also parking is a pain in the weekends due to the mall.

Great! But... I do wish they update their seating, nearly every AMC has recliner seats Im surprised to see this one doesnt. Other than that the service was good and theateres were clean.

Always busy because its in Victoria Gardens and near restaurants. Its well maintained, clean and the staff are friendly. Seats are now assigned. Theres a full bar serving mixed drinks along with beer.

Great location and plenty of parking. Friendly and helpful associates. Very clean area considering we were there for the last showing at 10pm of Frozen 2.

Its a good theater. However I dont usually go to this one because its not updated like the other ones. Ive gotten use to the recliner chairs and the extra arm space. But I loooooove the fact that they still have my cinnamon and sugar pretzel bites!

Our favorite local theatre! The staff is always smiling! The Dolby Digital is now the only way to see a movie in our household. Concessions are quick and good while the bathrooms and theatres are clean! AMC at Victoria Gardens is the best place to go!

Service at 6pm on a Saturday could be improved. It took 20 minutes to get our order, we got to our seats just as the movie started. Sucks that we missed the previews.

Service was great. Food and beverages were great. AMC has been one of my favorite theatres. Reason I didnt give it five stars is the constant pat on the back ads. I wish theyd keep them short and sweet. Very simple. This wasnt an issue back then. Thank you.

My experience with this theater was very confusing. There should be a DESCRIPTION of where is the entrance to this location. After walking around over 2/3rds of the building I finally found the entrance. THAT SUCKED!!!! I didnt go to AMC to workout! However, the movie was great. I would NOT recommend anyone to this location until they fix this issue.

Great cinema, short lines. Open late, and they check tickets right at the entrance. Good place.

Staff typically seems unwilling to help at concessions. If you go after 9pm they talk you out of ordering hot food. Just slow unsatisfactory service from an AMC.

Pretty nice AMC in a up-and-coming mall area. AMC is at the corner of the mall complex, so park right next to it to walk less. Inside, it is generally pretty clean and the Dolby Theater is very nice and wide. It doesnt seem as big as other places, but the quality is still good.

Good movie theater. Asked for a coffee, they apparently don’t know how to even ring one up, instead they suggest ordering another drink.

This place needs a serious updating. I will continue to go to ontario where ALL theaters have good seating. AMC victoria gardens is by far the most uncomfortable theater Ive been to.

AMC theater or one of the top theaters in the country. I suggest getting AMC stubs.

Its a nice clean theater. I come here for the Dolby Theater. I like this Dolby theater better than the AMC at Ontario Mills, theres more space in between the rows so people dont bump on your feet as a walk in. I just wish all the other screens had recliners like they do at the AMC Ontario, if they did this will be my theater of choice since itsits close to my home.

The lines where long at the concession stand. They only had 2 people trying to help everyone in line. And it was hot in the lobby. Everything else was great.

This place although it’s in a somewhat nice area has mediocre customer service. Understaffed and not all soda machines fully operable. Long lines and messy bathrooms!

This theater is one of the worst Ive ever been to! It was crowded. while I was watching the movie, people in front of me were on their phones, there were alot of babies crying and it ruined the movie for me! There was also someone that kept getting out of their seat over and over and over and then blocking my view when they pass me multiple times! This was unbelievably horrible!

Good theater in a good outdoor shopping area. Parking is abundant. Good popcorn!

They dont have recliners, the guy at the concession stand was a little rude, but they were busy. But whatevs, I would come again.

Hello, Hello... is anybody there to help me buy some popcorn? That’s what it is like here, at least at night time. Two workers saw my son and I walk up. They looked at us then walked away into the back room. I have experienced a ghost town type of vibe here on all three times I have been here.

The only place I will go to watch an action movie. Their Dolby Theater is absolutely amazing with perfect sound and picture. Comfortable reclining chairs that shake when the sound goes through them. Its more expensive, yes, but worth every penny.

Very comfortable seating. Right near the shopping and food places.

I enjoy coming here. I like having dinner and the places around the theater with my husband then walking around afterwards during a beautiful summer day.

Here is a good place to watch movies but i dont like the bar inside AMC because I m a tourist and I show my pasport and they dont sold me one beer they said that my pasport is invalid, so I just wanna say Putos con todo respecto.

Nice theatre but no reclining seats

The inside seems dirty. The concessions are really slow. The seats in the Dolby theater do not work fully. All in all AMC at Ontario Mills (a few miles away) blows Victoria Gardens away.

Assigned seating as most amcs have now. Good location, parking a gets a little difficult depending on the day and time.

Customer service at the concessions stand was horrible. They didnt manage the lines properly, and they where extremely slow. The didnt want to refill popcorn so that could still sell what was left. We over heard the manager tell her employees not to give refills so that they could sell what was left. You cant sell a product with a refill policy and not comply with that sales policy. Thats called a scam, Its illegal and wrong. This has happened before. You pay a exaggerated amount for this service and expect it. Its common for most people to refill their popcorn and they sell you that if you by the Large popcorn. This AMC is trying to sneak around that. Thats a sales deception.

Fairly small AMC Theater but not a bad thing. Just like your standard chain of movie theater it does offer the amenities and most important to adults a bar. It is situated in the middle of the Victoria Gardens Mall so you do have options of having dinner and then catching a movie which is always convenient. There are also a few bars around if you want to drink and then go to the movies.

I loved watching endgame here it was fun and good comfort. I really enjoyed every part of it especially the goodies :)

First time at this AMC theaters didnt like that the seats didnt recline or had tables not sure if thats every room or not. However the popcorn was fresh things were clean. And they are clean.

Went to a movie in theater 4 yesterday. I realized its a good thing that the lights are usually out, it was filthy!! The seats were so disgusting I had to get a bunch of paper towels from the bathroom to put down on the seat. Other than the seats being filthy the movie and sound was good but those seats are gross. I couldnt even put my head back without feeling like I was going to get a disease.

I am a AMC Stubs member. I go to this theater probably three to four times a month. Its always reasonably clean and the staff is reasonably friendly. I wish they would install more special seedings with the reclining leather seats so you can see more movies in that format right now only one of their theaters instead of that way.

They have those soda machines that let you make almost any flavor soda, the brands are limited but your creativity can be endless

Worst AMC in the I.E. Hard to find, non reclining seats, poor staff at concessions. Overall would avoid this AMC and go to the 1 at the Mills if possible.

Totally disappointed and disgusted with the way the place is kept. I had dropped something under my seat when I went looking for it nothing but wrappers, old food and candy stuck to the railings of seats and this you can tell wasnt left from the previous movie you can tell this crud was stuck there and had been there for some time.

I recently move to the USA and realized that watching a movie is something that i do by myself yet not alone. And for that companionship that cinema give to me i am always grateful.

Premier rewards very worth it. Wish handicap seating was more family friendly. Were a family of 5 and 1 of my 3 is in a wheelchair. Its difficult to sit together because of this. Smaller children end up far away. Hard for the whole family to go together.

Great small theatre. If you can see your movie in Dolby cinema. The seats are great and the sound and picture quality is amazing. Great parking at the structure not too far away
