This place is awesome and they build great quality tanks. I own the 50G series and get nothing but compliments from family and friends.

Love LOve Love their professionalism and knowledge. I just finished a renovation in my house and have always wanted a nice fairly large saltwater aquarium for my house but only had one spot for it. i didnt see any of the standard aquariums that i liked and the ones i wanted didnt fit in my spot. its between my entrance wall and entertainment system, so the aquarium i wanted had to be an exact fit without getting in the way of my door. i called and they came over 2 days after to do some measurements and give me some design options for my custom aquarium. shortly after that they came back with 3 design options, this part was difficult yet super fun part as i loved all of them! but one definitely stuck out to me most as it would be built into my entertainment set seamlessly all becoming 1 section. it was amazing that he was able to give me many options of size, cabinetry design, finish, filtration systems down to the type of fish i want. they built me a 565 Gallon Marine aquarium that fits perfectly in my corner matching the surroundings. Theyre very detailed and the entire aquarium was exactly what i have envisioned, i am very glad i found these guys. I love having my aquarium being the first thing anyone sees when they come to my home and the last thing they see leaving, always good memories i feel. nobody comes to my house without falling completely in love with my aquarium.

Great customer service! I was in the market to upgrade my fish store and was recommended to Mode by a couple of my friends. They had some amazing Retail Rack Systems that I purchased and it turned my whole store look around! I had no problem setting them up as the instructions were very easy to follow. What I loved about this system was that all the plumbing was included and it was very simple. Would recommend them to any other store owner or fellow aquarium hobbyist looking to breed fish at their home.

I ordered the 100G Artisan II Professional Reef system from cacdlights which is owned and operated by same people making it same company. their website promises highest quality aquarium packages”. i placed the order on sept 17, they said it would take 4-6 weeks for a custom overflow box set up which i paid extra for a total of $2300. i originally asked for updates but no one EVER called me. i tried calling them at least 20 times during this time because NO ONE ever returned my voicemails or picket up calls. They were sure happy to answer when it came time to take my money though! after finally eric answered and said that if i wanted great quality, it takes extra time but it will be worth it. he said that it would to be ready for delivery until november 9, and for that they upgraded my protein skimmer which made me happy and resolved the prolonged wait and frustration from not being able to get a hold of anyone. once it was delivered they did not complete the plumbing because eric didnt have the pvc cutter with him. they also never brought the lid or the filter sock that are advertised to be included. upon inspection the area that is under the tank has delaminating wood which is not supposed to happen in a new CUSTOM tank. eric said that these custom cabinets have their own unique characteristics that people expect from customizations, meaning that all the warped wood, the cracks in paint and the exposed wood was something that i should be appreciating since its hand made. I DONT THINK SO. the glass is advertised as ultra clear, but on the right and left side the glass had black lines all throughout . i took photos with paper being the glass so you can easier see the defect. how can they advertise clear glass but give me stained glass? the day they set it up they said that the door that was warped from the hinges being forced in too tightly and the other door that was a missing paint chip are an easy fix but he suggested that he come and do paint touch ups. this kind of high gloss cabinet cannot have paint touch ups, it just needs to have the parts replaced. he said that he would come back very soon to finish. i texted with him but he stopped calling me back or texting back. two days ago i received an email saying there is nothing wrong with my tank, and had no name or contact as to who wrote it. i sent additional pictures and asked for boss to contact me. its been 3 WEEKS since the delivery and set up attempt ws made and i still cannot start cycling because Im waiting forth to replace the part under the tank that has the raw exposed wood where the plastic caps were screwed on too tight. NO ONE HAS EVEN CALLED ME BACK this WHOLE time in the last 3 weeks. so if you dont want defective craftsmanship or terrible bustier service, dont give them your money. good thing i called my credit card and they are disputing the charges for me. ill upload some pictures shortly so everyone can see what they should expect

I was at MACNA New Orleans and found their booth and went in to take a look. im an aquarium store owner for 20 years now and looking for some new aquarium packages to bring into my store. i bought a few of their systems and there was a show special too. the best part was i picked up 6 of the commercial aquarium racks to replace my old ones. 6 of them measured up to 24 Feet and was perfect to fit into my main wall. i love how these display systems come with everything and all the details are so well thought out. even down to the nuts and bolts! my husband and 2 of our employees put them together quite simply. we had other aquarium rack companies that gave us estimates and they all recommended that they come to do the install as it wouldnt be too easy for us to do ourselves if we werent familiar with them. The Mode retail racks were not too difficult to install and they work great and the best part they look gorgeous, i just wished i got them earlier.
